The Search & Remove Text action is broken
The Search & Remove Text action (in the Action Wizard) stopped working. I've tried everything, and it just doesn't highlight all of the words any more like it used to. It misses obvious things.
I used to use that action with the JavaScript "Find and Mark Batch Processing (Actions) script" by Thom Parker, WindJack Solutions, Inc. for Adobe Systems Inc., www.adobe.com. It won't let me attach the action, but the exported action file is called "Find and Highlight Words.sequ".
I've been using this for years to quickly highlight key words that need to be updated in old docs and for quickly "editing" docs by new employees not yet familiar with our House Style keywords.
This is critical for me, and would be for any legal writers, too. Please fix this! Thank you!

Action Wizard - Can No Longer Drag-and-Drop Selected Files from Windows File Explorer
In Acrobat X Pro, users were able to drag and drop files from File Explorer onto the "Select Files" window of a selected action. That functionality is not working in Acrobat DC Pro (2022.002.20191).
- Activate an action that prompts for files.
- For legacy-version actions, notice that a window appears. For actions created with the current version of Acrobat, notice that the right pane displays the details of the active action, and the active file (if one was open before step 1).
- For legacy version actions, click the "Next" button. Notice that the "Select Files" window appears as expected.
- Drag a PDF file from File Explorer, to the "Select Files" window (legacy version actions), or to the "Files to be processed" box in the right pane (current-version actions). At this point, the cursor shows "Copy".
- Drop the file in the box. At this point the user expects to see the file added to the list of files to process.
- Notice that in the legacy version actions the dragged file is NOT added to the list, and in the current version actions, the file just immediately opens in Acrobat and the Actions Wizard disappears.
- For current-version actions, repeat steps 1 and 2.
- Click the "Add Files" button.
- Browse to select the files to add.
- Click the "Open" button. Notice that the files are added to the list.
- For more files in other folders, repeat steps 8-10.
Notice that in Acrobat X Pro, by dragging and dropping from multiple windows, search results, etc. adding files was very rapid and easy. But, in the current version of Acrobat DC Pro, it is much slower and far more cumbersome to do.
This new behavior is very frustrating and makes doing batch jobs much more difficult - especially when trying to add files from search results in File Explorer or file management (e.g. PDM) software. A task that was easily accomplished quickly for many files in different directories/storage locations is now a tedious, repetitive, slower, and more difficult task.

Acrobat DC Pro JavaScript Debugger Window will NOT Resize. Cannot see entire window on 2560 x 1440 display
Bug! Cannot resize Acrobat DC Pro Javascript debugger window.
All content used to fit inside window.
Now on a 2560x1440 32" monitor, I can only see the script list, and part of the script window, but not the script and console window without scrolling... alot.
No, the bottom right corner drag does not resize the contents... only the window which makes the problem worse.

Ability to disable e-signatures on PDF
I would like to request for the ability to disable e-signature when creating an Adobe Sign. It sound like a weird request, but handwritten signatures are the ONLY acceptable form for some project.

Highlights are bigger than the Font
In some adobe pdf files, the highlight appears much bigger than the highlighted text. It could be due to the specific design of the font. This, however, makes reading and highlighting this specific document annoying. Could you please address this issue and allow the users to change the "highlight color width" regardless of the font/fontsize?

Not happy with the update, snapshot copy gone
For some reason, after many years of working with Acrobat Pro, they removed the photo snap shot option. This was extremely valuable when you just want a section copied and pasted in to a Word document. Now, there is no way of doing it. I now use the Windows SnipIt to get what I want. The other way is to export the page, crop it, then save it. I purchase the full Adobe suite at several hundred dollars a month and this is a good deal breaker. Why purchase the program when the standard free version and SnipIt can do the job? Not Happy. Please change back.

VCF to CSV Converter ?
VCF to CSV Converter extracts contact data from VCF files and exports it to a CSV file. You can call these passes more efficiently and the list can be used for various reasons.
Each vCard in a VCF file is stored each on a supplementary row and contains information about your contacts. Shipping and importing contacts from Microsoft Outlook can be accomplished with the use of these files.
Most of these files are used to ship and import communications. They mainly store names and phone numbers. Use a converter.

Include Direct Installer links for Acrobat DC to the Adobe Admin Console Create a Package options
The "Create a Package" option of the Adobe Admin Console's Packages link for enterprise licenses only offers a "Self-Service Package" that does not allow for MECM deployment and Customization Wizard customizing, or a "Managed Package" that also forces the Creative Cloud Application Desktop Manager.
Please include the third option of a Direct Installer Package that allows us to find, download, and customize an Adobe Acrobat-only installation (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html).1 vote -
tab name is not updating to save file name
I used a template file "Invoice template" and have been saving new files with updated names with the "Save As" feature.
Once I have saved my computer recognizes the file in the folder with the correct name but once I open in AQC the tab still has the "Invoice template" name referenced on the tab and no name for the updated file name.

Output preview - problems with page rendering
Hi,
this problem belongs to the prepress category.Acrobat DC is slow when scrolling through pages with Output Preview turned on.
In addition, the pages flicker, which is very distracting to the eyes. And when you turn on double-page view, this problem is even more noticeable. If you need to check separations, you simply have to use Output Preview.
The pages also flash when switching individual separations.
I don't understand that no one at Adobe has noticed such a bug.
This bug has been in all versions of Acrobat DC on PC and Mac since the early days of DC.

Allow the reminders on e-sign to be customized and only once.
I do not understand how for the reminders on e-sign are for every day, every week, every.... Why is there not a specific place to place a customized date, and only once. If I received invasive contracts like this. I would be so frustrated, I would rethink about the contract, as it is far too aggressive to get individuals to sign exibitor contracts for trade shows by blowing up their emails, nobody likes that. Thank you.

Possibility to link personal account with work account
I have a work Account (work email address) for Acrobat Pro
I have a personal account (personal email) for Creative Cloud Photography Plan.
I wish to remain logged into CC for LR access, but when I want to use Acrobat Pro, I am forced to swap ID. This happens a lot.And it's not possible neither to link my photography plan to the work-mail, nor my acrobat to my personal, mail.
There has to be a better way, like not using the Manager App to validate, but keep a certificate in the actual App - so that you can use 2 IDs concurrently in the computer.
Right now, your design makes life really irritating for a user - why should I have to constantly swap ids with all the typing involved.

New Idea: Living PDF
Hello Adobe! I would like a new feature for acrobat. As a pdf maker in Acrobat, can you add a Living PDF option? A living PDF would be stored in the adobe cloud. The living pdf would be updatable via the owner. As a person downloads the living pdf to their device, before it opens it reads the latest newest edition found on adobes servers. The living pdf then displays the latest edition.
I feel all pdf sbould be Living. It makes sense. It would save data transfer because of old out of date pdfs.
Living PDFs. The Future!
Thank You. 😎 Brian Kortmeyer

Flexible Laminates Material
We provide PET films in a range of widths, thicknesses, and other properties to meet the varying requirements of our end clients. Both monolayer and multilayer coextruded PET films are commercially available. PRT films have a wide range of potential physical effects, including but not limited to the following. This can be done either while the PET resin is being polymerized, by adding chemicals like colour additives or slip modifiers, or afterward, during production.

Page up/down without changing position on page
It would be great to have the ability to move forward or backward by one page without altering the zoomed position on the page. If this feature already exists in Acrobat, I haven't found it yet. The keyboard page up/page down buttons only advance one page when a full page is displayed on the screen. Once you zoom in, the keyboard page up/page down buttons simply cause the display to scroll vertically in "chunks" until it reaches a page break and then it jumps to the next (or previous) page. Acrobat's "Show next page" buttons are also deficient: they advance to the next (or previous) page, but they also reset the vertical position to the top of the page.
In the building design/construction industry, it is very common to have several pages of floor plans for the various storeys that are horizontally aligned from one page to the next. When reviewing floor plans, it would be nice to be able to zoom and pan to a particular area of the floor plan and then quickly compare to the storey above or below by moving one page forward or backward while maintaining a constant "camera" position on the page. I doubt this feature would be difficult to add and maybe assign a keyboard shortcut to (say alt-page up/alt-page down).
