For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign.   2. I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

  3. Using Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe PDF Services online.

    I'm combining files with the same name with a number on the end, to indicate the order to combine the files.

    When I drop them into the desktop app, no problem - they order in the same way that they would when I sort the files by name (alphabetically) and they put the files in order 1,2,3,4 - duh!

    Drop them into the Combine PDF tool in Adobe PDF services in my internet browser (chrome), and it goes like this 2,3,4,1. Sometimes it's completely out of order like 3,2,4,1.

  4. Hey guys, you have a huge error in this PDF compression platform.
    As far as I can tell, the option LOW actually provides the SMALLEST file size, despite saying the exact opposite right beneath it.
    And vice versa.
    “High compression” gives me a 4 MB file, whereas “Low compression” gives me a 1 MB file.
    Mind blown!! Please fix.

  5. I attempted to get AI assistant to pricess a pdf , which had less than 200 pages and less than 5MB in side. An hour later It still sems to be running.

  8. Allow me to TURN OFF AI Assistant button. I hate it, don't want it, it is in the way. I've turned off every "AI" preference I can find and it won't go away.

  13. Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.

  16. Bug report:
    Entering Hebrew language text is supported and works well, but once you download, all the Hebrew text is removed.
    Tried with multiple OS / Computers. It also worked in the past, I used to work with it using Hebrew.

  17. actually just working - I am trying to save a document for a client and it just keeps saying an error has occurred - I have tried several different ways- your software needs to be more reliable considering how much I am paying. I will need to use something else instead because this just can't do the most simple tasks like combining a document.

  19. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  20. When reviewing and commenting a PDF file in the Acrobat web version, it does not recognise the "Delete" button, or simple keyboard input as is the case in the desktop version.
