  2. Adobe Sign (Personal Accounts) Cannot DELETE Documents for GDPR

    My personal adobe document cloud does not allow me to delete agreements on the account for privacy purposes (I just went through Adobe support and they also were helpless). It seems the GDPR privacy settings to delete agreements only work in business and enterprise accounts.

  3. tables no longer export from Word doc to pdf without massive fail

    When a table is exported from Word into Adobe pdf, tables are tagged incorrectly. To pass, very tedious fixes are needed. Please fix this bug.

  4. I want page thumbnails ALWAYS, I hate having to turn them on fo every single document I open

    I ALWAYS want page thumbnails visible. Please make this a preference so I don't have to turn them on every single document every single day!!!

  5. Bug: Comment list headings show wrong date (off by one day)

    When the comment pane is sorted by date, the date group heading shows one day earlier than the actual date of the comments.
    A comment dated "Jun 26" will show under a group heading of "6/25/2020"
    A comment dated today (showing a time only, no date) will be grouped under a date heading "9/25/2021" (when the date is actually 9/26/2021).
    Steps:
    Create a comment (sticky note or add note to replace text)
    Sort comments by date
    Expected: today's comment 5:16 pm grouped under "9/26/2021"
    Actual: today's comment 5:16 pm grouped under "9/25/2021"

  6. Bug: 3D pdf image shrinks to the bottom left quarter of the viewing space after activating it

    When viewing a 3D pdf with Acrobat Pro on a Mac, the image shrinks to the bottom left quarter of the viewing space after activating it. This used to work and may be related to an Acrobat or MacOS update

  8. PDF portfolio maintaining print settings for each file.

    I'm having trouble with pdf portfolio keeping the same print setting for all of the documents in the portfolio. For example, I may have 28 pdf files in the portfolio and I want each file to print front to back and staple. It will print the first file to spec, but the subsequent files will print single-sided or front to back without stapling. How do I change this? Those in my office who use a pc do not have this problem.

  9. Bring back confirmations

    Why no confirmation when a shared file is read,
    This is one of the main reasons we subscribed, and now the feature has been removed?

  10. PDFs all display as yellow

    Acrobat updated yesterday (Version 2021.007.20091, used with Windows 10, 10.0.19042 Build 19042) and now all PDFs display with a yellow background, including all images. Changing the disability background color to white fixes the text, but not the images. See attached screenshots. This happens for all PDFs--ones I made 5 minutes ago, ones I made before the bug, ones downloaded off the internet. If I create a new PDF from a Word file, others without the bug on their computer don't see it as a yellow.

  12. Combine toolbar and menubar

    Move the menu bar to title bar like Photoshop and stop wasting screen space. I always have to press F9 after opening each PDF file because I rarely use menus, and they insist on being there to waste my time and space.

  13. It would be nice if Adobe could just save the file to the current location when we press "ctrl" + "s"

    It would be nice if Adobe could just save the file to the current location when we press "ctrl" + "s" it is a bit annoying when you have to select the folder every time want to save a small change. I moved to using edge to open my pdf because it is quick to save and I don't need to select which folder I want to save

  14. PDF "initial view" settings not visible in browser OneDrive view better than Document Cloud view

    refer case number: ​ADB-21100118-T0B5
    sharing the same file through the Microsoft OneDrive cloud creates a link that uses the full-page preference. Sharing it on the Adobe document cloud ignores the view settings and always defaults to page-width.

    I recently updated my Adobe license and noted that the new version no longer provides the 'Actions', 'Format', 'Validate' and 'Calculate' options when I create a new form. Have these functionalities been removed or am I not finding them?

  17. Can't Signin/Signout of Acrobat DC Pro

    This is a bug report, no a feature request or idea. Asking people to clear cookies & cache is a productivity nightmare. I don't even know if that will work. For whatever reason, Adobe logs me out and won't allow me to log back in. It says my subscription has expired when it hasn't; verified in a support chat. I can do so for the Adobe website, but not the interface that opens PDF's nor the cloud for Adobe. Clearing cache & cookies causes me to have to log back into too many websites I do business with or pleasure…

  19. Expiration Date for Shared Documents, Links, and Signatures

    Provide an option to set an expiration date on shared documents, Links, Signatures, and Files.
    Creates an option to chose an expiration date for the share & collaboration to end. For example, deadlines are necessary for premiers and limited short run editions. Dates that Expire would be useful when users want to stop sharing rough drafts with numerous individuals who may be collaborating on a marketing campaign.
    Any files that can be shared are automatically given the option to add expiration dates. After the expiration period is over the links, documents, files, and signatures options would no longer be accessible.
