  1. When using the Dynamic zoom tool, you cant grab the page to move it unless you switch back to the hand tool. The left mouse button also zooms in and out. It could be used instead to grab the page to navigate around. This would make Adobe Acrobat Pro DC more efficient for Viewing large documents like architectural plans. The pages are so big that the current zoom options become cumbersome.

  2. [Product: Acrobat DC]
    I often need to select the first letter of a word in order to mark it for capitalization. If I place the cursor next to the letter and then press shift and an arrow key, the letter should be selected. However, the display does not update until I release the shift key. If I want to type a capital letter, I must then press the shift key again. Very weird.

  3. I don't understand why the icons in the top toolbar have to be so big and there appears to be no option to show labels. It's frustrating to have to hover over each one to figure out what it's for.

    Icons alone don't work for everybody. I've worked in Adobe products since PageMaker and the move toward stylized, cryptic icons makes me feel like suddenly I'm not welcome anymore.

    Creative cloud gets in the way of my workflow. It always wants more of my attention than I want to give it - too many clicks, form over function, and fewer…

  4. The speed of opening and navigating PDFs is very slow on macOS. Using the Metal graphics API to boost performance would be great. Comparing the speed at which Readdle's PDF Expert opens and navigates PDFs to that of Acrobat's shows that improvements can be made to the speed of rendering PDFs.

  6. I recently had to install Adobe Acrobat Pro and I would like to be able to remove the icons and replace them with text only menus. If I wanted to look at hieroglyphs I would tune in the Stargate series on MeTV.

    Is there a way to change preferences or an add-on that will remove the box-of-crayons-colors icons and display text menus automatically? I don't use the application often enough to memorize the mouse-over texts. It's tiresome enough dealing with texter's shortcut abortions of the English language these days. I'd rather not have to play a game of Concentration when…

  7. Worst UI since Acrobat Pro 11

    Very glitchy and crashes when i want to measure (which is what i use for work)
    All the different symbol color changes inhibits productivity as everything is now gray scale.

    Where can i go for a refund and can i be hooked up with a fresh copy of acrobat pro 11. I don't care if it's no longer supported, just let me have it so i can retain fluidity in productivity.

  8. When I set Acrobat to run a task like text recognition for example, I don't want to sit there and watch the program do that. So I go to do something else on my computer. But Acrobat, and other Adobe programs continually push themselves to the foreground forcing me to wait while a task finishes. Why?

  9. Please provide a simple user web site option which explains the differences between the multiple product you provide. I needed Adobe DC but was unaware that there were two version of Adobe. Your web site indicated that I needed Adobe Pro DC to complete an Adobe form sent from my bank. This has caused all sorts of issues as when I discovered that Adobe DC was the product I needed, not a simple task, the process of cancelling the erroneous subscription generated a chat session which I thoughT I had completed and fully cancelled the trail subscription.   11. the ability to actually DELETE and agreement within adobe sign is currently burried benieth 3 or 4 submenues and then an explicit search must be performed to find and agreement. THIS IS A BASIC feature that must be accessible at the agreement home page list. If you believe there is a privacy issue then let it be a popup notifying.

    trying to find these features is frustrating and internet searches/support are not knowledgeable about how to accomplish.

  12. As description says the border of the Property toolbar leaves a trail when I drag it around the screen (see the attached photo). This happens on Windows 10 Pro x64 1901 build 18363.535, processor Core i9-9900RF, video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB RAM. However, I can reproduce this bug even on a much weaker device like Microsoft Surface Pro with Core i5 7300U on it and when I use the Pen instead of mouse. Acrobat DC Pro full version is 2020.009.20065

  15. Links to my recent documents keep disappearing from the Recent list. The message says: "There aren't any recent files". Acrobat is currently up to date on my Windows 10 laptop. This is happening sporadically, with recent docs appearing as expected for some time, then vanishing without explanation, sometimes while I'm looking at the list Acrobat Pro DC.

  18. Recent files list don't actually show the most recent file. I think files opened from email or API don't show in the ist ... MIA.

    There have been many good ideas requested by other users but you mark them as "Resolved" instead of "Rejected". Just pointing to a style guide or help page that is incorrect is not solving anybodies problem.

    We will keep creating new requests for these missing features and bugs until you listen and REALLY FIX them. Often they seem quiet trivial but are great time savers for some users. Please leave them as "Unresolved" unless you…
