  1. Fully Deleting Cropped Content

    Sometimes when I scan, there is a lot of empty space around that I would like to delete using Adobe Acrobat DC.

    Currently, the cropped content is only hidden, and it increases the file size. This feature was also discussed here:

  2. Screen scaling breaks comments pane

    Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1909
    Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, version 2020.012.20041
    Two screens with different scales: 125% (3840x2160) and 100% (1920x1080)

    When I have the comment pane open and move Acrobat between screens with different resolutions, the comment pane becomes is cut short. This behaviour appears to be strictly related to multi-screen environments where the screens have different scales. When I set both screens to the same scale (125%) the problem disappeared.

    Workaround: after moving Acrobat from one screen to another, I select another tool on the task pane (like Export PDF) and then I select Comment on the task…

  3. Flippable PDF as Attachment

    I'd like to be able to export a pdf in a flippable book layout, so when the recipient of the attachment opens it, the file is in a flippable/readable digital book format.

  5. BUG: Fillable Date Format (Auto-Conversion BROKEN)

    When a valid date is entered using a format different from the format specified by the form date field, Acrobat automatically converts this to the specified format on-screen. However the saved data remains in the originally-entered (incorrect) format.

    Example: Field Name: "DateOfBirth" Format: mm/dd/yyyy

    Entered: "12 Aug 2002" Form displays: "08/12/2002" following entry

    It APPEARS the date was converted to the specified format.

    Export Data saves this as: ... <</T(DateOfBirth)/V(12 Aug 2002)>> ...

    This indicates the original entry was saved, not the converted date.

    This SHOULD be saved as: ... <</T(DateOfBirth)/V(03/12/2002)>> ...

    When returning to the DateOfBirth field the display…

  6. Bug: OCR Correct Recognized Text changes "•" to "€" upon save

    There is an issue with the "Review recognized text" feature. It fails to properly update the OCR text when a correction is made. It erroneously replaces the special character "•" with "€" upon clicking Accept. So for example, the slogan "Cleaner Air • Safer Roads" will be saved incorrectly as "Cleaner Air € Safer Roads". I'll happily provide the example document via email if requested.

    I'm running MacOS MacOS Big Sur Version 11.0 Beta (20A5384c) and Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.012.20048

  7. Microsoft Teams - Integrate Acrobat DC - "Open in App"

    When using Microsoft Teams, there should be an option to "Open in App" from within files inside of Teams. Currently only Microsoft files are allowed to be opened in an external Application. For example, Word documents can be opened as "Open in App". PDF file open in Teams as a "viewer" and not editable or printable. See screenshots.

  8. Comment Tooolbar should have the option to be always open

    The fact that you do not have the option to permanently keep the comment toolbar permanently open is a CONSTANT source of annoyance and should be changed! Open, closed, open, closed, open, closed, open, closed..... It's insanity! And opening the toolbar is laggy to top it off. I see comments that are 4 years old on this topic and Adobe has not adapted to users wishes. Please change it back to the way it used to be or provide the CHOICE to have it always open if that's your preference. Seriously.

  9. ALIGN OBJECTS

    PLEASE bring back the ALIGN OBJECTS function. STOP removing key features. Do you actually use the product. How would you even consider removing this feature?

    DOES ANYONE in adobe product management have a reason for this RIDICULOUS move. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

  10. Adobe doesn't suggest correct font for editing.

    When editing a document, adobe always suggest Minion Pro as the editing font.
    Adobe should suggest the most closely associated font to the fonts of the documents being edited.
    I waste hours and hours to find the font.
    I AM SICK OF MINION PRO, PLEASE JUST DELETE THAT FONT, and bring in the capability of suggesting the correct font.

  11. Adobe Sign - can you please add a tally number for docs sent since you have a limit per year.

    Could you please pass on this comment for me: Wow, I am really surprised - since there is a limit of the number of documents I can send each year, I would think the an awesome product from Adobe would at the very least give me a tally of the number that I have sent from my account, ideally for each year, since that is the normal subscription. I thank the tech support person for trying to help me, but it would make all of our lives easier if Adobe could please provide a tally total.

  14. Open PDFs with a single click from SharePoint Online

    Please provide a way to open a PDF in Acrobat with one click (or one double-click) when the file is stored in SharePoint On-Line (and in Microsoft Teams).

    We can open them from an On-Prem SharePoint server, but not from the On-Line version. We can also open them from Outlook, but not SharePoint On-Line.

    The work around is to click on the PDF, which opens it in a browser; then, I can download it to a local drive; then, I can open it. Please just let me open it from SharePoint (or Teams) On-Line.

  17. Recieve an 'Out of Memory' in Acrobat Pro DC

    I exported a file from InDesign 15.1.2 x 64. When opened in Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.012.20043, the page is blank and I get the error Out of memory. Other people also report they have seen the same error with my file. Please see attached file.

  20. Files that I personally created are being password protected randomly.

    PDF files that I created are being password protected randomly. This is a major issue because i need to be able to edit/merge these files for work. I did not set up or request a password to be added so I have no idea what password it is looking for.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, though this sounds very strange. Can you kindly share the steps you are following to create the pdf. I am asuming it is asking for a password when you are trying to reopen it later – correct me if it is not so.
    Also share the version of the software you are using as well as the version of the Operating system.
