1. The upgrade reports an error

   The upgrade gives an error and has reloaded for 4. I have also tried resetting the computer as well as deleting Adobe and reinstalling it. It still doesn't load though and so I can't edit the desired document.
   Update: The next day. Now it no longer reports an error but stops at 90% and stays there. I left it twice for an hour, but the % didn't change or it didn't load. I also restarted both the program and the computer. Nothing.

2. Bad design

   You have to ask, Who is in charge?!
   Why does Adobe try their utmost to make their programmes so counter intuitive. Global industry standard since day one has been basic commands in the top LH corner. Not now, this backward programme stuffs them elsewhere, or completely hides/removes them.

3. Ability to create .pkpass format from PDF with QR Code Tickets

   Many organisations now issue electronic tickets as a pdf with QR code. These cannot be stored in AppleWallet without being in .pkpass format. Some organisations such as airline tickets are issued .pkpass capable.

   Although several (possibly non trustworthy?) small software apps exist to create a .pkpass format from PDF, it would be beneficial for users to be able to do that from Acrobat as Creative Cloud Users.

   Paper tickets should not be necessary wherever possible

5. New version Acrobat

   Please go back to beter icons in Acrobat.
   The icons now are so bad that you have to search for it, it is only for the new icons in the new version. The icons on the upper top bar are good.

   Most icons are gone and the icon are spread to the left and right.
   It is almost of it is the new Acrobat is made for a tablet or small screen.

   But on our 40" WUHD (5120 x 2160) the mouse makes extra miles/kilometers.

   The new version look clean, I've tried it for two week but works so bad, I turned back to the old look. Not that beautiful but I can do so much more in the same time, that I now know that Adobe has to change it's new look, or pay all companies for the loss of working hours.

   Please send me a mail or so when there is a new layout version, because I won't see it, when I'm in the old layout version.

6. Export function has a mapping error

   The Chinese version of the export function has a mapping error in the sub-options. "Export as PDF" corresponds to the sub-option of "Save As Other," while "Save As Other" corresponds to the sub-option of "Export as PDF."

8. Floating "quick tool" menu and "All Tools" panel disappear

   On Mac, ctrl-cmd-H is used to highlight text. But when I accidentally typed that sequence in Acrobat, it made both the "quick tool" floating menu AND the "All Tools" panel vanish. Since I didn't know what I'd done to make them vanish, I had no way to bring them back: there is no item anywhere in the Acrobat menu that allows that.

   Fortunately restarting the Acrobat app makes the floating menu reappear. I finally worked out how I was making it vanish and realized that typing ctrl-cmd-H would bring it back. But there should be an option under View-Show/Hide to accomplish this.

   There is also nothing in the online documentation describing this behavior or any method of hiding the floating menu. Documentation should be updated.

9. Can not move window with mouse on a document or menu button on top bar

   If the window is mostly off-screen ..
   a) off the lower right corner of the screen: You must grab it by the bar AFTER the (useless, unremovable) CREATE button on a mouse left click.
   b) off the lower left corner of the screen: You must grab it by the bar BEFORE the ? button (more useless, unremovable guff prior to the window controls)

   The title bar regions outside of the unused centre can not be used to move the window.

10. Customization

    Your new interface update is horrible. I understand the need for simplification the attempt to make things easier for the end user, but not every one has the same needs. I don't NEED a tool bar that I can't get rid of or at least customize for my needs. I need a program that will give me the option to select and de-select the functions I use on a daily basis. I don't care about e-sign, but I would like to have an icon to organize pages with out having to go through two or three menus.

    Yes you made changes, but let me set up my space to make my work more productive. This may mean I want my icons like page counts and zoom at the top or bookmarks and thumbnails on the left. I still can't find things I use on a daily basis. PLEASE, allow customization of the interface without resetting every time it's open. Reinstate the ability to not only to add icons, but to get rid of icons we don't need or use. I thought only Apple did this, but it looks like Adobe has taken a page from their playbook.

11. Toolbar Personalization

    I rarely comment on product updates because my life is crazy busy and I don't want to waste my time. In fact, I've only ever opined on such matters maybe three times in my life, and I'm middle aged. Hopefully, that clarifies how strongly I feel about this.
    I absolutely HATE that I cannot personalize my toolbar. I hate not being able to dock it. I have forms that I use in my job, and I loved have immediate access to "Save As" so as to leave my original intact and not oversave it by accident. Yes, I realize I can add it to that ridiculous sideways toolbar, but it's on the bottom and the bar is not docked so it keeps getting in the way and is distracting. The work space doesn't feel clean with that little annoyance there. I want it in the header, and I can't move it there. I can't add any buttons to that worthless bar in the header either. For a program that has the entire purpose of being able to suit a document to one's specific needs, this toolbar setup is shockingly cookie-cutter and does not allow for personal preference AT ALL. I'm SO disappointed that this is what I have to deal with now. The last update was bad enough, but this one is infinitely worse. Most of the major program suites provide full customization of toolbars, but instead of adding that convenience, you've whittled away at it. It's a rotten shame, and now I get to lose time in figuring out how to try to set up this awful UI so I can have a smooth workflow yet again. This is truly disappointing from a program that clearly has chops when it comes to programming personalization. It's such a shame.

12. popup notices

    every single time I used quick print or open attachment from my email, I get a pop up "Make edits right in your PDF". Telling me to try it now. I don't want to. Even if I do try it, the pop up still won't go away every single time. I have tried enabling messages from Adobe in the setting. NOTHING!!! Annoying. Every time you upgrade it's a different problem!!!!

13. Reduplicating Comments at Random

    The latest Acrobat is TERRIBLE!! Not only are old tools missing (page scroll is the worst!) but after adding a comment to page 1 of a document I was reviewing, I find it has also been posted on pages 2, 3, 5, 8 and on...

    Attempts to revise the text of a comment I added a few minutes earlier are thwarted. Acrobat no longer allows a user to revise their own entries??

    As I read the comment in the forum, there seems to be enough frustration with what this version has done, that simply providing access to download and use the previous version -- until you work out a few of the most egregious bugs -- the only reasonable option.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, undo the mess that has been released on us without warning.

    I lost 2 days thinking I could put things back - 2 DAYS of WORK!!!!!!
    Adobe didn't even tell me they changed my program, the way it looked, operated etc! It took me an hour to find the phone number. Then to have me tell them RESET (which I don't remember where it was) was going to take me back to my app from before the update. SHAME ON ADOBE!!!! We have to get our work done over the weekend now. I want a REFUND and Acrobat should have had more insight on this before rolling the update out to unsuspecting customers. 17. The new Adobe Acrobat pro interface doesn't allow you to open pdf's in new windows instead of tabs.

    Please bring back the open pdf's in new windows option. I use Alt-Tab to switch between documents. For some reason the development team didn't think that was important anymore and excluded this option in the new interface. Bring it back! stop taking away features.

    Your update is horrible. I get the wanting to stay new but if you have a competant program why mess with it? I use this in the design field and the only thing the update has done is add time to each task.

    I'm about over it. I have been using this program since 2012 and cannot stand the updates to the point That I try to avoid the program. Before the update, you could select the tool, use it and then you would have to click on it again to use it. Now I am constant double clicking / triple clicking just to get out of the tool. And what is with the select text option / pan button? What idiot thought it would be a good idea to click on a tool and it give you two options so the user has to decide every single time. Whoever decided to come up with this update must of been bored or have never used the program before. Extremely dissapointed.

19. Stop Updating the Program

    Please stop updating the program in such a difficult way that is almost impossible to determine were the functions are. Additionally this updates take A LOT of the screen view of the document when searching for tools. I have to use this every single day for work and constant document stamping and certifications. I do not have time to sit down and learn the entire layout of the program every time one of your developers feels like "impressing" his/her superior. STOP! We are paying for this! Might as well start printing documents and work on them manually. What a shame!

    Whose good idea is it to move the bookmarks to the right side panel with no options to move it to the left? SUCKS Whose good idea is it to set it up so that I can't have both the comments bar and bookmarks displayed at the same time SUCKS I can't even tell what page, e.g., 5/124 I am on so that I can navigate easily or set footers to specific pages SUCKS And this is just in the first 5 minutes of my day
