PDF will redact or self-destruct after fixed time limit
When sharing PDF files the file should have the built-in function that after a certain time-limit e.g. when information is out of date or to protect IP the contents redact or self-destruct.
Pairing this with read-only, no download functionality will protect the content from being improperly used

Custom "Create an Action"
I would like to automate a series of steps under Create an Action. In my case in particular, I am often resizing powerpoint slides from a pdf into the exact same size for word documents. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC asks me to sign in every time I connect through a different network.
There seems to be an issue with acrobat where I am forced to re-sign in with my adobe account every time I open Acrobat when I am connected through a different wifi network than the last one I logged in through. This issue causes me to lose all my recent activity.
Please help, it is highly unconventional.

Crash when opening tab in new window
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashed, grey screen then windows error window when user moved one of her tabs into a new window on a different screen. on a terminal server with multiple screens.
I have attached the error codes. Very intermittent. This has happened once or twice before but is not readily reproducible.1 vote -
Password-Protect Fields in Adobe Sign
I'm a small business owner and would like to streamline the collection of sensitive data, such as social security or tax numbers for tax-related tasks. While Adobe Sign has some great password protection features, concealing a specific field would be especially powerful to protect the signer's sensitive data. Based on my conversation with a customer service rep at Adobe, this feature isn't available. The only other alternatives are to set a password for viewing, editing, and setting a password once the signer has signed to lock the document.

Major bug in adobe pro DC: text box can't create and add the background color for text box.
we can't create text box and background color in adobe pro DC. the option is available in adobe pro only. better the same option should include in Pro DC

Hide Tools Pane
Provide ability to hide the Tools Pane to increase the field of content.
I review and markup engineering drawings and other documents. Some of these are quite large. I need the maximum amount of content in the window. As long as I can access the comment menu in the tool bar above, I have what I need.26 votes -
Globally change default text field properties in Acrobat Pro DC
I work in InDesign. I create the form and place the various fields. When I export to interactive PDF, the default text field properties include "Check spelling" = yes. I have to edit all the text fields to change "Check spelling" = no. Please allow default text field properties to be changed GLOBALLY and PERMANENTLY.

Access Code or Password to open up Document at Review & Sign part of the Request for Signature in Adobe Sign
Currently even if a document is password protected, whoever receives the document to esign has complete access to the document without providing a password or access code. This defeats the purpose of protecting the document with a password when a person can just click it open when asked to review & sign. Once a person has already viewed the document (just by clicking review & sign) and signed the document, then they can download the signed document and at that point it becomes password protected to access it, which again is already too late, as the document has already been…

Preparing files to compare
When comparing two PDFs, the application is just stuck on "Preparing files to compare…" for several minutes and does not proceed. No progress is shown on the progress bar, again even after several minutes. This is comparing two small PDFs that are only two pages each. The application appears to go unresponsive after causing the computer fans to rapidly spin up.

New downloaded or transformed documents take at least 6 minutes to open and old ones take longer

why does adobe logout of my account without asking me? It occurs on Win10. Logs out and closes all of the files I have open. Makes me start with new document. Very frustrating.

More Editing Tools within Adobe Acrobat DC instead of using Paint
It would be nice to be able to have access to more or better editing tools. I am constantly needing to edit data but cannot erase text or highlight with a different color without using Paint. This is highly aggravating and time consuming.

PowerPoint to pdf (no links)
Convert big pptx files to pdf with external links (http...) in boxes not always work. It’s buggy and randomly create or not the links.
On mac, and using the local service (not cloud, cos the fonts lost).

Acrobat DC crashed repeatedly on quitting (macOS Mojave 10.15.5)
Acrobat keeps crashing when I quit the app. It does not matter if there is document open or not.
