  1. Advanced Features Installation Needs a Progress Bar

    When upgrading a base installation of Acrobat DC to "Upgrade Key Features", the visual indicator is just a blue bar that bounces back and forth. This gives no information about the update process, what it's doing or how far it is along in the process. This feature could be greatly improved by adding a progress bar to give users a better idea of what to expect or if any troubleshooting may be needed.

  2. Print To PDF Without Saving

    We need to be able to print or create pdfs from multiple sources without saving first. For instance, Print an email to pdf, without saving, then print an attachment to the same pdf, without saving, then print an excel workpaper to the same pdf, without saving, then print a journal entry to the same pdf, and finally save the whole document under the journal entry #, etc. Currently, having to save each print as a separate file to combine later on is extremely cumbersome for certain types of jobs, as it multiplies the effort and time it takes to complete…

  3. In Preferences allow a specific setting for Bookmark panel width.

    I need to set a fixed width for the Bookmark panel. This capability will allow all text to show and not be hidden.

    1. new version is crushing still on itself
    2. unable to run in dark mode - always come back to light
    3. unable to put identity details - always come back with empty fields
    4. in general new Adobe is so ****** ***** - why you have introduced changes where old version was stable and friendly user interface?

  5. Latest Acrobat Reader JUST SUCKS

    the look and feel with your latest acrobat reader just sucks ... in previous versions i was able to configure my tool-bar

    for example add advanced search to the tool bar so i can access it just using one click, now i have click 3 times

    same with lots of others usefull functions i am working with on a daily basis

    you took them all away for me and millions of other users

    what a waste of our time

    at least give us the option to decide what we want to have in the toolbar and what not

    Large documents keep getting memory errors or error reading document.
    I spend a lot of time reviewing documents and making comments. Why does it keep crashing?

  7. Delete emailadresses in autocomplete list

    In the new experience the function autocomplete is available for every email address field. We would also like to have the function to delete certain emailadresses in de autocomplete list (for instance if we make an type error of the emailadress is no longer in use)

  9. Bug - setFocus JavaScript is now broken

    this.getField("FormField").setFocus();
    This JavaScript is now broken as there is some api that loads in the background that steals the form focus one or two seconds after the form loads.
    It could be the uservoice feedback button as this loads at the same time that the form focus is stolen from the form.

  10. New interface does not support title bar proxy icons on Mac.

    Only way I can efficiently work with another (web based) system is to use the proxy icons to upload files. Please follow platform conventions.

  13. Cannot save a "Certified Copy" after signing a document

    Signed a document with a scanned signature. Then want to save "Certified Copy'.
    That consistently produces an error " An error occured while uploading ..." See screenshot below.
    No additional messages are provided - therefore I have no idea what is happening - expecting a bug or problems with account.

  15. Recognition of Indian Language OCR

    The idea is not new, but the gravity is certainly very heavy.

    Acrobat being so popular, wonder how its OCR is so inferior that it cannot recognise any of the Indian Languages?

    It's even more intriguing when many free softwares like tesseract and professional software like Google Vision can do with ease. These software do their job for years now.

    Wonder what's holding Acrobat and Adobe back in catching up with them.

  17. Fillable documents not fillable.

    When I create a fillable form, the areas are not fillable. Instead, when I put my curser on the area to be typed in, a blue box shows up and I am unable to type anything there.

  18. Enable a default selection for "Enable scrolling" yes/no

    Since I work only with scroll mode, the current functionality is a pain in the neck.
    I would prefer having the possibility to define "scroll mode" in the settings so I don't have to set "Enable scrolling" each time I open a document.
    Leave the current selection GUI for when one wants to work on a specific document in a different mode than his default selection.
    Would appreciate your feedback and even more if you implement it.

  20. Adobe has gone to sh!t

    For month's I've been getting a small popup error EVERYTIME I open a pdf. I've followed the instructions provided but NOTHING ever fixed it. I don't know what the **** is going on at Adobe but I would have preferred they fixed errors FIRST.

    Today I opened Acrobat and nothing looks the same. Some tools are in color, some are greyed out, No notice given and no list of the changes.

    Is AI running the company now? If I had stock in Adobe I'd be giving it away right now. This market is prime for competition and I hope it…
