  1. -It would be really great if you added a tool or section in the program to show a list of all highlighted areas with the ability to search and select between them.
    And also another section to do these for comments.
    -The highlight tool can work in bookmark panel.

  2. I need to be able to add a file name (or a bookmark name) to the header or footer. It seems there might be third party add-ins out there, but I would think it would be something Adobe could do.

  4. We have users with more than two endpoints and I imagine others do to. We need the ability to have a single user with more than two signed in instances. Happy to pay for the licenses, just need the capability.

  6. I just need the program to create the two arrow heads with the attached line in between with no numbers showing in the middle.

    The basics of the measuring tool should be that it can't know the ratio and the actual length of an object and you have to manually put in the numbers and length you want. You have to say how long the object are in simple text so to speak.

  7. When I export a brochure to pdf I usually set the Page Display to function like a brochure and to fit the page, this works great in the pdf app but is lost when viewed with a browser. Could you implement these settings into the browser "application"?

    I have always wished this was a feature but it has become more of an actual issue for me as the shared commenting feature was updated and it pushes users to the browser pdf viewer instead of their installed application. I would like the reviewers to see the brochure as they will view…

  8. This is useful when redundant fields such as pre-populated info from a previously entered field are used. I.e: " Enter Company Name" on a contract is entered and pre populated many times throughout all pages. When tabbing through, these redundant tabs are unnecessary.

  9. When we add a COMMENT there is a DATE attached. If we go back to the comment and have to make follow up notes, the DATE changes. It should NOT change. We need to see ORIGINAL comment dates. We need the option to keep the ORIGINAL comment date and make follow up comments inside the original without changing the DATE

  10. Hi,

    we use free seating and we have a Cirix environment. Our users complains about the information, that they have to log out from a session when they want open the next open. Why is it the job f the user to do this, Adobe has the information and can disconnect every connection automatically. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED:

    • Open the file minimal.pdf in Acrobat DC. Look at the number '11' on page 3 and '12' on page 4.
    • Save As... the document
    • close and reopen the saved document
    • The numbers '11' and '12' are now rendered wrong (glyphs on top of eachother)

    => Acrobat DC changed the font so CID 18 now has a width of 0...

  11. Please add functionality so that a user can schedule reminders for an Adobe Sign agreement from within Acrobat DC. Right now, you can only send a 1-time reminder from Acrobat, you need to log in online to add a scheduled reminder.

  12. It's not possible to download on my computer documents that have been signed and sent back on the desktop app. To do so it's necessarily to go online. What's the point in havin gthe app then. Please add the download option on the desktop appo.

  15. Would be great if more customization would allow user to choose to see only the tools they would like to see. Way too many tools on tool bar that are not used. The unused ones take up space that I would prefer to have the tools i use often occupy. Results in multiple unnecessary clicks to access the tools I do use. I have customized the quick tool bar but when reviewing a document in portrait mode only 2 of those are displayed - and can only access the others with additional clicks.   16. Bugreport:
    When adding an annotation (without appearance) and afterwards signing it, adobe reader/acrobat reports that the document has been changed afterwards when validating the signature. This is however not the case. The PDF Viewer basically thinks "ah there is an annotation missing thus i am adding one. Ah and surprise, surprise the document was changed now (by me and in memory) but still I report it..." However the actual state of the document is, that there was no change afterwards.
    This bug has been described on several mailinglists (itext, stackoverflow etc) in the past, too.

  17. I use this produce daily. Love split function - makes processing more efficient.
    The most recent update took away the feature to have more than 1 document open at a time. This has caused a tremendous slow down with processing.
    To get around this, I combine the pdfs, delete the bookmarks, create a new bookmark for each document, then use the split feature under organize pages. This is more work than it should be.

  18. When distributing and tracking an adobe form through email: the ability to specify more than one email address to receive form responses. Currently only 1 email address can receive responses and it has to be the same email address as your Adobe ID.

    I use Export PDF to convert a public PDF into an Excel XLSX spreadsheet.
    The PDF file is ENR 4.4 NAME-CODE DESIGNATORS FOR SIGNIFICANT POINTS EGENR44en2019-05-23.pdf (attached)
    The XLSX file is ENR 4.4 NAME-CODE DESIGNATORS FOR SIGNIFICANT POINTS EG
    ENR44en2019-05-23.xlsx (attached)
    The PDF file is a table with 4 columns and approx 50 data rows per page for a total of approx 950 rows.
    Both files can be navigated by looking at the unique key which is the first column of each data row.
