  2. Hello - It seems like the sign and fill functionality requires an email address. A few people I need to send a document to do not have an email address and would like to know if there's an option to text them the document to sign.

  3. As an architect, whenever I create a plan or document that needs to have an area measured by square feet, I use the MEASURE tool, change the scale to .250/sf, for ex. Then I save it and close it. When I need to go back in to that plan at a later date, I want to be able to highlight the measured area and show the scale that was utilized to measure the area, not just the total square foot measured.

    Any chance for this option in Preferences?

  4. Is there any chance that Adobe will integrate with Zapier as DocuSign does please? We use Adobe Sign but have to make a decision on what we do going forward as we need the integration with Zapier.

  5. Bug report

    Latest Acrobat DC Pro version (20.009.20063) has introduced a bug where the button "Combine files in Acrobat" in Windows right click context menu does not work as expected. Seemingly randomly it stops working - clicking on the context menu option does nothing, no error. After a restart to the system it works again, but just for some time. Unfortunately I do not know if it is after a certain time or some action that it stops working.

    I went back one version (to 20.006.20042) and it works without problems.

    This is on Windows 10 (1909).

  6. Updated today as prompted by Adobe. My redaction tool no longer works. When I go to apply redactions, I just get a white box with a spinning blue circle in it. Tried restarting, extremely frustrating as redactions and batestamping are the only reason I'm paying for an adobe subscription. Redactions worked beautifully on the version I updated from.

  7. When checking forms in the PAC3 checker, I'm always getting this error for all the form fields: Possible inappropriate use of a 'Form' structure element.
    In Acrobat (2020.009.20063 on MacOS X) I've done the accessibility check and the PDF/UA preflight without any problems, so the PDF should be ok.
    To fix the problem I'm manually assigning the attribute "Placement: Block" for each form field in the tags panel, which is a lot of work. Is it possible to add that attribute automatically when creating the form field?
    I could buy axesPDF QuickFix to fix the problem, but this should be…

  8. For my business, our company acquired a subscription for four licenses Acrobat Pro DC through Creative Cloud for Teams. I manage the team and I am one of the four licensees. For all this, I made an Adobe ID using my business e-mail address.
    On a personal level, I use Lightroom with a different Adobe ID, using my personal e-mail address, also on a subscription basis (but with different payment details, of course).

  11. Once the request for signature is sent, able to modify/change who needs to sign it. For example, I sent a document via Adobe Sign to my mgr but Mgr asked that it go to my VP for signature. Didn't see any option to remove my manager and add my VP after request had already been sent.

  12. Instead of scrolling back and forth (e.g. in a scientific paper), one can have a small preview of the figure, referenced in text from another page, to follow with the current page discussion.
    This can show on the side of the screen as to not bother hiding the text being read.
    By reference I mean a link embedded in the fig mention. Many papers do so. If that is not available then you can type the figure label to search and bring it.

  13. save the rulers you have worked on
    why can't the rulers be saved. i can't believe that the program doesn't even do this. every time i open the file, i have to plot the rulers i need all over again. it can take hours sometimes and i leave the file open and the computer running if i have to walk away from it as a result. waste of time and effort.rulers are especially useful for construction drawings and they take eye gouging time to plot properly. i'm very certain those who work with the rulers would agree. i love adobe…

  14. Hello,
    Concerning the floating black tool bar that shows up when text is selected, it currently has only 5 functions (Highlight, Underline, Strike through, Copy & Edit text-images).
    My requests:
    1. Kindly make it customizable, so that users can add whatever buttons they like.
    2. Especially, make it such that users can add anything from 3-5 highlighters of different colors, so that I will not have to go through the tedious task of changing the color of the highlighter each time I want it changed.

  16. Hi,

    I am using the Adobe scan app and the scans are uploaded to document cloud. I can see and open the files from within Acrobat Pro 2017 in the Document Cloud section. However, when I click on the "Adobe Scan" category under file lists, it tells me that this folder is empty. But shouldn't the Adobe Scan files be shown here? This seems like a bug to me.

  18. Include a highlighting tool that doesn't show up as a comment. We use the highlighter to indicate values that have been reviewed, but it makes the comment summary and the comment window very cluttered. It would be nice if we could either exclude highlighting from the comment window or generated comment summary or have a separate tool.

  19. I was unable to view a document during a conference call because you required a login for the first time in over a year. Acrobat let me down when I needed it. How can I trust your software now? Please don't tell me it's for my security. It's just Big Brother wanting to maintain control. Please delete the login.
