Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. There are signed documents that are appearing in the "Waiting for you section". They are completed and not in fact waiting for a signature. Please fix asap.

  2. I pay $20 per month for a fragmented, scewed up process that i expected to be seamless within my operating system. Fix it or I will do everything within my power to get rid of Adobe.
    Extremely frustrating.

  4. WTF happened to extract pages?

    When I try to do this I'm taken to this unhelpful URL:

    It amazes me how often you all fix things that aren't broken and in the process break them.

  5. My Signature was deleted from my Adobe Account. Your technical support team refused to help restore it. I have hundreds of saved documents in Adobe that are signed with this signature. Adobe could recover that signature from any of these documents, but refuses to help

  6. There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

  7. Since the update, signatures and dates are not appearing in the spots they're supposed to be, or where the blanks appear to be before the form is sent for e-signature. Usually the signature/date is higher than the blank line, appearing in the form writing.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

Hi there, my team and I are experiencing issues with Adobe Sign documents not updating the status and signatures completed within the documents screen even though when you go into the document all signatures are completed. From the main screen the document is stuck on 'out for signature'. Can this technical issue please be investigated and fixed? thanks

  17. I need a way to set the default of the date of signature to be the US version of (MM/DD/YYYY) and not the day, month year.

    Hi,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to change the default date format by adding a date field when using the Request e-signatures workflow, then double clicking the field and scrolling in the field properties panel and in the Date format drop down, selecting the desired format. This change will persist for future agreements.

  18. The only reason I use Adobe Acrobat is for it's ability to prefill template forms that I've previously set up. The new edit option does not allow me to work in "prefill" mode anymore, for example I can not tab from one space to the next. PLEASE bring back the prefill option for the new format. I will not use your product anymore if you don't and the only reason I'm still using it is that I can switch back to the legacy version. There needs to be a stage where you are not only editing the types of data…

    Hi Erin,

    We understand you're experiencing issues with this version of Acrobat Web. However, it's worth mentioning that it's possible to fill in fields before sending the agreement for signature using the Prefill Role. Below are the steps to do so:

    1. Start Request E-Signatures with any valid document.
    2. In the window to add recipients, do not add yourself; this will allow you to use the prefill role.
    3. Click continue.
    4. In the Authoring view, add the fields you need to fill in before sending the agreement and assign them the Prefill  role. 

    This way, when you click "Review and Send" and send the agreement for signing, you'll be able to pre-fill the designated fields.

  20. Make this service at least 50% less buggy and terrible. Copy and paste does not work, images appear as blank boxes, and the app crashes every three seconds.
