  1. The attached file consistently crashes Acrobat on compression or exporting. This is a user guide from an open source project.

  2. I totally get that you want to tell people about new features of your application but I don't need it to STAY in the interface. It is extremely annoying that I cannot turn off this banner. Give me a way to get rid of the **** thing

  4. The function Combine Files from Acrobat Pro DC on Mac has a serious bug. When I've combined files and decided to close the PDF combined without saving it, the files used for it were deleted from my computer! And they didn't even go to my Trash on Mac.

    If I wouldn't have OneDrive they would be lost forever, but the OneDrive Trash folder saved them.

    I make this report just to let the development team know if they don't know that yet.

  5. Hi, this is not an actual proposal, however i believe this is a very important feature for millions of users, please read carefully 
    i am sick and tired of submitting resumes / CVs through Linkedin and other platforms and not getting a response, and i am sure Millions of users suffer as i do . Adobe can solve this and here is how ! 

    1- A.I, where Adobe acrobat can recognize a a CV, tag it, label it, and save it on the cloud, wait thats not all, what is coming is even better

  6. I simply want the global find-and-replace functionality found in most word processors to work on a PDF form. I have a 129-page application form in pdf format. It asks questions in form fields to which I respond in data fields. I wish to do a global replace of text in the data fields (say to change a name of a person/organisation). To do so, I have to take several steps which have very undesirable side-effects. I have to flatten the file.   7. The icons in the Cloud Service Linking (Add an Account) Section is outdated. At least all the icons have got an icon update by the devs. For instance, Google Drive Icon is outdated as it has been already by Google.

  8. Factsheets, whitepapers, etc. often have a lot of brand colours in them. In the case of the company I work for, we have a dark blue front and end page which results in the use of a lot of ink when printing which is environmentally unfriendly.

    Wouldn't it be a great idea to be able to overrule this branding for printing?

    I guess this can be done using AI searching pdfs for dark backgrounds and white letters. and making the letters dark and backgrounds white so you can print environmental friendly.

  9. I know how to access my invoices but it is a hassle, time consuming and easy to forget.

    Please send me my invoices by email automatically.

    I shouldn't have to log into my creative cloud account, find my latest invoice and click an email me button. Creative Cloud should send me my invoice automatically.

    Adobe is able to send me tips, marketing information and other rubbish automatically but the one thing I want, it can't do.

    The people reviewing these messages seem to think it is smart to ignore requests by many hundreds of people or even to merge it…

  10. It should be easier for people to download the files I share on document cloud.

    I often have trouble with people (over 40yo, usually working in PA or some papers office) not accepting my Adobe links. They don’t seem to be able to download files. I did check it there was some issue and I saw that the download button has a very poor affordance, its icon is way narrow and it barely looks like a download button. It’d be amazing if the button had a label eg “Download pdf” to help out less digitally educated users.

  11. Since Adobe Customer care can't take care of this bug, she sent me here to write to the engineers. The scanned file attached was in Traditional Chinese called "標楷體". The OCR was somehow 100% failed. That's unbelievable since it's standard font. Even free software can recognize it. Please have a look at it. Many scanned file got this problem. This is only one of them.

  12. I have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and want the ability to make web forms. I was told by support my subscription does not include advanced e-sign and that I would have to upgrade. When I click on Buy Now for Acrobat Pro DC with advanced e-sign, I receive a pop-up alert that says, "Your Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat Pro DC with advanced e-sign." As I'm not able to access web forms, this is clearly false. The inaccurate information needs to be corrected on the website to avoid confusion.

  13. I have used your products for years and rely on Bates numbering often. I can not understand the way you designed the viewing in Bates before hitting ok. I can only see the top of my form or the bottom. Why on earth can't we see the complete sheet?

  14. When submitting a web form adobe will ask for your email address, sometimes you accidently misspell your email and the form is then lost. Adobe should add a feature where the form publisher can toggle an option to where the form signer has to type in their email twice or confirm their email to avoid this issue.

  15. I understand protecting a document after a signer(s) has completed his/her signature. However, pdf creator should be able to remove a signer(s) should their signature no longer be required (based on the signer not signing the pdf yet). Additionally, this functionality should be doable on desktop software vs forcing user to do it online/cloud.

  16. On older verisons of Acrobat, when triggering the combine files function, if you exited and closed the app without combining or saving the files it would give you an alert. On DC it does not and ive accidentally closed out of a ton of times where I'm half way through moving files around, combining and then accidentally close it and have to start all over. Should be an easy feature to re-add.

  19. I click on scan and it opens SCANNER then it shuts the program down completely. Tried the fix in HELP menu - does nothing for the issue.

  20. Bug: Cannot edit the margins when printing "Multiple" in Acrobat Pro.

    1. Open a PDF file in Acrobat Pro.
    2. Select Print>Adobe PDF.
    3. Select Multiple.
    4. (Set whatever settings you want, example: Custom 1 by 2.)
    5. Click Page Setup.
    6. The Margins are fixed at 1" and they are NOT editable.

    Bug: The margins must be editable. There is too much wasted white space.
