Adobe needs to fix their presence in Google's ecosystem
The aggravating thing with Adobe is this: on Microsoft, Adobe has built an empire. In Google's world...not much to show, other than Android, and the lack of apps on Chrome OS. Chrome OS are laptops too, so please give us the same apps Windows and Mac get, so we don't have to hear "Windows and Mac" over and over again! AI Assistant is a hoax
Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? Not free as advertised.
Many acrobat functions are advertised as free but are not actually free. For example, adobe advertises that I can split a pdf for free, but then when I sign in I must purchase a subscription if I am to continue to split a page.

Issues with Adobe sign - signature blocks moving
The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

Fields need to be re-assigned
Assigned fields need to be reassigned every time a template is used
- Create a template using Acrobat Web
- Add fields and assign to Signer or Prefill
- Save template
- Select Use template
- Some of the fields assigned for Prefill are no longer assigned
- Some fields assigned to Signer are no longer assigned

Mutiple documents for signature
Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

STOP THE POP UPS I CAN'T USE YOUR WEB APP
I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

ACROBAT INTERFACE LOCKING ME OUT!
My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!
