1. Print to Acrobat PDF in Edge creates scrambled unreadable text

   File --> print to Acrobat PDF in Edge browser often creates a PDF with scrambled unreadable text. Print to PDF works fine in Chrome. Acrobat techs: Please look into why Acrobat PDF printer driver does not work well in Edge. Create an Acrobat extension for use in Edge.

2. Fill & sign

   what is wrong with Adobe, same bugs, never fix, can never fill and sign, always has an error and I have to spend hrs trying to figure a workaround, can you guys just stop bragging you are the best in the market, your products are outdated and for anything to be sent for filling and signing, just remove this feature as you are terrible at it.

3. Increase document size on cloud conversion

   I find myself unable to convert a word document file to pdf with proper hyperlinks for the table of contents. Please either increase the size limit for conversion of the files on Document Cloud and/or enable preferences option in Microsoft application for better conversion of files including attaining the hyperlinks in the documents and other features.

4. Surface pen annotation on Acrobat is jagged and not smooth

   Other apps write very smoothly. Even the Apple Pencil on Acrobat on iPad isn't that bad, but the Surface pen on a desktop is so ugly that I can't share it with clients/customers. Please fix!

5. Only few fonts are supported

   Version is compatible only with few fonts.Eg when I download tata mutual fund statement it shows in proper english in other apps..Where as in this app it shows me Portuguese and alignment is completely rubbishy....Never faced such type of issue earlier

6. replace page(s) very cumbersome

   The way the tools lay out in Acrobat 11 are very easy for page replacements. Because the documents we work with are lengthy and complex, I'd like to see Replace tool much easier to work with.

   I want to see simultaneously:
   * Bookmarks or Thumbnails
   * The PDF pages (current document)
   * the Replace tool icon ready to use

   In the current product (Acrobat Std DC 2019.021.20056) has an icon for Replace that is hard to find, and when clicked, you are forced into a visual layout that is rather difficult.

   I need to navigate with my bookmarks, or with thumbnails and then get a visual on the page itself to confirm changes were made, then be able to click the Replace tool icon without any disorienting screen changes.

   I work with large format CAD drawings, and your little thumbnails, even when enlarged with the slider, do not provide enough detail for visual confirmations of where I'm at, and were my changes made on the page or replaced page. There are things I must read. I do not want the view changing unless I do it.

   In short, the process for Replacing pages was very good in Acrobat 11, but it has become very cumbersome in DC 2019.021.20056, go back!!

7. Right-Click to open Properties Bar in Acrobat DC Pro

   Within PDF's we often create notes and comments. The text font and size sometimes needs adjustment. Having used MS Windows all our lives we are conditioned to simply highlight the text, right-click and a pop-up box appears with "properties" listed. Unfortunately with Acrobat DC Pro "properties" is not an option. Now we must navigate 4 layers deep into the menu: View > Show/Hide > Toolbar items > Show Properties Bar

   The right-click for properties feature is widely adopted by third party software companies that want to create a seamless experience for the user within Windows. It is a necessary productivity improvement that millions of users will be thankful. As it stands now it is extremely frustrating. Please focus on substantive UI improvements with new releases.

   Being able to dock it in a toolbar is okay, but that space is limited and valuable. It is best for productivity and simplicity to add right-click menu features.

10. Password protected files ask for password (twice)

    Password protected files ask for password to be entered twice.

    1.   If the document is opened directly from Outlook: when user opens a password protected PDF from Outlook:
       

       • It will ask user to enter password once (the password for the file)
       • It will again seek password to enable all features in the document

    2.   If the PDF is saved from Outlook to the local machine: 
       

       • It will ask user to enter password twice same as above scenario
       • However when the same file is accessed for second time, it will not prompt for password to enable the features again, password will need to be entered just once going forward (which is the password for the file)

    Could we please request for the second authentication to be removed?

11. double sided scanning

    It would be great if there was a way to create a .pdf from doublesided documents without doing each page manually or having a scanner that does it automatically. Ideally, I would scan the odd pages. Then turn the stack of documents over and scan the even pages. Then reverse the even pages (to go from low page number to high). Then combine the odd and even pages in a way that it will be: 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc

12. The Entire Adobe Acrobat Product need a full rework. To keep up with the competition you better rework the who GUI.

    Overall Acrobat is horrible non intutitive a simple google search and you will see I am not the only one that thinks this. I would suggest you work with NON-PROGRAMING design and flow oriented people to fix the issue with Adobe Acrobat otherwise it will be a thing of the past since many companies like ZOHO, Microsoft and Google are doing the work better thought the demand in the business world is PDF because you have marketed it so...I do not believe Adobe will be able to hold up this software as people are innovating their software at light speeds faster than adobe. Adobe personally to me is one of the best suites out there money can buy. Acrobat. Its the beginning of a long nightmare.

13. Drag and drop open tab pdfs into another open pdf.

    I don't understand why I can't drag and drop an open pdf into another pdf that I am organising, ie adding the latest statement to a journal statement. It is all a bit cumbersome at the moment

14. Adobe 10 runs extremely slow at times; I get a "not responding" error message numerous times. Takes forever to open a document.

16. Devise easy conversion of 2 column PDF text to single column would make read out loud more useful.

    A tool for single click conversion of 2-column text to ingle column text would make the read out loud more useful. Have I missed such a tool? Does such a tool already exist? MS word read out loud evidently suffers from the same problem.

19. Default to print "All PDF Files" after selecting "All PDF files in this portfolio" for printing

    After selecting to print "All PDF files in this portfolio" under "PDF Portfolio Printing Options", please have the "Pages to Print" automatically set to "All PDF files", instead of "Selected PDF files".
