Cropping multiple files with action wizard causes crash
I set up a simple action to crop files to some specific measurements. These are magazine pages, so all need the same crop. The action wizard manages about 10 files and then crashes. When it crashes it corrupts the file it was currently working on, so I have to generate that one again for the next attempt. As our magazine has up to 600 pages, this is a huge problem. It seems to happen every time I try. I am on a Mac running the latest Mojave version.

"Ignore Future Errors" checkbox is Ignored on Acrobat Pro DC 2019.010.20091 on Mac
I attempted to run the "Recognize Text In This File" command on a file with digital signatures and received a random "This operation is not permitted" error (see screenshot) which may in itself be a bug. But then I checked "Ignore future errors in this document" and hit OK, and received the same popup, with the "Ignore future errors" box checked, for each subsequent error in the document until it reached the last page. I thought this was strange.

Find and Replace option is not up to a standard professional app!
It would be great if the "Find & Replace" option is more versatile. There should be options to replace ALL, including mathematical symbols. Like we have in MS Word.

Cannot edit PDF after entering password
Acrobat DC, Windows
If I open a PDF which I protected myself with a password and I enter the password to temporarily disable the protection, I should be able to edit the PDF the way I want, but I'm not. I cannot mark, not draw anything. I'm forced to save an unprotected copy. This is paradox and stupid!1 vote -

Unable to uncheck headers and footers option after comparing two pdfs.
This is not an idea. I am not able to uncheck headers and footers option after comparing two pdfs. Because of this I'll have to go through obvious header and footer changes, which is a waste of time.

PDF File not Initially Attaching or Uploading with Edits
Coming across an issue with Adobe PDF recently, where, when I edit a plan or remove pages in Adobe PDF, save it, close the document, then try to email it. It is retaining the original features of the plans, rather than the edited features for some time. Then after some time has passed it will attach with the edited features of the document.
This has happened twice in the last week, never had this occurrence prior.
Steps:
1) Open Document
2) Save As Document as New File
3) Remove Pages or Edit Pages
4) Save File
5) Close File in…1 vote -
add bookmark feature to organize pages
I love the split by top level bookmark. Please let us add bookmark while using the organize pages tool. This will increase my and others workflow tremendously.

Have Layout Grid automatically evenly divide image into specified number of subdivisions.
It would be so helpful if Acrobat could do the math and overlay a Layout Grid with a particular number of subdivisions. Instead, currently, the user has to open preferences and put in the exact size of the subdivisions which is tricky when images are not whole number sizes.

Seems like when you use the replace or insert function, the comments do not come in with the file?

TO: Adobe Acrobat Pro and Edit .Pdf Team: Please, please, please - you must make the edit .pdf tool much more user friendly. Terrible for
I just spent the last 2 hours trying to change the margins and the paragraph spacing on a simple document with just 4 pages.
YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND MAKE YOUR TOOLS MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY TO THE AVERAGE PERSON. UNTIL ADOBE FIGURES OUT HOW TO MAKE THEIR TOOLS MORE USER-FRIENDLY, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS IN THE MEANTIME. GREAT TOOLS AND RESOURCES - awful user-friendly applications. When we spend 2 hours with an Adobe customer support person on chat who cannot even do this simple task with time efficiency, then it is clear to…

EDIT function as single feature I can purchase
Would love to see the edit functionality as an a-la-cart feature that I can purchase. I prefer not to purchase the entire Pro DC or Standard DC package b/c I don't need any of the other features that come with the plan.

Overwrite PDF on SharePoint Online
Our organization uses SharePoint Online provided through Office 365 hosting. SharePoint is the primary location to store files.
It's possible to use Acrobat to open documents from SharePoint, edit them and save those changes back to the SharePoint server.
If we open a new PDF with Acrobat, then attempt to save over an existing file on our SharePoint server, we encounter the following error:
Adobe Acrobat could not access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again.
There are workarounds to this problem, but it would be useful to our users if Acrobat would simply save the…

Shrinking file size of Uber receipts results in error
On Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1803, Build 17134.523
Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2019.010.20069Normally, to shrink files before sending them out, I go to File -> Print -> Properties -> Default Settings -> and select "Smallest File Size." This works fine until I have an Uber receipt in my list of files. During the process of Acrobat shrinking the file, I get the error message that is attached below. I've also attached the specific type of Uber receipt that results in the error. I haven't had this issue with any other type of file.
