  2. My Employee whose Credit Card was given for monthly payments has left and adobe payment was failed. I have added a new credit card but don't know how the payment will be charged to that new card.

  3. I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!

  4. In my personal CC for Photographers I can see computers CC is installed on and deactivate them if I wish (not that I need to) but CC for Teams does not have this function, even when logging into the individual accounts attached to Teams.

    This is a big oversight and should be a basic part of team management functionality, when managing many licenses and the fact that each user has to have an adobe ID setup for them to admin them is cumbersome enough but the fact there is even less control in CC Teams than personal CC accounts in…

  5. I am using the latest versions of all programs. I have uninstalled Adobe completely and used the cleaner to remove all software. I reinstalled Adobe DC because in need it for looking at documents stored in Filemaker. As soon as I go to a record with a pdf file, filmmaker crashes. If I leave adobe running, it will cause my Mac to shutdown or lock it in the sleep mode.

  7. Cannot PRINT to Adobe PDF from any program after reboot UNLESS Acrobat has been started at least ONCE for the current session. Perhpas this is because Acrobat has not "signed in" or authenticated as a licensed app until AFTER I have opened Acrobat? This has only been occurring recently within the last few months. The credentials are and have always been "saved" such that I am automatically authenticated when I open Acrobat. I am licensed for CC All Apps Annual. I am using Windows 10 64bit on a less-than-a-year-old Dell Inspiron i8 with 32GB RAM and 2TB drive.

  8. What's the best way to resolve this?
    Update failed. "Problem with licensing module"?

    Uninstall Acrobat Pro DC from the CC Desktop App and reinstall?
    Tried to use the Update feature in the Help menu of Acrobat Pro DC and that failed.

  9. Please enhance Named User licensing to better accommodate enterprise needs.

    We only issue Enterprise / Federated ID to our users, they will never have a personal AdobeID.

    Please enhance the licensing to:
    Enable a way to suppress the Sign in screen which requests an Adobe ID.
    Automatically select the Enterprise ID sign in screen.
    Prevent the appearance of the Adobe/Enterprise ID selection screen.
    Alternatively, allow background (registry / preference file) population of enterprise ID credentials so that all of the options are pre-filled and the process can be automatically attempted without user intervention. Only if the sign in fails should…

  10. Acrobat DC Pro opens automatically after computer started up, even i am not signed up with Adobe Creative Cloud (after last update Creative Cloud 4.7.0.400) on my MacBook Pro and it gets on the dock while i remove it from the dock every single time after starting up?!

  11. Why is it impossible to install Acrobat Pro (or any other Adobe product) on a Mac using a case-sensitive file system? There is no reason for this, and Adobe software is the only software I have ever seen that has this issue. It does not make any sense.

    Before you suggest it, NO, I will NOT reformat my disk. Telling people that they have to wipe their computer in order for your software to work is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money for your products and should be receiving decent support.

  12. The current authentication integration solutions for Adobe do not provide any automation around the Certificate management or the Account creation process. This is horribly limiting when considering the need of an environment to have a seamless system with limited downtime. Further the lack of auto account creation from the SAML service, is highly inefficient. It would be desired to have the capability to create users from the SAML integration and to have the SAML process setup to manage itself using federation XML URLs as an option.

  13. The current two machine limit is much lower than what is offered by other subscription services. iTunes allows 5 per account, for example. Having one person use 3 machines regularly is not uncommon. I use a work desktop, a home office desktop, and less frequently, a laptop when traveling. It is very inconvenient to have to constantly sign in and out on these machines. I would urge Adobe it increase it's limitation to 3-5 machines per license purchased.

  14. When managing plans, it would be most helpful to be able to rename devices. The names assigned by Adobe can be cryptic at best. Furthermore, it appears that imay have created two registered devices for the same device once when I installed one app, and a second when I installed another app.

  15. Acrobat Pro X
    Whenever I try Help/Check for Updates ... I get a message back that "Cannot connect to Adobe update server. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet and check for updates again." Obviously, I am on the Internet to make this post. What do I do?

  17. please give users the ability to cancel subscription when no other options adobe states the instructions. user has called several times, chatted several times, user has contact credit card company and paypal and adobe. adobe reponds with same solutions that dont work and even closes tickets that are unresolved, provide excessive wait times making it impossible to cancel membership. requestred assistance from law enforcement and other and other agencies as adobe s obtuse consideration is too take your money with no soutions. adobe appears to employ mentally impaird personnel that are unabke ti decipher common english thereby abdoning common sense…

  20. Currently have subscription licensed on two machines. Upgrading one machine and need three machine use for a period of time so that I can methodical migrate to the new machine rather than clutter it with years of outdated data & files.
