Are you using the Highlight tool from the Quick Tools in the top left corner or the Context Menu that appears after selecting the text?

I want the old Adobe version back. It is so frustrating not to be able to select text to highlight.

I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

A "JACKED UP" version of once what was good
Put it back to the way it was 6 months to a year ago. It's less user friendly & SLOW

Highlit text bug
There's like a bug or something, but everytime I highlight a word/phrase I have to click on the tool again to continue hightlighting

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, whenever you highlight something, the tool is reset to the Select Tool. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration, and our team is actively working on addressing this issue as a top priority.

Final 'Click to Sign' made easier for clients to know when they have completed documented
We have a lot of clients that sign the document but don't click on the final 'Click to Sign' button as it's not clearly visible. Usually it's right at the bottom of the page they are viewing and don't know they have to click this to finalise the document. We are then sending reminders to sign the document and they say they have already done it. Can the finalising of the document or acceptance of the terms and conditions be changed so it is easier for clients to know what to do to complete the signing.

space letters removed when copying
When I copy a piece of text from the PDF using the PDF viewer Chrome plugin, all the space letters are removed.

Unable to find a fix to signature issues
I can't find an explanation on why some of my signed AdobeSign documents are returned with "null" in front of the client name. Please advise with a fix.

Signs Mobile is Broken
Your adobe signs app is broken. Takes you to the online adobe. Can’t send out agreements from mobile anymore. Please fix asap

Digital Signature with Image Needs Improvement
Please do the following things to improve using digital signatures with an image file. 1.) Give the signer control over the font size. By the time I have the image the right size I end up with about an 18 point font. It looks stupid! 2.) Give the signer control over the text location. Engineering seals, for instance, usually place the signature and date beneath the seal, not to the right side of it. 3.) COMPLAINT
I was happily sending my PDFs from smartphone camera scanner to my desktop PC until Adobe muscled in to ***** it up and make it difficult. I managed to figure out how to work with it, but with all your advertising junk I cannot easily find my PDF files that were sent. I don't intend to pay for anything; I'm not going to purchase anything. If you don't make it easier for me to use the app that Adobe muscled into my system, then I think I'll go looking for something else. I don't mind using free Adobe app but…

Request e-signature does not work, Support non-existent
Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

Once you click the share button, the share sheet will open and have the details of the people you have shared the document with.

Download multiple files at once
Let users select and download multiple files at the same time. Why are you forcing users to download their own files to their own computers one at a freaking time?!?! You must hate your users.
