Upgrade is NOT User Friendly
The new request for signature changes are no longer user friendly. It's bulky and adds excessive time.
1. I used to be able to just sign the form without having to wait for the email to come across.
2. I used to be able to change the "subject" title of the email going out, now i need to make sure the document is titled what I want the subject to be. Wasted steps
3. The toggling to change from signature, text, or whatever field desired for the recipient to fill in is cumbersome and now overly clunky.

Glitch in comments section covers up interface navigation buttons/scroll bar
I'm having a new issue with the comment bar over the past several days. Sometimes, it glitches so that the comments are on top of the interface buttons, making some features hard to access. What's more, it actually looks like the scrolling bar for the comments section completely disappears when this happens, making it extremely difficult to navigate through a long list of comments.

Auto-populating signature lines as required after I send the doc.
I'm having issues with e-signature lines auto-populating where they shouldn't. I only required the customer to sign one line and it required them to sign all signature lines on the document that were intended for others. Is this some kind of feature or setting I need to shut off?

E-Sign New Version Issues
Will you restore some of the functionality of the Legacy E-Sign in the new version? I want to be able to drop word docs in, have then all sent in one batch, and then separately download the files with their same names and not have them combined into one PDF. The new E-Sign seems to combine all the documents before having them signed.

AdobeSign Update Issues
- Multiple files need to be selected immediately in order to route multiple documents. If just one file is selected—even just to start—the system immediately kicks off the next page.
- The system combines all documents as it did before, but now there’s no way to separate the files. I can click the same buttons I used to to do this, but now ever routing package is just named “binder” regardless of what the file name is or what I named the routing package. I have to revert to just printing to PDF the pages I want, which doesn’t look as professional…
1 voteHi Kelsey Reybold,
We are working actively on giving you a better experience, so now you should be able to select multiple files, please, let us know your experience. Also, we are still working to enable the feature to download individual files.
To change the name of the the files, you can do it right after uploading multiple files by just clicking on the document's name, also, after preparing the document, while clicking on Review and Send, a window should appear. The name of the document should be displayed and can be changed.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Adobe Sign crashing and useless.
The new version of Adobe Sign sucks. It crashes often and every time I try to change the signature field to a signature block including email it breaks and tells me retry over and over and over. It also doesn't remember the names of people.
Please either change it back or test the software properly for bugs. This is using the web version.

Adobe Update Causes More Work
The update that was rolled out in the 2nd week of January has completely ruined my experience with Adobe Sign. I previously was able to electronically sign documents using my identrust and then send them out to employees to sign. However, this new update requires me to flatten the document before it can be sent out, otherwise I receive an error message about an unsupported PDF. The update has made it much harder to send documents through Adobe Sign because now I have a completely new step to complete. Please look into this issue. I was transferred five times through…

E-Sign New Version Issue
The new e-sign setup combines files first and places them into one file. With the old version, I could have four files signed at once, and then separately download them with their same names after. Can you please bring this back? Overall very displeased with the new E-Sign version and will be using the legacy version as long as its available.

E-sign Is perfect but not affordable for individuals.
Your E-Sign is perfect. But the cost is too high. I need to sign about 5 documents per year and 150EUR for this is too much.

E-sign tools not working
The new e-sign updates will not allow me to position form blocks in the correct locations. The system saves them in the right location, but then shows in very different places on the submitted form for signing.

Signer only role available on e-sign documents
The new platform for e-signing documents is no longer allowing a person to be CCd on the document. I see where a signer can be changed to an approver, but when clicked, the only option is Signer.
