Deleting Multiple Files
You can't delete multiple review files at once. If you click one's check box it gives you an option to delete off to the right side. If you click another one that goes away and says "we can't combine, export, or create new files from shared items at this time" I'm just trying to delete them. It's a pain to delete so many at once and I don't want to clear all of them either.

Your EchoSign "improvement" suck
I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.

Comparing old and new files
Easily able to compare a previous version to the new version. And make the resolved issues still appear when reviewing.
Right now for review, the person has to click the on the previous proof link (the one they marked up with their comment) and the link for the new proof that was created and toggle back and forth between windows to make sure the changes they requested were made. Also, if they can't remember what changes they requested, any change that I mark as "resolved" disappears and you have to click the filter icon and click "resolved" to get them…

Shifting Text On Save/PDF Export
Hi! When I go to export my PDFs after using fill and sign to input text, the formatting of the text gets messed up. Everything seems to be shifting up one tick on export. It is really frustrating because I'm trying to make beautiful documents for my clients to sign for official record and even when I take the time to go in manually and readjust everything I'll find out it has shifted again. Can you please try to create total visual consistency between the data input UI and PDF exports? See attached file as a reference. It looks terrible…

Cancel My Service! Or go back to old UI
Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

Cannot Upload Files
Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

Adobe extortionate practices
I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.
