For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Adobe is broken down and sad.

    I do not know what happened to Adobe. Acrobat DC online will NOT let me move pages around within a document, will only let me combine a few pages to create a document, and is a shockingly poor and hollow representation of the advertised capabilities of this program. I am overpaying for a program that has features that do not function and that has fewer features than previous. You've lost a lot of credibility with me.

  4. useless conversion from PDF to Excel

    I am not happy with the results ! When I convert an inventory list from a PDF to an excel sheet The individual pages of the excel sheet are formatted differently. I do not see the use of this product at all.

  7. unable to put acrobat dc desktop on machine

    creative does not work. I have attempted to download and execute it several times. I used the cleaner tool, I restarted the process. I can not get it to work, nothing is preventing it from loading I have load other apps without problems. I would like to have the desktop app, but it does not want to be on my desktop. Thank you Windows 10 updates and Acrobat for 16 hours of restoration to date.

  9. no option to remove a user from send for comment review cycle

    Remove a user from send for comment review document without cancelling the sharing of file. There is no option to remove one single use that I have added in the review cycle through send for comment.

  11. Edit underlying document on template

    I wish it were possible to update the underlying document when editing signable fields. For example, if I spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document, and then I detect an error in the underlying document, I don't want to have to spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document again...I would like to be able to just replace the underlying document.

  16. Noting the dimensions

    Unable to tell what zoom level you are at when viewing a document. Would be nice to see % level.
    Would also be nice to see the size dimensions of the PDF shared, 8.5x11 in?

  17. Coversion of PDF to Microsoft *.docx file

    Hi, I am trying to convert my PDF file to Microsoft Word (*.docx) file but unable to. Every time a window is showing "An error occurred while trying to access the service." Could you please guide me.

  18. Let the app stay on up to 10 minutes

    I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity

  19. Comments not being included on downloaded pdfs

    Sometimes the pdfs do not download with the comments included. This issue happens almost half the time. The first page of the attachment shows a screenshot of my client's markups. The second is the download. There are NO comments.
