Crash Crash Crash it is like watching a NASCAR Martinsville Race.
I do not know what your programmers did to the Adobe products in the 2018 version but all Acrobat and Illustrator keep doing is crashing my computer. I reinstalled 2017 Illustrator but there is not a rollback for Acrobat. Please tell your programmers that "Just because you can does not mean you should"

Ctrl-F feature broken in new update
When perusing a PDF file, using the Ctrl-F feature to search the file for a word or phrase causes the entire program to shut down completely. Started on new update yesterday for the PRO DC Version 17.012.20098 update.

Error in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Installer
I download the acrobatproDC_dlm disk image on my Macbook Pro running 10.12.5 using the Chrome browser.
This download proceeds normally. After mounting the disk image and starting the installer app, it fails as 29% saying: "Safari must be closed in order to proceed". This comes up in a dialog box with Retry and Close buttons. Retry always fails with the same error message. Close, of course, closes the installer.
The trouble is that Safari is not running!
I finally figured out that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC was running and this was the cause of the installation failure.
Please correct the…

Product is a total pile of ****. Why do I have to wait "while the document is being prepared"? Is it unprepared. Fix it.
Go out of business. You products suck. Every "upgrade" is a downgrade.

Overly invasive
Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean

Bug - Name in top Right Corner Constantly Changes
I have changed my name a few months ago. When my account was created I went by a different name. I have updated my account to show my new name. It seems like every .pdf I open shows a different name. Sometimes it shows my old name and sometimes my new name. I have tried signing completely out and back in, same issue. It happens randomly. Steps to re-produce the issue is to just open a .pdf file. Environment - Windows 10, domain joined computer.

How do I make Adobe the default program to open documents - using iMac Sierra 10.12.5
I was using a different program as the default program to open documents but I don't like it so I want to go back to Adobe but I can't figure out how to change it, it doesn't give me the option to make it the default program even though I deleted the other program, now it defaults to Preview.

Missing sign in force closes an unsaved pdf form!
I have several computers I'm using Creative Cloud on. I can't keep up which is signed in and out. I work a lot with pdf forms. What happens is I'm filling an important form and suddenly Acrobat DC just quits without any warning, not asking whether to save. All work is completely lost and not retrievable! Then I can normally do the sign out from other computers and sign in the current computer (with my Adobe ID), but it's too late, the work is already lost.
It's a terrible problem and should be fixed immediately.
If the user has an…
1 voteThanks for your feedback. We are looking into this. Meanwhile could you please let us know whether Acrobat which is not signed in quits immediately after launch or after a while. If it quits after a while, could you please let us know the time period say 1 minute or 5 minutes or more which Acrobat takes to quit on launch.

Adobe Acrobat and Reader 2015
For enterprise use, it has too many breadcrumbs to learn more and free downloads. For business use and confidentiality, these links need to be easily removed or hidden from view with the customization tool.

Bug - MacOS 10.12.5 (Named) installer as Unidentified Developer
I've created an Acrobat Pro for Named installer (Via Admin Console) for the MacOS 10.12.5. Downloaded and ran the installer. The OS terminated the installer because it was an "Unidentified Developer".
I was able to install it after going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and check OK to install.
The reason I state this issue is most end users will not know what to do. So this needs to be corrected (maybe Apple.com).

Bug - Acrobat Pro X for Windows crashes and stops working every few weeks
Once every few weeks Acrobat Pro X, which I install as part of CS6 for Windows, crashes and stops working. It crashes when I try to open random files. After that it stops working and I need to reinstall it. It happened on two different computers, one running Windows 7 and one Windows 10.

eliminate DC function from DC.
remove the DC function from acrobat DC so users cannot access cloud files. this is a grave security risk. the feature has to an option at installation time so a user cannot switch it on.
