  1. Implement warning in Acrobat DC when users sned Files for review to external email addresses

    Create additional feature in Acrobat preferences to configure a specific domain where emails can be sent for file shared reviews. All other emails that are directed outside of predestinated domain would generate a warning informing a user that emails will not be sent outside of specific domain.

  2. Option to hide page numbers from comment pane

    In the comments pane, is there an option to hide the page numbers or make them non-selectable? I'm finding it difficult to maneuver/advance to the next comment using the down arrow (or tab). With the upgrade to DC, Adobe "selects" the page number as you're tabbing through. i can no longer smoothly go from comment to comment

  3. Redact color is just black on All pdf documents in option

    My pdf files into a single directory on my windows os. Every day I need to redact some keywords on this files. But when I try to redact all pdf documents in option of the redact tool it just highlight the keywords with a black colour on it. But I need to highlith 30% red and without outline options for this process. And export redacted pages to the new pdf file or jpg files.

    Our company Fast Radius has a group licence and we are all locked out. This is stopping our business!!! We need Acrobat Std ASAP.

  7. Bug - Searching for text causes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to close

    When I search for text in a PDF, the application begins to find instances of that text, then closes without warning or error messages.

  9. Not having facility for Stamps to be PNG or Jpeg means no more transparent backgrounds

    You no longer offer Stamps created with PNG or Jpeg with Transparent backgrounds so the document as you stamp it now has a solid white
    background when some times you want it like a water mark so can you please rectify this

  11. Can you add a feature that locks fill-in form fields?

    I built a fill-in form using a PDF template. Turns out the PDF displayed incorrectly for one of my users, so I created a replacement template PDF. When I switched it out, all my fill-in form fields significantly moved. Would love a feature that would allow the fields to be locked before replacing template. Thank you.

  12. Print as PDF from Adobe Acrobat on Mac

    I know there is an option to "Save as PDF". However, sometimes, you don't want to "Save as PDF". You may want to "Print as PDF" (as it is in windows).

    These 2 are different since "saving as PDF" simply saves the page as it is while "Printing as PDF" gives one the flexibility of saving as booklet, multiple pages e.t.c.

    Also, "printing as PDF" enables one to save PDF forms that are not traditionally enabled for saving.

    All these are important and standard features on the Windows version of the software.

  13. Move menubar to titlebar or remove it completely and make it some buttons in toolbar

    Move the menu bar to title bar like Photoshop and stop wasting screen space. I always have to press F9 after opening each PDF file because I rarely use menus and they insist to be there to waste my time and space.

  15. Remove hang time when opening small document on $4000AUD PC

    I'd rather the document not open fully until Acrobat DC Pro sorts itself out. The hang time in today's fast pace world eats away at me... Please fix!

  16. font replaced with

    I had successfully edited a PDF, resizing boxes, fonts and changing styles. I saved the file and closed acrobat. When I open the file again, heads (see attached) changed to display this X boxes. This happened more than once.

    Haven't been able to find a method to mirror a scanned pdf image. Your older software worked relatively easily, but not Adobe Acrobat Pro DC!

  19. pdfconverterhub virus cause pop-up - came in with Chrome extension - can't delete

    This morning's update of zemana, Bitdefender finally recognized the threat. But, they can't remove PDFConverterhub
    Microsoft is looking into it an Norton can't detect it either.

    Please look into this, It is not only irritating, the pop-up of young Russian girls in your neighborhood looking for love is horrible for any business meeting!

  20. Accessibility Checker fails Radio buttons and checkboxes

    Accessibility Checker fails:
    Check boxes (Tagged form fields - Failed)
    Radio buttons (Tagged annotations - Failed)
    InDesign copy changes, Acrobat Reading order missing tags.

    Using MacOS High Sierra V 10.13.6.
    Previous files, InDesign 2018 Export Adobe PDF Interactive Passed the checker. Same file open in newer version InDesign 2019 Export Adobe PDF Interactive fails.

    Not sure if the problem is with Acrobat or Indesign. This is happening with all my files. If I take a new Indesign file with no interactive functions and create them in InDesign 2019 everything passes.

    There is a bug somewhere!
