For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. when ever i try typing it sets the font to Adobe Pi Std even though i change it to the font i wont. it switches back for some reason. and is really really annoying

  4. Its way to hard to log in with texts and numbers and other verifications. Took me 15 minutes. Only to find Im on trial. Im not on trial I pay my fees and this happens every time. Its the worst software I have used.
    Then I cant fill out my document on time.

  7. My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!

  10. The program is not working... spinner turns infinitely. Only option seems to be restart PC over and over again. This is totally unacceptable

  13. I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

  16. There's like a bug or something, but everytime I highlight a word/phrase I have to click on the tool again to continue hightlighting

    Thank you for your feedback. Currently, whenever you highlight something, the tool is reset to the Select Tool. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration, and our team is actively working on addressing this issue as a top priority.

  18. We have a lot of clients that sign the document but don't click on the final 'Click to Sign' button as it's not clearly visible. Usually it's right at the bottom of the page they are viewing and don't know they have to click this to finalise the document. We are then sending reminders to sign the document and they say they have already done it. Can the finalising of the document or acceptance of the terms and conditions be changed so it is easier for clients to know what to do to complete the signing.

  19. When I copy a piece of text from the PDF using the PDF viewer Chrome plugin, all the space letters are removed.
