8. Tools rearranging

   I arrange my tools in a specific order, and your F***** program (acrobat) keeps changing them back to some stupid order with featured and "new" tools. I used to love acrobat, but after that two button click fiasco to access the signature tool and now this, I am really starting to hate you. I truly want to believe this is a glitch and not you guys pushing an agenda.

9. Unhappy customer

   I have been on the phone and waiting on my laptop to talk to you at the same time and no one answers. I have a subscription and when I open a pdf document it asks me to subscribe.
