  1. Hi
During autotag in acrobat Pro DC "ID" we created automatic if we no need these ID, we can't delete these "ID" from all in one click. We need option to removed all "ID" in click for all tag or give the option during autotag so that "ID" will not create.

If you give option in upcoming Acrobat Pro DC version, our time not waste to deleted "ID" manually one by one tag select.

    Thanks
    Mukesh

  2. Since a few Versions, we (on macOS) cannot check the checkboxes on comments. When we do, another comment appears (each time we click) stating that the checkbox has been checked (but it does not show ith checked).
When working with hundreds of comments, often using from different computers, it is imperative to know, which ones have been dealt with and which ones have not.
Please fix the checking of the comments (and have a look into why those only work for the computer they have been checked and are not being displayed correctly on other machines!).

  4. I want to do a Shared Review, but I do NOT want to use Document Cloud to do it because the commenting functions are so limited.

Why not revamp the Send for Shared Commenting to include Dropbox/Box/Google Drive?

The original Send for Shared commenting including WebDav, Network folder, and Sharepoint, but it was designed about a decade ago, long before cloud storage services became so popular.

Since Dropbox lets multiple users have read/write access to a folder, it would be great to incorporate that functionality into Acrobat Shared Reviews. Users can already open and save files to and from a…

  5. See the attached files for more info, the dev team surely has more knowledge on the file structures than I do, and the parser for whatever format is involved.

I have an Illustrator file, created out of an old EPS one. Works fine in Illustrator and everything, exporting to PNG, for example, is no problem.

However if the drawing gets pasted in Word (365, 64-bit 16.0.14228.20288) and one tries to create a PDF out of it using the COM Add-in the drawing isn't interpreted correctly leading to a garbled mess.

Office's internal PDF exporter does a better job, but you…

  7. Please add additional default zoom percentages for 15" and 17" laptop screens. BACKGROUND: As a college student, I read a lot of academic articles and PDF textbooks. However, I get a little irritated every time that I have to manually type in a zoom percentage of 250% or 270% because the default percentages jump from 200% to 300% (which is TOO much)! I know. It's a menial request. But it would make a HUGE difference for someone in my situation. Thank you!

  9. In order to facilitate the creation of faux-redacted documents for internal stakeholders (i.e., it looks like the redacted document that we will send out, but it contains the redacted information for future reference), highlights should be easily convertible to redactions.

  10. Found a reproducible crash in Adobe Reader DC -both free and Pro version (likely 100% occurrence in core i7 U series 7th, 8th gen, Xeon Gold, AMD Athlon):

    Prerequisite:
Under PREFERENCES>GENERAL, "Open documents as new tabs in the same window (require relaunch)" is UNCHECKED. This means every time I open a new PDF file, it will appear as a new window instead of nested tabs.
    - Opening a PDF file with highlighter markups
    - Opening a comment pane of that file
    - Then opening a new PDF window (from the same file): Window>New window
    - Opening another PDF file or…

  11. why doesnt this open a complete document any more?
why does it stall and its only offering is "not responding"?
does creative cloud have so many bugs that it has to update itself every other day?

I'm now looking for other pdf software because sick of the frustration

  12. MacOS Big Sur 11.6 (20G165)
    Safari Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)
    Adobe Acrobat DC 21.007.20096

Safari no longer supports opening PDFs in Acrobat, rather than the browser. A high-level tech support at Adobe screen-shared on my computer and couldn't find any way to set it so that PDFs would open in Acrobat. Help files on Adobe's help site refer to an older version of Safari, which had preferences different than the current version (see attached screen shot of current Safari preferences).

  13. Popup reads "adobe acrobat dc cannot etc. you need to download a copy of adobe acrobat etc. then you get two options either quit or repair and download new acrobat. Repair does not get rid of the error. So I now choose quit. I recently downloaded and reinstalled acrobat dc, and still get the error, usually after a cloud update

  14. Update for version 2021.007.10096 is not working. I've tried it three times through the Acrobet Updater and once through the Creative Cloud updater. Each time it ends with: Error. Please try again later." I am using Adobe Acrobat DC version 2021.007.20091 running on Mac OS Big Sur version 11.6 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016).

  17. Mi idea is....take more care, and check properly before issuing an automatic update. Is a product that works too much to ask? It's like having a washing machine that receives an unwanted, unscheduled service that stops it working every time after the service engineer leaves. Adobe used to be so good in this respect....what happened??

  18. Adobe Sign should go straight to the More options pop up. It should at least be an options selection to always go to More Options first. I should not have to request it every single time.

  19. It is very common to share PDF documents during a presentation, and Acrobat Reader always attempts to open the document with large toolbars that interfere with the presentation. It is not sufficient to be able to set a given document to open in full screen, as whether or not a document needs to be opened in full screen depends on where it's being opened from. This needs to be available as an Open Action like page number or zoom level.

  20. I have a 40-page InDesign document with 2 sections and I'm using a different section prefix for both. I export the full document as PDF and clone it, then I just delete the 20 unwanted section/pages from each. However, upon deleting the continuous pages, for some reason it leaves the last page undeleted and gives an error saying "One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted". This has never happened before. Of course I have to click on the page's thumbnails to select them for deletion. It looks like a very annoying bug.

    I've uploaded the…
