  1. It would be useful if Registered products listed on Adobe Account could be named by computer/user etc. (had to choose some product and category to be able to send this idea, but the idea doesn't really concern about Acrobat, but the Adobe Account which wasn't on the list)

  2. I keep having an issue where adobe updates and when it updates it changes from 32bit to 64bit. This is a major issue since I use some software that is 32bit based and when adobe updates it can not communicate with this software. this is where I will have to manually uninstall the 64-bit version for the 32bit. I have tried a few regedits to try and fix this issue however it still manages to update, I have also tried disabling the update service and task schedule.

  3. It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.

It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

  4. I contracted for 30 Acrobat Pro DC accounts last year and the automatic renewal is on Dec 10 2021.
My company would like to use the program for 1 more year with changed number of licenses so I asked to cancel the automatic recurring to the ADOBE KOREA customer care team and got answered that they cannot help me with this issue.
They told me I have to cancel the payment on the exact day and if I want to cancel it beforehand, I cannot use the program right away even though the contracted term still remains more than 2…

  7. When installing a package created for Apple Silicon macs, the installer will fail unless Rosetta is already installed. Rosetta is only required when you are attempting to run an x86 application on Apple Silicon, so this feels like a bug. The installer fails with no indication of what the problem is and the logs do not help. I stumbled upon the fix by accident. It should be noted that Rosetta is not installed by default on M1 Macs and is only invoked when you attempt to run an "Intel" application. The installer is for Apple Silicon, so it does not…

  8. Is there a way to determine product utilization. By this I mean can I tell the last time a user used their assigned product?
For example if a user has not used their Acrobat for six months they probably do need a license

  9. Unfortunately, we have found there is no current way that Adobe allows clients to track their perpetual licensing. When I found that my predecessor had not shared which devices our Adobe Pro perpetual licenses were installed on, we have no way of knowing who has the licenses without a severe amount of legwork. It would be supportive to the client to provide some means of tracking which machines perpetual licenses are currently linked to, especially in the case where a machine gets wiped and a license may still be linked to that machine. Thank you kindly Adobe Dev folks for…

  10. Most people are forced to have several log-ins with adobe creative cloud for personal, work and/or school as most do not need to utilize all programs from Adobe for personal use. It is extremely inconvenient to only be able to be in to one account at a time. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro for work (homebased business) but I also use Photoshop for Personal use, therefore, I have two completely separate cloud logins and must go through all the steps to completely logout of one and log in to the other just to open a program installed on my laptop.…

  11. As the CTO of a growing business, we have many users asking for access to Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere, Creative Cloud, etc.
Our monthly recurring costs with Adobe are getting up there and I would like to know which of my users are actively using their assigned license..
Users tend to ask for access to an application but NEVER contact IT to let you know they no longer need it. An audit log of active licenses would allow me to see who is using what products. I know this information exists since the license is validated when the app is…

  12. Some vendors who offer PDF creation allow you to monitor usage of their products. Sine Adobe is the highest costing PDF creator it would be useful for enterprise admin to track usage. Currently we are being asked to monitor this from our end. it is pushing us to a different product that allows us to track product usage.

  13. How can we tell Acrobat to automatically sign the user in? Right now, when the user opens Acrobat the first time, they're asked to sign in, click "sign in with an enterprise ID", type their email address, etc. before they can actually use the SSO piece.

Our users log on to their PCs with the same identity the federated ID will use. Is there a registry key or deployment option we can set that will attempt to sign in with the logged in user's identity? We're trying to make this as seamless as possible for our users.

  14. List the last usage of a product in the Admin Console for every user.
Highlight non users and allow the recovery of wasted licenses.

OR We could just keep on throwing money at Adobe ?

  16. Please stop using DMG's directly or indirectly within the install process. This is particularly important in CCDA where DMG's are used and we have no ability to amend this workflow.

  18. i'd like the ability to view my user's history. (i'd like to see the last time they signed in to adobe, the last time they used adobe, and maybe how often they use it).

i would basically like to see how often users actually use their license, that way if it is determined that they don't use it, i can re-assign their license to someone who actually WILL use it.

  19. Before an update is rolled out, third-party providers, e.g. for plugins, must be informed in advance about the content of the update so that there can't be any production downtimes!
