  2. Without using your old phone, there are two ways to validate your Google account:

Recovery Email: You can ask for a verification code to be sent to your recovery email address if it is connected to your account. To receive a verification code via email, click "Try another way to sign in" during the sign-in process.

Security Questions: You can use the answers to the security questions you put up when you created your account to prove who you are. You will be given this choice when you sign in after selecting "Try another way to sign in."

  3. I have had Adobe Acrobat Pro for years and have just changed to Adobe Acrobat Pro within Creative Cloud.

I am thoroughly frustrated with the screen layout.

There is a toolbar OVER the top of the document area. There is a huge blank space at the top of the page that COULD be used to show menu items such as Search - but it is just a big blank. Ditto the right hand side of the screen.

Overall, far too much screen space has been wasted. Menus "hidden" by having to select various tabs. This has NOT been designed with…

  4. The quick tool icons were changed after Acrobat X during the overhaul of Acrobat's UI to DC and beyond. One of them was to make the tools in the quick access all GRAY, and eliminate their COLOR unil the pointer hovers over it.

This was a terrible decision and backwards step from a usability standpoint. Humans interact in their environment by perceiving things in color, lots of colors, and rely on color to understand and navigate the world. While shape outlines are one point of information to understand what a thing is, color adds considerable information to that mental processing…

  5. Adobe makes the top bar with 'File Edit, View, E-Sign, Window, Help disappear.
I have to keep hitting F9 to make it return. Please stop it. I want those choices to stay put on the screen. When the bar disappears, I can't move the window to a new location on the desktop. Hitting F9 is constantly a burden while having Adobe open, and it does not always work consistently.

  6. The locations of the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons when saving documents to reduced-size files seem to have switched. In most applications, "OK" is on the left and "Cancel" is on the right, but for this specific function, they seem to be the opposite, leading to accidental canceling.

  7. The latest update no longer shows both the page label (book page number) and physical page number, only the physical page number. Can you please change this back to the way it was before? I work in book publishing, and now it's difficult to see which page of the book I'm viewing.

  8. Simply searching for a word in a 450 page document freezes up DC for 20-30 seconds in the new interface. This new interface is junk. I remember when you could get stuff done in Acrobat and it was this amazing tool. Now it's like Adobe doesn't care about UX, but would rather try to create something that's stylish above all. Stop trying to be Apple! No wonder the secondary PDF market is picking up steam. Am happily going back to the old interface.

  9. Whoever made the tools sidebar THIS convoluted to operate is ********. Yes, he is allowed to take it personal. Fire that guy. Give us a Default toggle for the sidebar tools, not this half-assed "remember state of" toggle that is buried in the corner.

  12. The dialog to configure a digital signature currently requires the use of a mouse. If the steps cannot be completed with a keyboard alone, the interface is not accessible.

    Please fix this.

  13. Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version

Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

  14. I do not need adobe to pop up every time i search something in the browser. If i need you product I know where to find it. This is ridiculous. I will be cancelling my subscription and uninstalling because for the last few months all I've gotten from Adobe is spam about AI Assistant (which is useless and I have disabled it but still get prompted every time I open reader) and now I'm being spammed in my browser. No way to disable these stupid pop-ups.

  15. If I have 2 docs open and I have scrolled down the list of thumbnails in the thumbnail navigation pane, then switch to the other acrobat doc, then return to the first doc, it now displays the beginning of the thumbnail list and I have to scroll back to where I was every time I return to that document.

  19. I have noticed the following (potential) bug:
    1. Use Ctrl+F to open search
    2. If the current language is not the language of the document I use Ctrl+Shift (that's the key combination I use for changing input language)
    3. When I start typing in the search box Adobe Acrobat crashes.
If I change the language before opening search, the program behaves as expected.

    System info: Windows 10, 64-bit
    Dell laptop, 16GB of memory
    Windows language: Greek
