  1. Include Greek language in adobe acrobat pro dc interface as it was in earlier versions (10.0). Greek is a significant language. For example, Microsoft office fully supports Greek and Google. It is unacceptable the creator of PDF to not use Greek!

  3. There is an issue using the option 'Make Hand tool select text & Images' in Preferences, General, Basic Tools. It would be nice to have 'Make Hand tool selected text' option without the selecting image.

  4. I think the user should have the option to use the highlighter free stroke corrective option (new) or automated stroke option (old). Users who read longer documents with many long highlights will struggle with the corrective method (new). It is helpful within a long document to have the pointer change to word select and highlight multiple sentences by simply dragging down through the rows of text, as opposed to skillfully highlighting each sentence independently. One option is for a stylus, the other is for workstations. Adobe should make that a preference. In the legal field, it can take forever to…

  7. When routing multiple documents in the share/review feature with multiple people it is somewhat difficult to track the status of all documents that you originated or are reviewing. A single queue to list all documents originated or being reviewed by you that would allow you to designate status: routing, final approval (whatever designation needed). Have the queue shift things to the appropriate status when they are approved. Might even be able to change status in the queue. They can still be available if needed but would not be in the routing/proofing portion of the queue any longer. It would also…

  8. I often work with similar types of documents in Acrobat. I need to view comments by color. To do this I need to:

    1. Open the right hand panel.
    2. Click on "Comments"
    3. Click on "Sort By"
    4. Click on "Color"
    5. Click on the Options button ...
    6. Click on "Collapse All."

I have to do this every single time. Please make it so that tools are left the way to user last used them, as is done in probably all the other Adobe programs.

This is how Bluebeam Revu functions and it saves so much time. Usually when I need to work with…

  9. If I double-click on a comment it rises in the height (because of the post-button). Sometimes it rises also without double clicking, just on one click! If I click on the next comment the comment before shrinks and the current comment rises. So the complete list AND the current comment slips up. So if I have al list of 1000 comments and copy every comment-text to paste it in InDesign, my eyes and my brain gets tired of the constant comment-slipping. It's also hard to orientate if I switch between InDesign and Acrobat. Especially if the comment panels just shows…

  10. I compared Acrobat X with the current version of Acrobat: At X you have 20 comments in the window at glance and in the current version it's just 9 comments! If I have a document with 1000 comments I have to scroll much more than in X and makes my work slower than before.

Please make more comments visible at a glance again!

  13. I am often having an issue of bookmarks going to the page after the set destination. I have checked the bookmark properties and they are correct.

The Action is 'execute a menu item' 'Go to a page in this document'.

  14. Please revert back to an older version. I hate the new DC version. I used to be able to have my frequently used toolbars readily available when I opened acrobat. Now I have to use several additional clicks to get to the tools I need. It defeats the purpose of paying for acrobat when it defaults to nothing more than a reader. I've spent considerable time looking for a setting to leave the toolbars on the side of my extremely wide screen, but they are well hidden if available at all, and I refuse to sign in to anything.

  15. Many of us would like Acrobat to work in a certain way that supports the way we work. For example, I want to always open in Read View (globally, not set per each document). Others have similar requests regarding Comments and such.

I'd like to suggest that you implement a fairly comprehensive Preferences facility that enables us to customize this powerful product to the way we work. It does not take long for the frustration to build when the product is klunky. Give us the ability to smooth out some of the rough edges please.

  16. When in Full Screen, the default setting is Single Page View. There is no way to change this in Full Screen. You can change it to, say, "Enable Scrolling" before entering full screen, but once you enter full screen it will revert back to the default. Please enable a way for the user to change the default Full Screen, Page View to their personal preferences in settings.

  17. Please, please can we have the option to show the Zoom Value (percentage) on the main toolbar. I can't use the 'out of toolbar' display as it disappears, and can't keep taking the mouse down to show the disappearing toolbar every time I want to know what zoom value I'm at.

    Thanks
    Mike

  18. When selecting text in Acrobat (for applying a comment or other markup), Acrobat selects whole words (unless you are being particularly careful). It would be good to have the option to turn this off so that we can easily select partial words, starting in the middle of one word and ending in the middle of another.

  20. The popups aligned to the edge of the document make interface difficult to use, is there a way to open without it? Have it turned off but get pdfs from others and it's very very hard to use, to see the comments without opening a huge window, then I have to try to see it and the window I'm editing at the same time. Please make a way to set these inside so I can see them. Thank you.
