  1. When one crops a document, the "Apply to:" dialog preference selects between "Even and Odd Pages", "Odd Pages Only", and "Even Pages Only". This preference is sticky, based on the last document that was cropped. In practice, documents are uncorrelated.

These probabilites aren't flat. To reduce user errors, it would be simplest to default to the setting users expect by default: "Even and Odd Pages".

If one expects the user to check this setting every time, then it would make sense to play the probabilities, and default to the most likely setting based on recent history. For example, phone GPS…

  2. When copying and pasting a textbox from one page to another, the textbox is pasted in the copied location instead of center screen. Pasted objects should always land in middle of screen no matter zoom level or current view location.

Please give more control to these account like you do with the Enterprise. All I can do right now, is create, delete, add apps and rename. Id like to be able to authenticate users and reset passwords ect. Just like the Enterprise users have

  6. 1 of several problems in how PDF Maker (and InDesign's export to PDF utility) tag PDFs.

In Table Editor, the editor's cell markers (bright pink lines) do not align with the actual <TD> data cells. This makes it difficult, and sometimes impossible, to correct a cell's tag.

Most commonly seen in complex tables with merged cells in the column and row headers. See screen capture.

    Also see this blog post:
    https://www.pubcom.com/blog/2020_04-05/ACROBAT_tableeditor.shtml

    EXPECTED RESULT:
Table Editor's cell outlines should match the actual cells.

  7. The tab bar, menu bar, and that giant arrow down the right hand side take up way too much space. This is especially the case for those who must zoom in due to poor vision. It is very restrictive.
The document tab bar is twice the height that it needs to be for the height of its text.

  8. Reviewing comments on a pdf document one by one is a key part of my work as an editor, and it would speed up my work immensely if there were a keyboard shortcut to mark comments as completed/rejected/&c. At the moment this action requires mouse-selection of options within a menue and then a drop-down within this menu, which slows the process down a lot. Thanks for your consideration.

  10. I would welcome efforts by Adobe, including coordination with Nuance, to fully integrate Dragon Naturally Speaking into Adobe Acrobat DC. In trying to fill out editable forms in DC, it does not take my dictation directly into the space provided in the form. It requires me to use the Dragon Dictation Box, which is slow and cumbersome. This improvement would be greatly appreciated by disabled people such as me who have to rely on voice recognition to use their computers fully. I was able to dictate directly into this Comment Box. Thank you for considering my Feature Request.

  14. I open many PDFs every day that are created by multiple people in multiple different ways. Every. Single. Time I open a PDF, the bookmarks bar pops up, even if it's a single page document with no bookmarks. Also, whenever I have hidden the tools or anything else (F8 and F9), opening a new document brings all that stuff up. That means every time I open a document, I have to click 4 extra times to get rid of all the garbage so I can just see the document. Can you please just give us some preferences to never or…

  15. Please give users a way to disable contextual tips. This disrupts my work and it's irritating. I got a new iMac last year and did a clean install of the Adobe apps I use via the Creative Cloud app. Contextual tips have never stopped popping up.

Please make this stop. Please. Please. Please.

See the attached screen shot for the one that disrupts me most often.

Yes, I've searched your forums and posted about this repeatedly. Now I'm doing so via the Feedback feature in the app.

  16. When using Adobe from a workgroup email. Adobe should allow notifications to go to that workgroup email.
For example, we have 3 users who are connected to a workgroup email Compliance@agencyname.com (it's a shared inbox)
We requested and CC'd signature requests to that email, but no notification was sent to that email address.

  17. In the prior version, this option was on by default. Now I have to manually select it in the menu, for every document I open. This should be a selection in the Settings area, to enable this view as default or not.

  18. Please enable the ability to save multiple commenting styles similar to PDF Xchange by Tracker. It is very helpful to have a few different styles set up so I can, for example, use connected line tools to highlight several different things on a drawing in different colors, thickness, opacity.

  19. Please enable zooming and scrolling while using commenting tools like the "connected lines" tool. I often have to trace lines on a schematic and it is REALLY difficult to do without being able to zoom or scroll using control / shift plus the mouse wheel.

Really this should be enabled when using any commenting tool but it's especially problematic with the connected lines tool.

  20. It would be great if only the words Click Here was the clickable part at the lower right, instead of the entire rectangular area. Invariably when I resize my window from that corner it launches whatever is the current content down there. Not huge but kind of annoying when you're busy.
