Highlit text bugThere's like a bug or something, but everytime I highlight a word/phrase I have to click on the tool again to continue hightlighting 2 votesHi Valentina Fajardo, Thank you for your feedback. Currently, whenever you highlight something, the tool is reset to the Select Tool. Final 'Click to Sign' made easier for clients to know when they have completed documentedWe have a lot of clients that sign the document but don't click on the final 'Click to Sign' button as it's not clearly visible. Usually it's right at the bottom of the page they are viewing and don't know they have to click this to finalise the document. We are then sending reminders to sign the document and they say they have already done it. Digital Signature with Image Needs ImprovementPlease do the following things to improve using digital signatures with an image file. 1.) Give the signer control over the font size. By the time I have the image the right size I end up with about an 18 point font. It looks stupid! 2.) Give the signer control over the text location. Engineering seals, for instance, usually place the signature and date beneath the seal, not to the right side of it. 3.) COMPLAINTI was happily sending my PDFs from smartphone camera scanner to my desktop PC until Adobe muscled in to ***** it up and make it difficult. I managed to figure out how to work with it, but with all your advertising junk I cannot easily find my PDF files that were sent. I don't intend to pay for anything; I'm not going to purchase anything. If you don't make it easier for me to use the app that Adobe muscled into my system, then I think I'll go looking for something else. I don't mind using free Adobe app but… 1 vote

Request e-signature does not work, Support non-existentRequest e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Low quality disappointing support and case managementSome pretty basic stuff please. 
 Case email notifications need to include link to the actual case.
 Case email notifications need instructions for finding a case.
 Finding a case on the support platform needs to be well... possible. How on earth do I find it?
 Agent follow up needs to be a whole lot faster. I spent 21 minutes on a chat just to find my case and eventually I had to get on with my life. I still can't get to my case which will apparently close automatically in 1 day despite my having already responded.
