1. Previewing A Form

   In the old version of Adobe Acrobat, when you were in the process of preparing/editing a form, you could "Preview" the form. It was very useful because you could go back and forth between changing the modifiable fields and seeing the document as someone else would see it. This feature is no longer available. Now, you have to exit the form section to preview and then go back into the form section to edit again, which is such a headache.

2. Emoticons in Word cause PDF to not display text

   Hi Adobe Support Team. I would like to report a bug in Acrobat. We added an Emoticon [Windows button PLUS dot button] in Word [Office 365]. When we want to make a PDF from this Word file, the text after the Emoticon is simply missing in the PDF version. The same happens when we add other symbols. I thought I let you know. We would be happy if you would fix this...

   I have added a file which has little orange symbols. Those symbols cause the same failure as an Emoticon would do. If you remove the symbols, the PDF will be created correctly.

4. Getting "miscellaneous error" when trying to request e-signature

   getting "some miscellaneous error has occurred" when trying to request e-signature. can't send PDFs to be signed until this is fixed.

5. FIND/SEARCH does not work

   When i use CTRL+F (Find), the software does not find any match in this PDF. In Google Chrome the FIND in this PDF works very well. Why does Acrobat Reader 2023.01.20143 not work with this PDF?

6. Form field date format dd/mm/yyyy

   When specifying a date field in a form there is just about every date format available except dd/mm/yyyy - it has to be added as a custom format each time. This is commonly how dates are written in Australia/NZ, would be very handy to have this in the list.

7. I HATE the new UI. Bring back the old one. I can't get Acrobat to change the page size. Every setting I try doesn't do it.

8. Text in Dark Mode remains black on dark bg

   Text items in the JavaScript Debugger window show up with black type on dark grey background, which is almost impossible to read. The Console window however displays white text on dark bg. Please fix this.

12. Better Organization and Flow of the Interface

    1. FILE ORGANIZATION WITH DRAG & DROP - Organizing files on Adobe takes longer than actually printing a hardcopy, labeling it, alphabetizing it, and climbing up a ladder to file it in heaven. The "Move" file option should be found in every dropdown on every page.

    2. NEED MORE FILTER OPTIONS - We should be able to filter by recipient's names, file name, dates, signed/unsigned, starred, modified, etc.

    3. CHECK BOXES - When a document has been completed and uploaded - check the "Completed" box. The completed document should not keep showing up in the same list. This will help prevent reopening the same decrepit document over and over until you find where you left off.

    4. SPEED UP THE WEBSITE - IT IS SO SLOW. If you click the wrong thing, you're forced to pause for long enough to reflect on how life got this tedious and obnoxious when you have a deadline to meet. Then, you get to relive it while waiting to return to the previous screen.

    5. SMALLER BOXES - The main intro box and boxes for Tools are ridiculous. Forget about using a laptop. Instead of adding invisible arrows to slide to more pages, just stop making huge boxes. [See ****** diagram]

    6. MORE EXPLANATIONS - Settings are confusing. You can't tell what each setting does, how it will appear, or if it will cause confusion and/or error.

    7. SEE WHAT THEY SEE - When changing settings it would help to be able to see what the recipient will see so you can decide what settings may be less confusing for your less savvy signers.

    8. SECURITY ON SIGNED DOCUMENTS - Can you even do anything besides download it? Restrictions should be set by the creator so signed documents can be added to presentations and sent for additional signatures easily. If there is a way to do this....it's not obvious. Signatures should still link back to the original signed copy for verification purposes. [See ****** diagram 3]

    9. PRICE IT REASONABLY - The PRO subscription is truly not worth more than $89.99 annually. No one else is getting paid more for being inefficient. Adobe shouldn't either.

    10. ACROBAT IS CONVOLUTED - Is it a program with an icon on my desktop? Is it a subscription? Is it website? Is it an app? Is it an extension? Do I need Reader or do I need Pro? What the heck is CreativeCloud? Why are there so many options for signing forms? Why are there so many edit squares that say the same thing? [See ****** diagram 2]

13. Unable to drag tabs to open .pdfs in a new window

    I can no longer drag a tab to open that .pdf in a new window. I can't see any other way to view two (or more) .pdfs at the same time. Not being able to view multiple .pdfs at the same time is devastating to my productivity.

14. When i open 2 different pdf pages - it freezes.

    Can you explain? Because i like to compare side by side 2 pdf, i detach a pdf on a new window, but Adobe freezes.

16. MOVE THE CREATE BUTTON

    The "+ CREATE" button being at the very top is mildly inconvenient.

    I use Adobe to view PDFs quite often... constantly throughout the day. Everytime I try to grab the top of the screen to drag my Adobe window over to another screen, the only space that I have is just to the right of the CREATE button... and so every time I scroll over it, a pop up screen appears. Then I either accidentally click on it, opening up the CREATE A PDF screen (which I then have to close), or I have to wait for the pop up to disappear, so that I can grab the only available space on the top bar in order to drag my window...

    If you could either move the button... or at the very least, disable the pop-up menu, that would be extremely helpful.

19. PDF file doesn't open when double-clicked

    After Opening a PDF via double-click, then navigating to a second PDF file and double-clicking to open, nothing happens !
    Also have intermittent issues where double-clicking a single file does nothing, or it takes 30+ seconds for a response. Repeated double-clicks opens multiple instances of the application, but there is a delayed opening, or no response. We see this on multiple Windows 10 workstations, running Pro 2023.006.20320.
    Force quitting all of the Adobe stuff, returns the normal functionality
