  1. Create a tool to create expandable and retractable sections within a Form

    Adobe Pro needs to have a feature to create expandable drop down lists. I have seen it in other products, but it fits well with the PDF Pro.

    I would like to be able to create easy drop down check lists, divided by topic, so the user can expand the form in the areas they need. This will reduce time for the customer to have to scroll through the document to find what they are looking for and will increase the functionality of the document.

  3. Major bug in adobe pro DC: text box can't create and add the background color for text box.

    we can't create text box and background color in adobe pro DC. the option is available in adobe pro only. better the same option should include in Pro DC

  5. For adobe pro add drag and drop pdf's directly from outlook without opening the pdf

    For combining pdf's in adobe pro would be nice to have a option that you can drag a other pdf directly from outlook into a other pdf file without opening the file. You now need to open bove pdf's first to combine it would be faster to open one pdf and then drag the other once right away into one pdf.

  6. Add dynamic filename in header or footer

    How can a dynamic field for the filename be added to a footer. There is a button for page number & date only. This is a huge deficiency.

  7. I already have a subscription to Adobe DC so please stop it asking me to join

    I seem to have got on to a trial for Adobe DC that expires in three days but I already subscribe to that so confusion somewhere.

  8. Add feture to insert image file of physical stamps on all pages of a pdf file in one step

    As we need to put company stamp on big documents having 100+ pages so we had made an image file and added in Fill & sign section but since it doesn't have option to insert the stamp on all pages of documents it results in time taking job.
    So, i request you to look out for solution & add the required update in the Acrobrat DC

  9. Adobe Acrobat add headers to user specify pages

    Currently, Adobe Acrobat only allow users to add headers to "all pages in range", "to even pages only" or "to odd pages only". It'll be great if Adobe Acrobat can add more flexibility and allow users to specify single pages and pages in range in the same window.

  10. Read out loud to end/this page: The ability to start from anywhere (available using right+click from selected area of the document)

    Read out loud to end or read this page only: The ability to start from anywhere (make option available using right+click from selected area of the document). It's maddening to have to listen to the document over and over and over and over and over and over and over... when troubleshooting order errors. TIA

  14. Clumsy control of tools display

    The placement and removal of tool symbols on the display on the top of the page is hard to control and unnecessarily complicated. It is clear how to add tools to the display by selecting the upward arrow, but why can't I remove tools in a similar manner? Why are the 'custom quick tools' hidden behind two other menu items? Ideally, one should be able to replace the displayed items by dragging their symbols on and off the display bar.   16. REVERTING MENU SETTINGS OF TOOLS DURING AN UPDATE = REALLY BAD

    Reverting the menu settings for the TOOLS to the users settings after an update.

    -should be done as part of each update.
    -put as an obvious option when exiting any setup of tools in the menu system to backup the registry somewhere as i have just now been advised of. really not a good option.

    want a reason for this, arrange for more feedback with me.

  17. Globally change default text field properties in Acrobat Pro DC

    I work in InDesign. I create the form and place the various fields. When I export to interactive PDF, the default text field properties include "Check spelling" = yes. I have to edit all the text fields to change "Check spelling" = no. Please allow default text field properties to be changed GLOBALLY and PERMANENTLY.

    PDF Preview is not available in Outlook (microsoft 365 version) and is not available in Windows explorer. Thumbnails are available in windows explorer.

  19. Adobe Logo

    Currently use Adobe Acrobat DC (20.012.20041). The logo is colored black and is almost invisible on the taskbar. You should consider reverting to the red color you had previously. Out-of-sight...out-of-mind! :)

    When declining agreements, provide a link back to the Manage menu on the confirmation page. Otherwise, it takes at least 3 clicks to get back to Adobe Sign
