  1. Crop Pages as a standalone icon

    When you need to quickly crop a page it's irritating to have to go to EDIT and have to wait for it to recognize the text/language of the content on the document before you can select CROP. Often the text doesn't need to be edited, you just want to get rid of the white space.
    Cropping should be it's own icon/feature separate from other "editing" functions so that it's fast and easy.
    Also, the idea someone posted for combining two small crops into one page is excellent.

  2. Opt-out from Data Collection

    Can we use Windows group policy to opt-out on data collection for users for privacy reasons? By default it's set to opt-in for a user before they log on but we would like to opt-out without the users' intervention.

  3. Date field

    Hi,

    Could you add a number of week (w) in the list of ACCEPTED VALUES FOR PORTIONS OF DATES in Acrobat Pro DC?
    Examples:
    - ww-yyyy (38-2020)
    - ww-yy (38-20)
    - ect.
    It will be helpful for PDF files which contain date field in this format and it needs to be editable (manually by an operator and automatically generated in Acrobat Pro DC) each time when PDF files are opened for a print or any other job.
    It is not possible to get this format of a date even with option Custom in Prepare Form/Format/Date/Custom.

  4. Bug- Can't sign in for cloud usage

    I've recently had Acrobat DC installed so that I could use the collaborative cloud sharing features to simplify the collection of signatures for document approvals. I've been unable to share any document. The software does not allow me to sign in. I appear as signed in when I look at the help menu but when I try to share a document it asks me to sign in again. I click on "sign in" and no other prompts or windows open. It's like the button isn't working.

  5. I am using Acrobat Pro DC.

    The latest update of the Acrobat Pro DC has made the application sluggish and cumbersome. Every action causes a window to open saying something about preparing the document for use. It doesn't matter whether I am signing a document or sending it to print, this message pops up and you can;t move forward until it completes whatever action it is doing.

  7. deleting pdf files

    I am a sports photographer. Mostly tennis. I might take 200 photos of a particular player. My intention is to sell the images to the players/parents. I have to send a PDF file of all the images for them to look at. When I send the file they may just copy the images, regardless of the fact I have put a logo over the images. Some people are happy with that. Some just keep the images with the logo over the top. It means I do not get paid. I want to be able to send a file that deletes…

  8. Add difference password to multiple PDFs or using an exist list to create password for multiple PDF files

    I am trying to encrypt password for multiple pdf files. Each of them will have a seperate password in an exist spreedsheet. and i have like 1000 of them

    When the OCSP response used to check the validity of a eIDAS QES signature certificate is signed using a different root certificate than used for signing the user certificate, the signature validity is shown as UNKNOWN, although this procedure is in conformity with the European Union eIDAS regulation.   11. Bug: Incorrect number format options for form fields - missing thousand and decimal separator options

    Mac OSX, Adobe Acrobat PRO DC (Build: 20.9.20067.384717)

    I am working on improving some pdfs at work, in one of these there are two fields for the user to input numbers (currency), but the field type number does not include any format that is correct way of formatting numbers in Norway.

    I need the thousand separator to be space and the decimal separator to be comma, the only options in the form field settings is
    1.123,10
    1,123.10
    1123,10
    1123.10
    1'123.10
    not the one I need, and that is correctly format for most numbers in Norway (expected result):
    1 123,10

  12. HATE THE NEW ADOBE PRO DC!!!

    I loved the earlier version. I was able to drag the bookmarks all around and then hit "re-order" (add-on) and the PDF would reorder the pages based on the bookmarks. The new version sucks!!!! What idiot created it? It is less user-friendly and most frustrating! Where is my list that shows all the mark-ups and comments or the feature to delete certain comments made by certain someone. Old version had a lot more features and practicality. The new version sucks!!! Can't stress enough. Talk about taking a giant step back in technology.

  13. Allow Court Clerk to File Stamp completed document

    Court efiling services reject Adobe Sign documents. Clerks of court must be able to add a file stamp to signed court papers. Adobe Sign security features make it impossible for them to do that.

    This makes the technology worthless for court filings. Please advise on the solution or create one.

    All the editing tools are grayed out and not accessible. This is the default no matter what type of pdf I pull up. Even ones that I made using adobe. Why is this and what is the solution?

  16. Language can only be English

    Despite language option set to "same as the operating system" and my Windows language set to Japanese, acrobat standard DC displays English. So please fix this bug.

  17. Crash when commenting on PDF portfolio file

    1. Create a PDF portfolio from any two PDF files
    2. Right click on one of the files on the left and choose Open File
    3. Go to the Comment tool
    4. Click Add Text Comment from the toolbar (the single line one)
    5. Type in a comment anywhere
    6. Click X to close the tab while the caret is still blinking

    Expected:
    Asks you to save like it does with a non-portfolio PDF file.

    Actual:
    Freezes and then crashes. Reproducible every time, occurs on multiple Windows accounts.

    After typing, if you press Esc or do anything else to move focus off the comment, the comment…

  19. Text select is picking large blocks of multiple lines of text rather than just one line.

    When using text select to highlight, multiple lines are being highlighted rather than just the line of text. See SnipPDF.png to see what is occurring. I've tried two different methods of saving the file. Print to PDF and Save as PDF. Save as PDF is working fine, Print to PDF is not letting us select anything.Is this really the only workaround for this, is to open and select print and save again?   20. Read to end of document issues on a Mac

    Read to end of document only reads a single page or sometimes doesn't read at all.

    (PS is this the same Rachit who use to work for the Forest Service? If so, I hope you are doing well. I'm still waiting on a TA for a MacBook Pro :-()
