For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. previous versions were more user friendly.
    difficult and time consuming to edit PDF.

    examples.
    Having to restart edit page over and over when attempting to change font size or color.

    highlight won't always work.

    or Doesn't allow me to edit PDF at all.

  6. It does not make sense that I can not change the recipient back to someone who was previously a recipient on the agreements.

  7. Worst customer experience EVER!

    Tried to subscribe to the trial because my access to my existing account was not working. Site signed me up for a new subscription and then that didn't work (every time I tried to use a function (in this case Combine Files) a pop-up appeared asking me to sign up for a new subscription.

    Tried to get support via Chat and after many questions was finally sent to a Live Agent. I waited for 2 hours pinging them every 5-10 minutes w/ no response.

    When I tried Chat support again this morning the system informed me…

  8. I have had multiple problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can't find a phone # to call for support. Since I'm paying for this every month would like some support. But this is not worth the hassle!

    Thanks for your question. Fortunately, we already provide edit PDF functionalities in Acrobat web. Please follow below mentioned steps to use it:

    1. Log on to https://acrobat.adobe.com
    2. Open any PDF that you want to edit.
    3. Click Edit on the topbar

    You can perform text and image editing operation in web itself. Please try it out and share your feedback.

  11. Your dark mode leaves the document white- you are missing the point of dark mode. It reduces eye fatigue by reducing white backgrounds, including documents. Also, I cannot put my name/initial on my comments. It auto selected "A" which is not relevent to anything. This is dumb. Gdocs is more user friendly, and has smarter auto options, which isn't saying much.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while using Acrobat Web. Currently, Acrobat Web does not support dark mode in the document area. Thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback. We will discuss this suggestion internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

    Regarding the issue with names/initials in the comments, could you please share the steps you followed? This will allow us to better assist you in resolving the problem. A screenshot of the issue you are facing would be greatly appreciated.

  12. I started a free trial purchased from Google Play, and when I log in, it doesn't recognize that I have the upgraded version and still insists on me upgrading. It won't let me edit, etc. I am beyond frustrated because I need this upgrade NOW in order to work

  14. I am frustrated that my pdf have a flashing line which makes it super irritating to read. Second, I can not highlight documents I need to read for a doctoral program. Again, frustrating when I need to study.

  15. I am being forced to sign into the desktop application but the sign in screen will not allow a copy and paste out of my password manager. This is very irritating given I use a password manager that generates a long string password. Please fix this and allow copy paste. Seriously it is insane to not allow paste.

  16. I am no longer receiving emails when documents are e-signed. All my notifications settings are set to send emails, but as of recently those have stopped. I won't be able to keep using this service if I am not properly notified when docs are signed.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature, could you provide more information about your problem? Since when have you stop getting the emails?  if you don't have them in your junk email? and any other information you deem relevant.

    You can also check the status of your agreements in Acrobat web, in Documents under Agreements or you can search for it

  20. Hi the product is working awful with anything that is not english. Moving and editing lines is simply impossible, you add something and after applying all kinds of right to left tricks (like adding the dot in the beginning of the line to view it at the end) - when I hit save - It does not show on the changed document!! if there's another step needed to show changed on print you should mention this.
    Your product is not better than any of the pdf converter tools that are available online, yours is over priced and given the fact…
