For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Unable to finish my project because the options are missing

    why is adobe so confusing? i have been trying for an hour to get the agreement i was adding fields to last night to continue where i left off. There is no option to continue only to start over. which means that the 2 hours i spent last night adding fields are wasted.

  2. Glitchy with pop ups

    The functionality is terrible. The scroll wheel zoom and feel is awful and glitch. The tools like 'Draw freehand' are deselcted once used. This is very cumbersome to work with. Edge and other extensions outperform. Also there are pop ups everywhere ("ask AI assistant", 'document summary', pop up at the bottom). I'm embarassed to pay for this.

  5. Downloading compressed PDF bug

    When we choose to download PDF compressed it thinks for a minute then says Error, it's already compressed. (it isn't) Just need this function to work.

  8. expensive but lousy apps!

    Very slow to respond. Wasting time paying huge money to your acrobat apps! Stupid! I can simply edit my pdf file using pcloud!

  10. Poor Application Behaviour

    Your online scan documents are completely annoying with AI popups and side bars that you feel are needed just so I can read what is in a document. When the only serve to distract and reduce space needed to show the documents. You need to do better.

  11. Acrobat BUG - Page Splitting

    Hi, there is a bug in Acrobat. I am using the most recent version on a Windows 11 laptop. When I try to SPLIT a 2 page PDF into single pages, it tells me "the pdf already has 2 pages." SO I have to highlight the "1", replace it with a "2" then re-highlight, and replace it with a "1" again. Only then will it split them into single pages. PLEASE HELP & FIX!!!!!

  12. Send for signature not working

    I'm unable to upload documents to send for signature. The screen stays on the loading page. This is preventing me from being able to carry out my work.

  14. Terrible Experience

    As a CEO/Founder of multiple business growing aggressively, it's so clear to me why Adobe is tanking. If the company does not get new leadership and culture, it won't exist in 5 years. The entire strategy seems to be to turtle shell outdate, slow, disfunctional assets. I'm trying to set up a new machine with Adobe and it's a horendous experience. Even this feedback app sucks, erasing my data and making me type it again. Fire your management or close the business. TERRIBLE!

  16. not saving edits

    twice now i have exed out of a document and all of the edits i have made are gone when i come back. also the highlighter only works like half the time. im never using this again HOURS of work have been lost.

  17. Got fooled by "free"? Yeah, so did I.

    Free option has nothing. You should stop sharing this as a free tool once you leave 1 or 2 tools opened. You waste my time and I lost my client because I took too much time to edit my doc only to know then the tools I've used are not free. Play opened against your rivals, your platform is good, you don't need to use the word "free" it it's not.

  18. Template not working

  19. Support is ****

    Adobe Support is ****.

    Example:
    1. I have a recurring problem, previously reported to Adobe, a year ago.
    2. Adobe fixed that problem, but I warned Adobe that I can't afford for these problems to reoccur.
    3. They reoccur.
    4. I try and report the issue to Adobe for quick resolution.
    5. Adobe only provide a "virtual assistant" that doesn't respond to anything.

    Tired of this ****.

    In summary, I am now looking into DocuSign.
