Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Something is wrong with the Adobe Sign app. It hasn't worked for a few weeks. I was hoping yall would figure it out.

  6. I have tried numerous times today to do something so simple ... combine several files together in one pdf ... yet your $h1T software cannot do it ... and provides a message at the end of the process that provides no value because it does not explain the problem.

  7. Your system is a disaster. It's incredibly complex and bloated, non intuitive and costly. It can't do the super simple things that are actually needed (eg reducing file size) and instead bombards users with "what's new" and totally irrelevant AI prompts.
    Get real and improve this product.

  8. Please add (as soon as possible) the ability to copy email addresses into the e-signature list. Currently you can only type a person's email, which is a major oversight. Emails can be complicated and a single typo will result in the person not receiving the form for e-signature.

  9. You are all ********, you charge us whatever you want for services that don't work.
    I have uploaded a pdf file for comments and cooperation and some pages are not displayed. They are slow to load and never load. It tells me that it is loading but nothing happens.
    What can I do to fix it?

  10. You've ruined all my templates by deleting calculated values. I need that functionality and it makes absolutely no sense why you've removed it. Unless you bring it back, I'll need to look for a different e-sign solution. What the ****?

  12. Stop over-complicating things to the point where they break. I'm being forced to used your garbage programs for work, and I've spent the last 7 hours troubleshooting adobe sign because it refuses to accept a simple .jpg.

    I have nothing but a miserable experience every time I'm forced to use any adobe product.

  14. Fillable PDFs cannot be opened by your online PDF editor, which is very counter-intuitive. It says it needs a later version of the PDF viewer to view the document contents, despite the fact the the web viewer should be one of the most up-to-date versions possible.

  18. Need to be able to delete e-mail addresses of recipients as we wish. How do I do this?

    This is a privacy matter, and it mean lead us to use an out of date address.

    Hi Curt,

    We appreciate that you reach out to us and we are glad to help. In order to clear recipient email suggestion, please follow below steps:

    1. Log in to Acrobat Web

    2. On the Home page, click on the User profile icon button on the top right corner of the screen

    3. Click on Settings

    4. On the Auto-Suggestions option, click on the Clear Suggestions button

    5. This will open a confirmation modal, click on Clear all button

    By doing this, the recipient email suggestions will be cleared out completely

  19. Adobe sign literally just does not work half the time now. It's useless and our company is going to change to another service instead as a result. All of your recent updates have caused a myriad of bugs and none of them have been addressed despite giving feedback multiple times. Maybe it would be smart to focus on ensuring that your core services continue to work as intended instead of offering me AI tools that I don't want or need and are frankly useless when your base services don't work anyway.

    Überall bei Google und beim öffnen der Seite wird "kostenfrei" beworben. Nach 2s nach öffnen der Seite öffnet sich das Bezahlfenster mit utopischen Abofallen...sorry Adobe ist für immer für mich gestorben...
