Adobe Standard XI huge downgrade
I had Adobe Pro 9. I used it at work to add stamps, and markup drawings. My machine was rebuilt and Adobe Standard XI was loaded. Very inefficient software for what I need. I searched for the comparison to XI Pro and am not convinced it is any better.
Some issues: preloaded stamps cannot be removed, each stamp has to be selected every time (9 would remember the last used), you cannot copy multiple objects using the control button, you cannot save a custom sheet sized when printing (previously you could, issue of width/length for some sizes being backwards still…5 votes -

Collaborate Feature not available in Document Cloud Files
Collaborate Feature not available in Document Cloud Files, it is available in Creative Cloud files. Please include this option
Also there are no Shared PDF option, where in we can store a PDF on cloud and have a team to work on it. Just like in Foxit Or Sharepoint
5 votesThanks for reaching out to us. For supporting collaborative viewing of PDF, Acrobat has come up with Send for Review option via the share button where the PDF is stored on the cloud and the team can add comments which will be visible to other users also with whom the file is shared.

let me view and print from my paid CREATIVE CLOUD account
Does this need explaining? we pay for ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR to create our PDFs then we have to by-pass CREATIVE CLOUD storage and save them in Dropbox in order for DC/Adobe reader to see them and print them. Seems like a very "Microsoft" way to do things. Very stupid. Add CC as a cloud location.

OCR in 2 languages. I index everything. Currently I have to hold two copies of files containing (for example) Chinese and English. A related issue is papers with special symbols. Lots of technical papers in English use Greek-letter symbols. Acrobat does an amazingly good job at reading Classical Chinese characters (slow, but worth the wait). If it can handle that, it ought to be able to handle multiple alphabets.

Read out loud
Because of my dyslexia, I would benefit from Adobe reading the text aloud as I scan the words. But it never works! How can I get the “Read Aloud” function to work?

When adding a PDF Portfolio to a file list (Combine Files) I get the following informational dialog box,
"File [File name] is a PDF Portfolio that contains multiple files. The files with the PDF Portfolio have been added to the file list." It requires that you click OK, before the files will be added and you can continue.
I wish to disable this dialog box as I am archiving thousands of files a day.

Add the Ability for Adobe PDF printer to print via Autodesk's Revit. The only alternatives are prohibitively expensive.
Can you please fix the bugs in the PDF printer plugin that works with Autodesk's Revit. The program is very inconsistent and sometime just stall entirely. This would be very helpful to many users of Revit.

Form Field Calculation
On Adobe Acrobat DC for Mac, when trying to program a calculation, the Field Selection dialog box is much too small to see the field names, and it can't be enlarged! There doesn't seem to be a way to select the fields outside of the dialog box on the form, which would be very convenient and make sense. It makes it impossible to use the calculate feature if you have long field names, which Adobe creates by default.

Cannot see Tool, Edit, Convert, or Sign Menus
There is something wrong with the side menu. When I first open a document, I can see the All Tools menu on the left, but as soon as I click a tool or click one of the other side bar categories, I can see that it pulls up the tools menu but it's like stuck behind a shadow of the previous side menu and there's nothing I can do. Duplicating tags
The process for creating an accurate and PDF/UA proficient structure for example a list involves <L> -> <Li> -> <Lbl>, <LBody>. This is for ONE list item and a list rarely consist of just one list item so the three tags have to be created for each one. Problem with PKCS#7 signatures when using a Windows Digital ID (CSP)
We are writing to report a bug we have identified in Adobe Acrobat related to PKCS#7 digital signatures when signing without attaching the revocation status via CSP.
Issue Summary
When creating a PKCS#7 signature without adding the revocation status, the resulting signature is invalid.
Root Cause Analysis
After thorough investigation, we believe the issue originates in Adobe Acrobat's handling of the CSP calls. We logged that the function CPSetHashParam is called 63 times during the signing process, and an incorrect hash from the file is being passed. This results in an invalid signature being produced.
