cannot find my method of payment
You can make it possible for me to see my payment terms for this product. I have a new credit card, and I need to check my settings for your product to see if I need to update my credit card. That seems like a basic option that should be available.

Bring back "Sign and Send" option
Previously there was a "Sign and Send" feature that seems to have been removed in the latest update.
I routinely send documents that need my signature plus the signature of a subcontractor. So I prepare my document with a signature block for me and for the other person.
Previously, I could click "Sign and Send" which would let me immediately sign and then send the document along.
Now, I have to click "Review and Send" which sends the document to me (the first signer). The next step does offer the "It's time to sign" option which is definitely helpful. But…

Send multiple files to a single recipient WITHOUT combining into one document
Every Monday, I send out dozens of work orders to be signed, usually in groups of 4 or 5 to the same person. However, I need each PDF to be separate… and the current system will combine multiple files into one document. So currently, I have to send each document individually.
It would be great if I could add several files to the e-sign workflow for one person, add the signature boxes for each one, and then send them all separately still … but I think there is a step or two that could be combined. Thanks!

adobe sign se volvio lento y pesado
estoy utilizando ya hace 3 años adobe sign desde la version escritorio. Todo venia bien hasta la ultima actualizacion , donde ahora es todo muchisimo mas lento y engorroso y tiene muchos bugs. Ahora mismo estoy intentando enviar un documento y no me carga absolutamente nada

Poor Customer Service
Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.
