  1. Ive created a form with about 20 drop down fields as most of these fields wont be used at the same time. When trying to send through adobesign, it restricts me from moving forward because I have "blanks or spaces entered." If there was a null or blank option that would leave the boxes empty vs. having to have the fields/dropdowns all say "please select if applicable," this would give it a much cleaner look

  2. There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  3. Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

  4. Idea in short: pin the page you are interested in to the left side of your screen while continuing to work with the rest of your document.

    As a finance professional, while working with pdf documents, I have to print them out in order to be able to compare some numbers on two different pages or from two different documents. While it is possible to open two documents and compare the pages you are interested in (although the process of arranging two documents on one screen is not as smooth as I wish it be), comparing numbers in one document…

  5. Sharing files with non CC users is annoying. They cannot see the files in a list view. They cannot 'download All'.

    I propose there is a 'Download All' button and various ways to view the files online ie. List View. Because currently, file names are cut off and you cannot see the complete title.

  6. Re-Sizing of bounding boxes is becoming problematic, using Acrobat DC. whenever I save and reopen the editable PDF the bounding boxes for text boxes gets merged with bounding boxes of other text boxes or they get split into multiple. this has been very irritating. if you can provide a fix, I would love to continue my subscription and promote Acrobat DC whenever I get a chance.

    as of now, i've taken this subscription besides PDFFiller, if I continue to have this problem, I may have to cancel this and move back, I hope I will not have to do that…

  7. Make the page controls bar go away!!!! It ALWAYS manages to block what I'm trying to edit. Seriously, does anyone test this stuff?

  9. i want some transient bookmarks that doesn't get saved after i close the pdf

    or another bookmark panel

    When reading a study material, i often have to go back and forth between pages / chapters to reread an idea the go back to the page i was in

    it becomes a hassle to look for the same spot i was reading

    ofcourse i can bookmark the page i was in but i don't want to mess with the original bookmark or the pdf

  10. Recent changes at work require a dropdown list that includes the option to select a "Checkmark", ie Wingdings Unicode 252 or similar. I have been unable to add a checkmark to my Options > Item List. Cut/paste results in a different symbol than desired.

    Is this option already available for Acrobat Pro DC, (if so, how?), or is this a new request?

  12. Remove red borders and blue shade after a manditory field is filled in.

    Right now when you have a required field and you select the fact that they are highlighted. You can't unhighlight them witouth them unhighlighted before you even fill in the document.

  13. If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.

    It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

  14. Add the following:
    1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
    2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page.

    The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.

  15. After selecting text a highlighter/comment bar appears above the selection. this is awesome

    Please add a function to highlight in yellow or red as these are the two most used colors. Adding a custom color option would be helpful.

    Currently, switching the color is very cumbersome and interferes with focus on the document being reviewed.

  16. Used to be when a text box was selected and the right click option "make current properties default" was chosen, that set the properties to all new text boxes permanently. Now I can chose this option, then change the text in a different text box and then next new text box that is created no longer has the default settings, it has the properties of the text box that was changed. Why have this option if it doesn't do what it says? This used to work in versions prior to Acrobat Pro DC 2019.012.20035. My idea, make it work like…

  17. When copying text from a dark mode app on Mac (Mail app) and pasting it into the comment box in Acrobat the the formatting stays which creates white text on a white comment box, ie invisible. The workaround is to highlight the text, right click, and "clear formatting". This adds lots of time as we do this frequently. See screenshots for a better explanation. Thanks!

  18. Cannot delete many pages on some pdf files. Deleting say like 5 pages works but deleting 30 does not work quickly. Takes about 10 min before operation completes. This operation broke between version 15 and 19 of Acrobat DC. Works fine on version 15. Also works on older Acrobat Standard 10.

  20. When routing multiple documents in the share/review feature with multiple people it is somewhat difficult to track the status of all documents that you originated or are reviewing. A single queue to list all documents originated or being reviewed by you that would allow you to designate status: routing, final approval (whatever designation needed). Have the queue shift things to the appropriate status when they are approved. Might even be able to change status in the queue. They can still be available if needed but would not be in the routing/proofing portion of the queue any longer. It would also…
