Alternate text for superscripted reference
When tagging a superscripted reference number and adding a note/alternate text to read disclosure tied to it, the reader is not recognizing the note/alternate text. We're hoping this issue can be resolved quickly to help make PDFs more accessible to those who are visually impaired. Thank you

Acrobat Multi-line feature should not scale to fit til data input
For Multi-line fields, text input should not scale till width of field is reached and wraps to next line. Currently when creating a field set to text that Auto sizes, it scales to width of line and then starts getting smaler, then add multi-line to that and it should wrap to next line and only start scaling when the field is full and you can't fit any more text it visibly. However currently when multi-line, Rich text format and Auto size are all set, when end user starts typing in info, the text is really small - but if you click out of box and go back then it is sized correctly and starts scaling appropriately.

Reduce Clicks Required to Open and Close PDFs from SharePoint online
When opening files in SharePoint Online in Adobe Acrobat desktop via the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 app, there are way too many clicks - three for opening and three for closing outlined below.
It would be great if these clicks could be eliminated via preferences; the most important to eliminate would be Version Comments on Check In and the click to "Desktop" after it opens in browser Acrobat.
- Click on the applicable file in SharePoint in browser to open (this one make sense of course)
- Click desktop to open the file in Adobe Acrobat desktop rather than web (it would be great if this could be changed to automatically open in desktop, in either company or individual preferences)
- Check Out pop-up (this is ok, but again would be great if user could change it to automatically check it out to save this click) [do edits]
- Close file (this one makes sense of course)
- Check In pop-up (this is ok, but again would be great if user could change it to automatically check it out to save this click)
- Version comments pop-up (this is the most obnoxious one that I wish could be disabled in preference, assuming just say "OK" to no comments, users click "cancel" intending for that to be "no comments" but it actually cancels the entire check-in)

Adobe Sign hyperlink NEEDED in workflow message
It is critical to have a text editor (allowing hyperlinks) to be added to the message in a workflow. This link would take the users to a 'live' document to comment, edit, and finalize before all the signatures take place. I feel this would be an asset to all Adobe Sign users.

Can' stop being charged after accidental Trial Sign Up
Our company pays for Acrobat licenses for our employees. I needed to edit a PDF urgently and could not do it. The online version was the only option I saw, and it just locked up.
I signed up for a free trial, just so I could download and use Acrobat. This worked for the urgently needed PDF but now my company credit card is being charged monthly for an account our company already pays for! There is no way to cancel this "free trial" account. Our accounting people are asking me why they are paying twice.1 vote -

new Acrobat crashing if 3rd party plug-in installed (windows)
If "New Acrobat" is enabled, opening a document crashes Acrobat if I have a 3rd party control loaded. I can either remove the plug-in or disable the new look and then it works fine.

FRQ: Display page labels as well as page indices on page indicator
With the old user interface for Acrobat, the page indicator in the toolbar used to display the current page label in addition to the current page index. This is useful for documents that have multiple sections each with their own page numbering, e.g. a preface with roman numerals
i
thruxix
before the first page numbered1
. It was also useful to be able to enter a page number and be taken to the page with the corresponding label rather than just to the page at that index. However, since the launch of the new Acrobat user interface, page labels are no longer displayed on the page indicator. It is still possible to enter page labels and navigate to the corresponding page, but we can no longer see the page labels when we scroll through the document.
I would prefer if the page indicator was able to display the current page label as well as the current page index, as was the case with the old interface for Acrobat.

glitching
I utilize this tool regularly for my clients and every single time it glitches and sometimes I even lose information that I spent an hour typing up and it will not save even if I have previously saved. This is very frustrating and making me consider a new platform!

At the moment we have to tab through to actually highlight OK button to confirm entry with "Enter" or move a mouse over OK button.1 vote -
The new interface may be causing my documents to print upsidedown--we notice this when we choose staple and print options, obviously
We are still working through this after Xfinity made us upgrade equipment--we ended up getting our own modem that does not have built-in Wi-Fi so that our old network with our Wi-Fi router would work again. Now the printer interface is a problem only from my desktop--not the others on the network. The new Adobe was offered at the same time, so I switched to that, but then just switched back and it has not resolved the problem. I do not see the old print options interface that I used to have (not on the new Adobe nor the old one that I just reverted to); I am being sent to a different menu with different options than the ones I used to have. The other desktops and laptops are not having this issue and most are the same brand desktop and laptop as my desktop.

Recipients Groups - Adobe Sign
Enable the use of "recipients group" for sending agreements (not only for workflows). Having this feature will save time by only having to write the recipient group name instead of writing email addresses separately.

Ability to change colour and size of pointer
Ability to change the colour and size of the mouse pointer to make it more visable and accessible for people with low vision. When high contrast colours (black background with white text) is used for accessibility the point remains the colour black making it very difficult to see and not accessible.

table of contents
I use Acrobat to assemble documents, collect signatures, and to organize paperwork, especially for business and professional licenses. I would like the ability to make a Table of Contents so that I could easily navigate different sections (like chapters) of a document, rearrange sections/chapters, export, etc. Even a Table of Contents from Bookmarks would be helpful, but I would like to be able to tag multiple pages in a single bookmark as a section/chapter. This would be an important accessibility feature, too--beyond just making organization and editing more efficient.
