Won't open signed document
Trying to open signed document, says have to sign in again as it is a protected document. Click on the next button, then click on continue, a window pops up for google but quickly disappears and goes back to Adobe, and say to open the document you need to sign in again. Cannot access the document...

Cannot add Flatten Comments and Form Fields action to Quick Tools
For some reason, when attempting to customize the Quick Tools bar, (only) the Flatten Comments and Fields action is greyed out. This is a new behavior.

Customize Mapping for Shortcuts
I know I had this functionality in Adobe in 2014, but I was able to customize the mapping for keyboard shortcuts for tools I frequently used. In 2014 I mapped 'ctrl + shift + x' so that a text comment could be added wherever I clicked. I did turn on single-key accelerators, which is just 'x' as of recently in 2022. I just want to map my own shortcuts so that I can also create a text callout (for example, 'ctrl + shift + y'). I don't see text callout as a single-key accelerator option. I did use the cycle through drawing tools, but that is also not helpful because I frequently use the line, arrow, and rectangle tools. Using 'ctrl + d' takes too long to get back to the line tool if I am now using the rectangle tool (I clicked 'ctrl + d' over 8 times to get back to the line tool after using the rectangle tool. There is no key that allows me to reverse cycle to the line tool. The text callout is showing as a drawing tool, but it doesn't allow me to use it when I use 'ctrl + d'. I use that tool a lot so I would like the text callout feature to be used when cycling through drawing tools.
I also wanted to have a shortcut for using a specific tickmark (PBC, Tickmark, N/A, TR, and PY), which I frequently use. This same thing applies to the Engagement tools (I mainly use "Agrees To" and "Footed").
If I am stuck with using only the single-key accelerators, I would at least prefer to be able to move the first choice on my cycling through drawing tools to be the rectangle and the second choice to the line. I don't see this as an option. I also don't know if there is an option to delete the amount of drawing tools I cycle through so that only the rectangle, line, arrow, and text callout tools are available to cycle through. I don't need the octagon, cloud, or connected lines tools at all.
Please help me with these and allow this functionality so I can be more efficient when editing PDFs. A ton of my work is slowed down by having to manually click through the tools each time I need to use a different tool.

Output File Names from Files in an Adobe Folder or Album etc
I need to compare a long list of file names (~150) to the list from my friend to see what pdf files I am missing.
I need a way to print the list of the names of the files from a folder and export to EXCEL.
My workaround for now is to take a screenshot of the File List, then “Import Data From Picture” in EXCEL. Which sometimes is not very accurate.
It would be much better to have the functionality to print a pdf report of the file names as a separate pdf. Maybe call the function “Table of Contents” The same would apply to any and all aggregations of ADBE files, including photo albums, Light Room folders, In Design projects, etc.

While reviewing a signed document depending on security you can or can not make comments or highlight areas. Makes it difficult to review or mark text/images for follow up. This would allow you to make notes and provide comments or analysis to support signing or returning a document for editing. Especially documents that have multiple reviewers or signers this allows the analyst to provide supporting info on the document itself. Ideally this would be like an overlay and not part of the original file so the signature would not lock these into history and the notes pages could be sent with the file or kept separate (close hold)

Grouped graphics with a figure tag overlap text content when viewed in Acrobat Reflow
When viewing a document in reflow, complex grouped graphics (including text, for example, a large map with countries/cities) tagged as figures with alternate text overlap text when viewed in reflow mode. If graphics are ungrouped, they appear fine within the text flow. How can grouped graphics be tagged to allow them to appear without overlap in reflow for accessibility?

Requesting the addition of the time zone for Newfoundland, GMT-3:30
My time zone is not in the drop down list of my settings for Adobe Acrobat online. I am requesting two features:
I would like to have my time zone added to the dropdown list in my settings (my time zone is Newfoundland).
I would like to have my time zone reflected in the audit report that is generated with a signed document.

Adobe Creative Cloud for Pensioners
I was redirected from the Community Support page discussing a discount for pensioners to this page. There is a generation of designers and design educators (me) who were early adopters and user testers for Adobe. We helped kill Quark. This generation who supported Adobe and encouraged widespread use in Universities and new generations of users are retiring. Currently Adobe don't offer much for these users.

Ask the user before installing
Why would you not ask me where to install the program, like any other Software in the history of mankind on this planet. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall your bloated, mutated, ****** and overpriced Software just to ********* another hard drive. I wish software engineers were paid like nurses and vice versa. All I want to do is read PDFs.

DOC ROTATION NOT SAVING
Using Organize Pages to rotate document and it will not save the document right side up. It keeps reverting back to the original even though it says it's saving it. I use Adobe Acrobat Standard DC every day for work.

cursor callibration
Is there a way to calibrate the cursor precision?
When using Adobe Acrobat, there is an issue with the cursor not responding as expected to mouse clicks when hovering over anything clickable like text, buttons, links, menus, etc. I am using the Larger cursor set by default provided by win 10 and now win 11. There is no issue with other programs, including other Adobe CC suite programs (P, LR, AE, ME, etc.), only with Acrobat. I've changed the cursor to normal size to see if that would fix but the same thing happens. When I hover over anything that is clickable, it does not respond to the cursor unless the cursor is directly above what is being clicked. I've been able to adapt but it's awkward and it often leads to misclicks and wasted time. This has been ongoing for years.

Hi...i have been using Acrobat E-signature version for 3 years and would like to see if there is option to save name and email address of the sender ( like address book) so i can select and send it quickly.
