For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I am so frustrated and disgusted with Adobe. I am unable to convert documents to pdf. I am unable to upload to your converter. I am unable to do my job, and this has been an ongoing issue for WEEKS.

  2. The headline on Google Search says "PDF compressor: Compress PDFs online for free."
    It was easy to begin the process...
    ... but to receive the result, I had to log in -- only to find that "the shared document has been deleted." And further, I had to start the trial, which means giving my credit card information, and more.
    So, technically speaking, it may be "free." But what a headache! Forget it.

  3. It keeps asking me to upgrade when I try to export a pdf to ppt and will not let me go any further, but I already have this feature included in my plan.

  5. I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
    it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?

  8. Your web/cloud membership is such a scam. I cannot access "Tools" to reduce font size in filling out a PDF??? I also did not at any point realize I was signing up for an annual membership. Total scam.

  9. To setup Two factor authentication by verification by e-mail, backup authentication method required. It is asking for phone number however there are people who don't have phone or can receive texts. Please remove backup authentication requirement to turn on two factor. There is recovery method already setup like secondary e-mail. Please fix this.

  13. I have been working on a single file the whole day. It seemingly has saved my progress throughout the day. When I was ready and wanted to save and download the program timeouted and revealed that nothing was saved. No versions. Nothing.

    I am wating for your team to reach out and cover the extra the extra work hours. KR

  14. User homepage as the first page that you access after signing in. Currently there are 6 pages that you have to click through before accessing the PDFs that you are editing.
    Also, allow for organising files into folders.

  15. This product is by far the least user-friendly software I have ever used. I have never had more glitches while using software, my document will not save any changes even though I have troubleshooted, I am fully connected to wifi, and my computer is fully updated. I would have fewer complaints if I could at least save this document, but there is no way for me to do so. Every time I attempt to save it, it says that it is saving the changes and proceeds to say that it not save them.

  19. I have never seen a website as ****** as adobe's. Somehow this website is slower than dell and more dysfunctional than HP while uglier than NVIDIA.

  20. I have Adobe Acrobat on my phone. Whenever I highlight or do any comments on documents that are on the cloud, from the app hey won't register on the desktop version.
