Extracting one page as picture
I think software like Adobe Acrobat should be able to extract just one page as a picture in an easy way (JPG or PNG).
I had to really dig up to find out how to extract one page as a PDF, but actually, I usually need PNG, so I have to convert it again (meaning more time to do a quite simple task). I often need pictures to add to videos in Premiere Pro, and sometimes I do not want to have all 40 pages if I need only one. Also, if you simply use the export feature to JPG or PNG, Adobe exports everything.
How is exporting one page as JPG not possible for non-protected documents?

Appellate Brief and Record
For multiple hyperlinks to the same online pdf file, Adobe Reader should have the ability to open the linked file only once. Attorneys file appellate Brief pdfs which contain hundreds or thousands of hyperlinks to pages in one lengthy online appellate Record on Appeal, often at the end of each sentence or paragraph. Currently, with each click of a link, the entire lengthy Record on Appeal gets downloaded. It would be immeasurably more usable if the online Record was opened only once, and each click in the Brief to a different page of the same Record goes to that page in the already open file, saving time and making it significantly more usable.

Merging locked PDF files without removing integrity
In our process it is regularly needed to submit our work of multiple months/years to authorities. This requires a flattened PDF file of all documents included with valid signatures and all other properties. But it is not possible to do this without losing individual properties and signatures.

Cursor Flickering in Adobe Acrobat Pro with Enlarged Cursor
This issue appears to be related to cursor behavior when accessibility settings are enabled. For accessibility reasons, the Windows cursor size is set to 9 (enlarged). When using Adobe Acrobat Pro, moving the cursor over a PDF document or navigating between form fields causes the cursor to rapidly switch to the hourglass/working icon, especially when hovering over text fields. This constant flickering and icon change is distracting and makes it difficult to work comfortably.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue still occurs:
- Adjusted Adobe Acrobat Preferences
- Changed Windows OS settings (animations turned off)
- Reset the Adobe application
- Performed a full uninstall and reinstall
The problem only occurs when the cursor is enlarged. When using the default (normal‑sized) cursor, the issue does not occur.
A video demonstrating this behavior has been attached for reference.
I have been directed to create a Request/Bug Report for this after working with Adobe tech under CASE ID - E-002148977

CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
There is not much to say except what is in the title: CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
If I want to copy some data from pdf I need to do right click and then click again to copy. This is slowing me down terribly. I think I will cancel my subscription and move to alternatives.1 vote -
text box default size too long!!!
When you add a text box, the size of the default box is too long and you have to manually shrink the box to the left. If you don't, it can cover another box and then you can't adjust it because the boxes overlap. When boxes overlap, you have to drag one of the out of the way to edit the other one, then manually drag the first box back into place. There should be an option to specify, as default, the internal/external margins of the text box instead of having this long rectangle as an unchangeable default!

Can't Print due to "InvalidFont" Error
PDFs only print the first 1/3 of the document with latest Adobe version (2026.001.21431) on Mac (26.3.1 (a)).
Using HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw with latest firmware (20251014).
When I turned POSRSCRIPT Error printing on, the printer was able to tell me why it quit partway through the document.
"POSTSCRIPT Warning
Subsystem: PARSER
Warning: PDFSender_Interp.c
Line Number: 1794
Error Information: Reported by PDL
invalidfont"Same error prints out for every occurance of the issue. Error occurs for all PDF documents printed using Acrobat. Error does not occur when using a browser to view/print the PDF.

default font/color/format
Adobe claims the issue of setting a default font and size has been resolved. This is not so. You can set the default font in the Preferences>content section, but there is no option to set the color or formatting such as bold or italic. These should be part of setting the font characteristics!

Why do parts of my documents disappear after I try to save my document?
I type out on a document. I have the whole thing ready to save. I save the document and random letters do not save on the typed areas that I have created. I use Windows 11.
This seems to be counterintuitive to the functionality of PDF's. Please help1 vote -

Replace Page Goes Back to Page 1 Bug
I have a large PDF document that I am replacing most of the pages with different individual PDF files. After I replace pages 24-25, for example, Adobe defaults back to page 1 so I lose my place. I want to remain at page 24 or 25, which is what Adobe used to do. I am working through the Edit PDF functionality, right-clicking to Replace Pages, selecting my file, and replacing the pages.
I am in Windows, Adobe Acrobat version 2026.001.21411 64-bit. This began very recently with one of the recent updates (March or April 2026).

Modernize and consolidate the Accessibility tagging features in Acrobat
Make it easier to use Acrobat's accessibility interface.
Make a keyboard shortcut to add New Tags or add multiple tags.
REMOVE "AUTO TAG DOCUMENT" FROM IMMEDIATELY BELOW "NEW TAG." Or at least add a confirmation that you want to Auto Tag.
Allow us to UNDO Auto Tagging. (Auto tagging sucks, by the way)
Maybe read and apply all of the feature requests and bug reports that will improve the accessibility features instead of sitting on them for 10+ years?
Merge the reading order and tag panel so that they're not always glitching each other. Making changes to the reading order will often completely mess up the tags.
Fix bugs where tagging selections just doesn't work.
Fix bugs where the program crashes randomly when trying to tag unmarked content.
Just make everything more user-friendly.It isn't hard to understand the concept of tagging for accessibility, but for some reason Acrobat uses the most archaic, convoluted interface and processes to apply those tags. Considering that every government agency out there is rushing to make their PDF documents accessible to comply with Title II of the ADA, you would think more resources might have gone towards making this program (which is considered the standard tool for this type of work) actually useable. If Adobe doesn't do it, someone else will create a program that will.

Allow user to stop bookmarks from opening automatically, globally
There's no reason for bookmarks to open by default and not be able to turn that off globally. Having to do it document by document is a pain. I don't want extra stuff when I use a program. I want the program to function - in this case, allow me to read a document. I don't need AI tooltips, I don't need bookmark panes, I don't need stuff popping up when I hover a word. I need to be able to treat this digital document as I would a paper document: open and close, read, highlight, take notes.

How to fill the same information across multiple PDF forms?
Hi everyone,
I currently have around 50–70 PDF forms in separate files, and each one contains a section where I need to enter the exact same information. Manually filling them one by one is taking too much time, so I’m looking for a more efficient solution.
Is there an easy way to populate the same data across multiple PDF documents at once? Also, what software or tools would you recommend for this task?
Any suggestions or workflow tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance survival race !

Please add Windows Ink support for pen pressure sensitivity
Currently, when using a stylus to sign a PDF, there is no pen pressure sensitivity, so the signature is all a uniform thickness and doesn't look natural.
Please add pen pressure sensitivity to all areas of Acrobat where pen input is supported.

BUG: Titles Fail Accessibility Check
Document titles consistently fail the accessibility check when a title is already present.
This happens to me and my peer. We use InDesign 2026 to generate PDFs and the current version of Acrobat 2025.001.20997 fails the title every single time. It also seems to fail the title on documents created with MS Word.
The fix is to open File > Properties, cut the title, OK out of the dialog, open File > Properties again, and paste the title back in. Then it quits failing the title.
This is an annoying bug that should be fixed.
