  1. Adobe Sign hyperlink NEEDED in workflow message

    It is critical to have a text editor (allowing hyperlinks) to be added to the message in a workflow. This link would take the users to a 'live' document to comment, edit, and finalize before all the signatures take place. I feel this would be an asset to all Adobe Sign users.

  2. Request Signature Options

    In the new 11/13/23 version of AdobeSign, I only have 2 options for recipients: sign or approve. There is NO option to add a cc. I went looking at your "help" and what it shows is a whole list of options, including cc. I think there is a bug that you need to fix. It wasted an hour of my time today trying to figure it out. I gave up and reverted to the old version. Thanks a lot.

  3. Can' stop being charged after accidental Trial Sign Up

    Our company pays for Acrobat licenses for our employees. I needed to edit a PDF urgently and could not do it. The online version was the only option I saw, and it just locked up.
    I signed up for a free trial, just so I could download and use Acrobat. This worked for the urgently needed PDF but now my company credit card is being charged monthly for an account our company already pays for! There is no way to cancel this "free trial" account. Our accounting people are asking me why they are paying twice.

  5. new Acrobat crashing if 3rd party plug-in installed (windows)

    If "New Acrobat" is enabled, opening a document crashes Acrobat if I have a 3rd party control loaded. I can either remove the plug-in or disable the new look and then it works fine.

  6. TOO SLOW

    THE SYSTEM IS WAY TOO SLOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS CHANGED BUT I REALLY DO TO ENJOY USING ADOBE, IF ANOTHER OPTION WAS GIVEN i WOULD USE ANOTHER SYSTEM. I DON'T LIKE THAT I PAY FOR SOMETHINGTHAT DOESN'T WORK.

  8. Measurement calibration in drawings "not to scale"

    Please allow to calibrate a measurement with the drawing.
    I usually get drawings completely off-scale and the only way of getting a correct scale is trial and error changing values within "Change Scale Ratio and Precision" box.

    We could:
    Select option "Calibrate measurement", draw line in the drawing over known distance, enter the length the line represents.
    This will allow to calculate the scale and set it up with usually acceptable tolerance (definitely better than trial and error)...

    Enable confirmation on pressing "Enter" key in "Change Scale Ratio and Precision" dialog box.
    At the moment we have to tab through to actually highlight OK button to confirm entry with "Enter" or move a mouse over OK button.

    Remove "Check out new e-sign tools" hint from the bottom of a side bar.
    I am already familiar with this "new and revolutionary" feature...
    I don't need to find out about it every time I open Acrobat.

  11. Bug: worst case file handling wrong

    1. Topic: bad PDF file handling in worst case situations.
    2. Situation: you open a PDF from a network drive and start to edit, then the network connection gets lost. Several issues might now occur, see below.
    3. Windows 10
    4. It would be expectable that Acrobat can still save the file, because it resides in memory or Acrobat has a cache and can save from there.
    5. What happened: A file has been opened from a network drive, something that's common in companies with many PCs. The first issue was that this approx. 40 MB file had a lot of comments and while scrollin/skipping…

  12. Bug

    Hi All

    As soon as I opened the third PDF file, which opens as a third tab in Acrobat, it freezes.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it does not resolve the issue.

  14. I dont like the layout to complicated. The create scanner also is bad cannot save any scanner settings when scanning in documents.

    It also skips documents when scanning keep on stopping. There is too many step to create .pdf. I have no problem using the older version. Also paper size keeps going back to A4 size paper I want it to stay on Legal Size paper instead. How do you save the setting?

  15. The new interface simply very annoying. Just add a button upfront for users to simply and easily switch back.

    I feel very upset about the new interface. It's confusing and very hard to find tools, or some are missing, or some are misplaced. Not user friendly in any level. Completely hate it. Just want the old version back. Add a button upfront to switch back that actually will not switch back the next time a new file is open.

  16. Glyphs get messed up after running preflight profile

    This is not an Idea, but a very bad bug. When processing the attached PDF using the preflight profile
    Sheet Offset CMYK (GWG 2015), the glpyhs are randomly placed on the pages, rendering the PDF unusable.

  19. Bring back the menu

    In the new reader it's impossible to see the most useful part, the menu, with the main options, file, edit, view etc. It is the most useful and takes minimal space, I've heard many people complaining about its removal

  20. Drawing a straight line but unable to finish/exit the operation.

    Hi.

    I am experiencing a bug where when I try to draw a line and make it either horizantally or vertically aligned using [Shift] button, it makes the operation unable to end. And when I try to navigate, the line just stretches along with the mouse. I can still navigate to other windows, but when I return to the PDF window I am originally working on, it still is in the same condition and the line operation is still running.

    For now, the work around is that I need to "fake close" (close the file by middle mouse click and…
