1. 25.001.20744 bug : only prints part of page on RICOH printers

   Version Adobe Acrobat Reader : 25.001.20744.0
   Windows version : Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.6584
   Ricoh Printer driver : PCL 6 v3.2.0.0
   When printing on a Ricoh device (tested with both Ricoh IMC3000 and Ricoh MPC3003) only a part of the page is printed when you print to scale or fitting.
   same document printed right on previous acrobat version.
   Tested on 2 computers give the same problem.
   Document also prints ok if "print as image" is selected.

2. AI Removal

   I think we can all agree that your AI pop-up is the most annoying and useless "feature" on Adobe. As you can see, several cases have been opened against it, and ALL the cases have been upvoted. How much longer til y'all actually get rid of it? Since we're talking about annoying pop-ups, can you also find a way to disable the pop up when I copy text? I just need to copy some quick data into another spreadsheet and every time I select the text I have your stupid pop-up to Generate an Image, Simplify, Define, or Ask your Useless AI. Get rid of it. This could easily be mitigated to basic text functions like highlight or strike text. Your little "helpful" tools are a nuisance. I can simplify on my own, if I need a dictionary I'll google it, and we've already gone over your ineffectual AI Assistant. I have to click off my highlighted text to get rid of this worthless pop up and I need to see the text underneath what I'm copying. This pop-up blocks 25% of a page, get rid of it. 5. AI helper

   Disabling the AI assistant is actually what you should do. Even though I've disabled the AI assistant in the settings, I continue to receive pop-ups asking me to summarize the documents I'm trying to read. In addition to blocking the content I'm trying to read, these pop-ups make the basic program less usable, such as when it comes to scrolling, Chill Guy Clicker. Additionally, when the assistant is disabled, the small chat bar at the bottom shouldn't be there. For heaven's sake, please make this right. AI is not necessary for everything. I'll use Chat GPT if I need AI assistance.

6. Accessibility Features converting wrong from Word to PDF

   Formerly we would save from Word to PDF Using "Save As" - Options - PDF/A and the accessible settings would hold.

   Currently that is not true and creates additional errors. If we save using the generic "Save as Adobe PDF" the Accessible features carry over fine.

   We have documentation out on the first procedure so it would be nice to have it fixed. It worked wonderfully in the past.

7. Continued AI prompts AFTER DISABLING AI entirely - STOP IT!!!

   It is deeply problematic that Adobe keeps popping up intrusive AI panes and prompts even after AI is completely disabled in settings. I will seriously consider alternative PDF apps if you can't take a hint -- many of us DON'T WANT THIS INTRUSION OR DISRUPTION!!

8. Fix Adobe Reader bug when one has two monitors on Win11

   There is annoying bug when one moves Adobe Reader between monitors on Windows 11 24H2. After that, duplicate Adobe icons appear in the taskbar. Do you even test your software before releasing it?

9. PDF file appears twice on the taskbar

   I am using Adobe PDF Reader, and when I first open a PDF file, it appears correctly as a single icon on the taskbar. However, when I move the window to another monitor using Win + Shift + Arrow key, the same PDF file appears twice on the taskbar—as if two instances of the same file are open.

   I would like to resolve this issue so that only one taskbar icon is shown, even after moving the window to another monitor.

10. pop-ups

    Get your fingers out of my business. I pay the full price to use your software. So stop shoving pop-ups for new functions and other services in my face. I'm trying to work here. I'm not here for fun, and I sure as **** am not here for YOU. It's supposed to be the other way around. You're supposed to be the industry leader; act like it or I'll find another provider. They'll still push pop-ups in front of me, but they'll charge half the price for it. You should be ashamed.

11. Printing ignores clipping (bug)

    Adobe bug reporting wouldn’t allow me to post images and files. All are at

    Consider the PDF placemats. Observe lots of complicated clipping. This was printed successfully from Adobe inside Chrome, but unsuccessfully from Adobe desktop app — major failure of clipping.

    First image is of the Sandeman circle on the first page, as correctly converted to bitmap by GraphicConverter.

    Next is as correctly printed from within Chrome version; Version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (64-bit).

    Then as wrongly printed from Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20531, 64-bit.

    In both cases, printed to a OKI C822 printer using the OKI C822 (PCL) driver with OKI Network extensions 1.6.0.

12. Remove internal ads from paid version of Acrobat

    Can we please have a debloated home screen in Adobe Acrobat?

    Looking at the current layout, half the screen is wasted on stuff I’ll never use:
    • Curated project ads like “Unlock your sales potential with TED” — this isn’t why I opened Acrobat.
    • AI features pushing “summarize your notes” when all I want is to view and edit PDFs.
    • Meeting transcription integration — how is this even related to a PDF tool?

    And the strangest part: if I’m running Acrobat DC (formerly Acrobat Pro, Acrobat X, etc.), that already means I’m a paying customer. Why is the home screen still trying to upsell me with irrelevant promos?

    All of this clutters the interface and makes the actual purpose of Acrobat harder to reach. A Publisher Mode without ads, promos, or unrelated features would make Acrobat far more usable.

13. bookmarks

    Don't open bookmarks by default!

    When opening a document that has bookmarks embedded in it, the bookmarks panel opens automatically (and slowly) and takes up a third of the screen. It's infuriating, takes several seconds before it can be closed, and is completely pointless. Ditch it, or make it take up a tiny fraction of the screen space. I hate the way Acrobat prioritizes bookmarks over every other aspect of the interface.

18. AI Assistant

    Get that damned AI Assistant button OFF the top of my screen! It keeps popping up right over top of the scroll bar, making it impossible to quickly advance through the first page of a document -- right when all the introductory material I want to skim past is there. Why can't this thing be removed or disabled? The last thing I need is a summary made by a bot with the intelligence of your average high-schooler. This is the most annoying software add-on since "Clippy".
