Get rid of AI Assistant Summaries for Creative Writing
Have a button to completely turn off AI assistant - especially for creative writing. I write and teach poetry and flash fiction, and when students sent me a number of their poems, or when I work on my chapbook of poetry, it infuriates me every time to see the stupid message saying that it's a long document and asking if I want a summary. I DO NOT WANT A SUMMARY OF A COLLECTION OF POETRY. Nor do I want a summary of any of my creative writing materials that I open in Acrobat every day.

allow me to highlight text
Simply allow me to actually highlight the text I drag my mouse over. Stop telling me what you think I really want highlighted and just let me highlight what I, the person paying for this program and "dumber than AI" want highlighted on my file.

Acrobat freezes
PDF on desktop just Freezes - I reopen the PDF and it just crashes. This has started happening a lot more since the AI features were launched. Windows, MS Surface laptop.

User's Usage Statistic Report
I would like to suggest that in Adobe admin console, we can generate the statistic report of user's usage. This is to identify the user's activity usage to optimize the license used by users.

Improve scan/converting to editable document -- identify lines and boxes
I scan documents using a copier/printer/scanner. Often, I am scanning forms that include underlined spaces for someone's signature, or text that is surrounded by a box. When I use Adobe Pro "edit" to convert them from images to editable text, the conversion never recognizes the lines as discrete objects. Instead, they are lumped with the background as one large, page-sized image. This means I can't delete the nearly-white background without losing signature and other blank, lined spaces or boxes around text.

Enough with the popup menus!
Adobe PLEASE! Stop the menu popups everytime we click on an element when editing PDFs! Let us do that if we need to by right click. It disturbs our workflow especially when resizing an image it blocks the corners when resizing. Put all menus on the side by default, don't float it, don't make it appear when clicked. It is annoying like a popup ad. If you like those, we don't. So just make it optional and can be checked in the settings or preferences.
Again, please don't make a menu popup when clicking an element in PDF editing mode.…

Error al visualizar el texto en PDF
Buen día,
El inconveniente es que al momento de transformar un documento de word a PDF. Cuando abro el archivo de PDF en adobe no permite visualizar el texto no reconoce ninguna de las letras por lo que lo muestra con pequeños cuadros continuos como muestro en la imagen. Probé con otro programa para abrir PDF como lo es Xodo y abre perfectamente, lo que me hace entender que el problema esta en Adobe. Agradezco una posible solución.1 vote -
Please make my life easier
- I would like to be able to prepopulate the Layout and Magnification options under Initial View in Document Properties and also the language in the Advanced tab.
- I use to be able to see the file size for my recent documents on the home page...I can't anymore. Sad face.
- When I OCR, sometimes images are rotated. I would like for there to be an option where the images are left alone after the OCR.
- Scrolling among the languages for the OCR is challenging.

Continued AI prompts AFTER DISABLING AI entirely - STOP IT!!!
It is deeply problematic that Adobe keeps popping up intrusive AI panes and prompts even after AI is completely disabled in settings. I will seriously consider alternative PDF apps if you can't take a hint -- many of us DON'T WANT THIS INTRUSION OR DISRUPTION!!

Salesforce Managed Package: Agreement Editor does not allow recipient emails with only 1 character in the username portion
The LWC's AgreementEditor.js file contains a Regex Pattern that incorrectly restricts email addresses that contain a single character in the username portion (ex: b@anything.com). This same restriction does NOT existing in the Sign console. Parity/valid email syntax filtering should be updated in the Managed Package.

Open doc miniatures duplicates
I am having an issue where the open doc miniatures duplicate so if I have one document open, the miniatures are showing two documents. My IT has removed and re-installed Adobe numerous times and that seems to resolve the issue initially but it arises again within 2-3 days.

Color Contrast Analyzer
It would be helpful to have a built-in Color Contrast Analyzer so users don't have to download a separate program to check the ratio of colors. Right now, it is listed as a manual check in the accessibility checker. It would also be helpful if it differentiated between small and large text ratios needed as defined by WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for small/paragraph text and 3.0:1 for large/heading text).

Signature is invalid
I'm trying to validate a file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, but the result is that 1st signature is invalid ("There have been changes made to this document that invalidate the signature").
I tried many other 3rd party applications, and they all say that all of its signatures are valid (including DSS from ec.europa.eu, and many more "smaller" apps).
Is the verification process in Adobe Acrobat Reader incorrect? If not, could you tell me what is wrong with this file?

Please for the love of god add a "REPLACE ALL" option for "Search and Replace". Why do I have to manually click on "Replace next" for each instance i want to change like a caveman ?! PLEASE
