Reinstate simple copy and paste to Replace Text
Before it was possible in Comments mode to simply copy some text and paste it over text you wanted to replace. Now you must right click, select Add Note to Replace Text, then past the required text into the comment section. This takes so much longer. Usability and productivity has been reduced

Worst version ever
The new version of Acrobat is the worst program I have ever seen in any category. I dont usually use vulgar language, but the long list of 4 letter words available would be the only way to fully describe the latest user interface. Everyone makes mistakes, but the entire team that is responsible for this product should be fired. All tools and details needed to navigate and manipulate a file were so easy prior to this useless version.

Issues with selecting and deleting text
When selecting text then pressing the delete key, the work is highlighted as deleted, but if I select text straigh after and press delete it dow not work. You need to press escape or select nothing and reselect again before you can delete text again.

Merging single pages to double pages
It is a frequent request to have e.g. a PDF version of a brochure with single pages turned into a version with double pages (except for the cover), i.e. pages that look like the opened paper version of the brochure. It would be so helpful to be able to merge single into double pages (without margins).

Are there student discounts for HBO Max?
HBO Max did offer student discounts through the provider, UNiDAYS. Language selection selection list too small (vertically) in new UI
The new user interface changes the way that language for OCR can be selected, and the vertical list is now too small to easily scroll through to find languages. It should be at least twice the current height.

Not enough room for the title of workflows in Acrobat Sign
On the “Create a New Report” page, when the “Filter by Workflow” option is selected, the list view of the workflows does not show the full workflow name.
This makes it hard to select the correct workflow since some of our workflows have the word DEV at the very end so I know which ones are out test forms versus our live forms.
It would also be helpful if these workflows were listed in ABC order.On the “Custom Workflows” page, I have a similar issue with the Workflow Title not showing enough characters.

open new window
Hello Adobe support,
I cannot find the setting to deactivate "open documents as a new tabs in the same window" (I want a new window for each!) under [preferences > General > Basic Tools] anymore since the latest update. Please can you let me know where I can turn this off? I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader MUI (23.003.20244).

Bug when searching words with search.query() from JavaScript
I found a fatal language-dependent bug in advanced search.
Using "Advanced Find" to find words in a PDF, actions that could be done manually did not work in Javascript.
Write a sample script below.
Create a file in UTF-8 .js file format and place the file in "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Javascripts".
Then restart Acrobat and you should see a new menu at the top within the File menu.
This script can be run from there.
When the script runs, the text in the open PDF is examined to see if it contains the searched characters.

page control
In the new version of Acrobat (just became available), the page control features need to be returned.
In the old version, the page controls toolbar could be docked at the top or made so it would appear at the bottom of the page when the mouse went near it. That option was incredibly useful, please bring it back. It allowed an easy single click to change how the page was viewed, either by making single page view, or page scroll, and also by allowing a quick button to view page thumbnails.

Add an script Interface (python/powershell/tcl/perl) to process pages in sophisticated or automated ways. Tasks like preparing booklets for book assembling cannot be done automatically

Adobe Acrobat DC deselected
The Acrobat DC sparingly deselected or unable to do anything when copy and paste something from another window sometimes when deleting a page, sometimes aligning a page, and I cannot tell why this happens. If I need to enter Acrobat, I just click the Acrobat window, then do page alignment the Acrobat window will be deselected . I am persistently facing this issue

In some cases Adobe PDF Printer overwrites printed PDFs when printing multiple documents files ignoring flag "Replace Existing PDF: NEVER".

Tool Bar Obscures Information
The Tool Bar cannot be easily moved or hidden.
On some documents this means that information is covered by the Tool Bar and there is no way to move the document to show it.
In the attached example, the left column of the table is hidden, and there is no horizontal scroll bar to move the document across.7 votes -

Need to create an option in Adobe Acrobat Pro to allow for vertical split window of a single document
The current Adobe Acrobat Pro only allows a quick menu selection of >Windows > Split. This will give the user the ability to view a single document in two windows HORIZONTALLY (i.e. above and below). Because most pages are oriented in a Portrait orientation, it is more efficient to view documents VERTICALLY (i.e. side by side). It would be very easy for Adobe to add the programming option to be able to split this window vertically and very quickly by adding another menu option under "Windows > Split" to select the ability to split vertically or horizontally. Format settings for text not saved
I would enter the four values under the heading FORMAT for text in the book. Also, I was using Adobe Caslon Pro font. I would save the document at the end of my session. When I opened the document the next day, some of the sections of text had different values. This forced me to check each of the sections of text I had edited. Some had retained the correct values, but many had changed and had to be re-entered. Also, some of the sections of text had changed from Adobe Caslon Pro to Minion Pro or New Times Roman.…
