  1. I have "Enable scrolling for all view types" pinned to the right side panel. Whenever I deactivate scrolling by clicking that button, and then try to click the up or down arrow to toggle through pages, I get a "Bad Parameter" error. It always happens when clicking the up or down arrow, and will occasionally happen as soon as I deactivate the button. It does not happen if I use the keyboard to toggle up or down.

  2. BUG: when using Adobe Sign to sign a PDF that already includes an electronic or digital signature from an external entity, the existing PDF Signatures are not preserved during Adobe Sign process.
Adobe Sign should verify if the uploaded PDF already include e-signatures, and if so, do not flatten the PDF and instead use the same PDF to apply a new signature on top, without flatten and removing all metadata.

  3. Useful function in previous comment made in 2017 quoted below was replied by Adobe to work on but yet to be incorporated in the latest adobe acrobat version in 2025:

    Custom Comment Status Tags
It would be nice if users can create and manage custom status tags. Often when I'm addressing comments I use the status tags for organizing which comments I've addressed and how I address them. I turn them on and off to keep track of which one's I've addressed. For the most part they are usually accepted or rejected, but sometimes there are some that should be…

  4. Unfortunately there are already like 80 feature requests for usage reports.  As a company, we view the lack of visibility into usage as a sign of adobe not wanting to be transparent with its users. We have no way to track how often people are using the product, which in turn is making us buy more seats constantly. I apprech the hustle, but dang, I will certainly be looking for new products to swap to and to remove us from this endless loop.

  5. Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to share my frustration with the current version of Adobe Acrobat, specifically regarding the inability to move tool panels—such as the Bookmarks panel—to the left side or other locations within the application window. In previous versions, the placement of the Bookmarks panel and tools was on the left (which makes sense to be on the left), and it is essential for my daily workflow and productivity to keep it on the left.

The recent interface changes have switched sides of all the tools, and now the Bookmarks panel is fixed on the right…

  6. Hi everyone,

Has anyone else experienced problems with Adobe PDF editing recently survival race ? Some users are missing the toolbar, while others only see an endless loading wheel when trying to edit PDFs.

I found that disabling the new Adobe interface temporarily fixes the issue. Has anyone found a more permanent solution?

    Thank for suggesstion help!

  7. The difference between "e-signature" and "digital signature" isn't clear from a user perspective within the AdobeSign interface. This is because EU law only distinguishes between the following three signature types: 1. Normal Signing; 2. Advanced Signing; and 3. Qualified Signing. Can better alternatives be devised for these names from a user perspective that would more clearly indicate the difference?

  8. Despite spending hours rearranging text elements in an interactive PDF exported from InDesign (both InDesign and Acrobat up to date as of March 2026), the read aloud feature is not following the reading order. It's also breaking up sentences despite there being no break in the tagged area.

It took so long to get elements in the right order. It's also incredibly frustrating having to save a new backup after every 5 pages because Acrobat's Reading Order panel is so buggy and unreliable. On top of that, it doesn't even have a single undo function, let alone multiple undoes.

    When…

  9. Printing some forms and documents from Acrobat Pro works while others don't. The application opens the printer (HP M454dw with the latest firmware), but then never prints and never generates an error message.
However, printing the same document that fails to print in Acrobat Pro works in the free version of Acrobat Reader.
It also works with Apple's Preview app. Only the Pro version of Acrobat seems to experience a problem

  10. All the HELP articles say by holding the shift key and dragging the highlight tool, it will highlight in a straight line. When I hold down the shift key, it disables the highlight tool. (When I drag the highlight tool, nothing happens.)

  11. Users would like an signers / approvers to be able to complete some of their assigned fields in an agreement, save their progress, and then print the document with those partially completed details, before returning later to complete the remaining fields.
Apparently this is a feature available in DocuSign.
If there are a lot of fields, the user may have to get the information to populate the fields and should not have to lose their progress.
In legal practice forms are completed by the approver sometimes and are then dated at a later date.

  12. In the "search" API CALL, if a signer has changed in an agreement the "modifiedDate" is not updated. This implies that the search will not trigger the agreement if the signer is updated because 'modifiedDate' is not updated.
If i have an agreement X created the 03/07/2026, and i change the signer the 09/07/2026, and on that day i asked for "agreements with modified between yesterday and today", the agreement X will never be triggered neither returned. Because his modifiedDate is always on "03/07/2026" instead of '09/07/2026".
Can you develop that evolution please?

  13. I come from a prepress background, where many professionals stayed with Acrobat 9 for years because Acrobat X and everything that followed felt much less professional and, above all, far less ergonomic.

Since I now have no choice but to use the current Acrobat, I would like to ask for one basic improvement: please reconsider the placement of panels and tools, or at least allow users to freely rearrange them.

Page-related controls such as page numbers, page navigation, zoom, and similar tools should not be forced into the bottom-right corner, while thumbnails, layers, and other panels are placed far away…

  14. The snapshot tool has changed so you are unable to print the selected graphic. The display is also bizarre with a dimmed screen, crosshairs, and a magnifier. Bring back the old version ASAP. It is necessary for my job functions and I am lost without it!!

  15. I love that you are using AI to generate these podcasts but over the last month or so the amount of audio artifacts has increased tremendously. At times it almost sounds like the host is slurring their words. I am having to edit text just to get the audio regenerated into something that is usable. If you can get this worked out it would be great.

  16. Please revert the snapshot tool to the previous version where it kept the boundary of what you were taking a snapshot of.

  17. I am an editor of an international journal, and edit a large number of journal articles using Adobe Acrobat. It is a scientific journal, so there are many equations and variables with superscripts and subscripts. My problem is the after writing in a comment box and using superscript on a text character as part of an equation or unit definition, then saving the document, Acrobat changes my superscript to subscript. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. It makes it difficult or impossible to provide correct editorial comments to authors. Please fix this error promptly. Thank you.

  18. When merging two/more fillable forms that contain identical field names (e.g., 'Name' in two distinct form sections) into one document, the information from the first form automatically populates the corresponding fields across all forms. There should be an opt-out from this feature to prevent data duplication when the forms represent different information and still need to be combined in one document.

  19. From the Comments pane, I go to the three ellipses to access more options, and choose from there "Export All To Data File", this option provides two file formats only (PDF and XFDF).
I need to use PDF comments in our office database for analysis, hence I need to export comments in Text format such as .txt, .rtf, or even .docx.

  20. It is Sometimes Very Hard to Comment on PDF Files from our supplieres because the faulty Part is hide behind a Giant Link that gets you to another SIde on this same PDF File. Which Seems like a Great Feature until you try to comment on those Things. It would make the Work for me and many of my Collegues much easyier if we could Symply Disable and Enable those Links Like a Toggle Switch.
