1. more options needed for collecting signatures

   When designing new fillable forms the signature fields should allow the designer more options and the ability to specify defaults. For example, I am creating a pdf fillable form using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to replace a form that had been printed blank. Then customer using an ink pen would write on the printed form and sign the form at the bottom on the signature line. The completed form would then be processed by a clerk who would key the hand written information and scan the completed and signed form to store with the customer records. I can do everything easily except the signature. This form is filled out and signed by a person as they are standing in front of the clerk. I do not want every person filling this form to complete a digital signature since this computer is a public terminal. I would like a signature box that will allow them to draw their signature without the customer having to select anything from the tool bar. I want the box to draw a signature to pop up when the signature field is clicked in. Not every form needs to be emailed for a person to sign. Why does Acrobat assume that is the only way people collect signatures? You are trying to shove all signature collections into one box. Come on Adobe think outside the box. This is a real limitation in form design that I believe could be easily fixed by allowing form designer to specify signing option defaults when adding a signature field to the form.

2. Your Website isn't Truthful

   Website is untruthful, I canceled the all APP's plan because it only allows 2 simultaneous users. All we actually use is Adobe Acrobat Pro. I looked at the $14.99/mo plan and it says 4 user, so I canceled the big plan. Then once subscribed I was told it's only one user. Now I have to look at some team plan. I then find out for team users it's $16.99/month, not the $14.95 plan. Your online help refuses to tell me why everything is different in practical use. Pretty sad that your company feels compelled to lie. Maybe make your website accurate so I can make informed decisions?

5. Digital Signature Problems

   I've been using digital signatures in Adobe Acrobat for YEARS. Just got a new PC for work and digital signatures are not working properly or consistently. Documents that need signatures always need two. The second person (no matter who it is) always has problems and the experience changes each time. Sometimes, the certification toolbar won't come up. Sometimes the visible signature option is not available. Sometimes the software goes completely black. There is never any error message. The software just doesn't work for the second signature. Both brand new machines. Both have exactly the same software versions. Both use the exact same method of creating the digital identity. Both use the same tool (certify document) to apply digital signature. I've done more than my share of troubleshooting on this issue and can figure out just about any problem. Other posts here say that the issue is resolved. It is not resolved.

6. Highlight area of text when using High-Contrast colors or Custom colors

   The idea is to change or allow highlighting area around a piece of text instead of the text itself. So I recently started using Adobe with High-Contrast colors and I prefer to see yellow text on black. But when highlighting in this mode, I barely see a difference in not highlighted text and highlighted text. This can be seen in the pictures attached. You can see that I have highlighted a piece of text but it's hard to tell unless you can notice the color difference (shades of yellow). However in the second picture it's standing out and can be differentiated easily. I would love to see this implemented.

7. Make Template Text Editable in Adobe Sign

   Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
   If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.

8. Adobe Sign Certification Bug Fix

   Whenever a client signs a contract with Adobe Sign, we're no longer able to counter-sign without saving as a png, and then reconverting back to a PDF.

   Apparently, Sign defaults to "No changes are allowed", even if the document still needs to be signed by a 2nd party. We have to jump through ridiculous hoops just to get a counter-signed agreement. Please prompt a user to allow for further signatures, or not.

9. Bug: AIP Label Banner (blue) Does Not Display

   We used to see a blue banner in Acrobat Pro which contained the Microsoft AIP setting for the document (when applied). Now we see only the lock icon in the upper left. I have confirmed the registry setting per the attached instructions is in place. Has this banner display been removed from Acrobat Pro?

11. Description of Adobe Sign Document

    Adobe Sign has a standard description of a document sent for signature as "Agreement". "Open Agreement", etc. Not all documents being sent via Adobe Sign are legal agreements. This makes the process a bit unprofessional to those sending other documents, such as a CPA sending a tax return for signature. (recipient says: "It's called a tax return, right?"). The description of the document should be simply "Document" or something applicable to any industry.

12. Need full suite of editing tools in Adobe Acrobat DC

    When sending a sharable pdf document to several people so they can edit it we need to have access to all editing tools. Currently, when you open a regular pdf, there are 13 editing tools available. When you open the cloud-based sharable document, there are only 5 tools. We used to be able to have a shareable pdf AND access to all tools but no longer.

13. Crashes when I try to request signatures

    Freezing when I attempt to indicate signature fields, or when I try to select advanced options. Freezes and crashes. Was able to restore, thankfully.

15. Bug: Documents sent for signing are editable when signed from browser add-in

    After a recent update documents that our firm sends for signing are now editable by the recipient when signed via a browser add-in.

    If the document is downloaded and signed within the desktop app it is not editable (only the signature panel is available).

    Furthermore, if edits are made and then the document signed we are not notified of changes on the summary page.

    I hope an update will be posted soon.

    Copy text in a PDF without line breaks at each visible line. Attachments are: 1) bad copy behavior in Acrobat, 2) proper copy behavior in Mac Preview.

18. frequent freezes, crashes and hangs while accessing a file through SonicWall VPN Client

    An intermittent issue where Acrobat hang or freezes while viewing, editing or panning/zooming while accessing files over a VPN server. This has been an issue since fall of 2021 with new updates. Uninstall/reinstall temporarily fixes the issue, but it crops up again after a few weeks. Disabling the firewall does not fix the issue. This is on Windows 11 with standard features on a high end PC.

19. Horizontal Scroll Wheel underneath document tabs for Users working with and creating multiple pdfs

    Hello!

    I work from home and use Adobe Acrobat Pro daily. There are times when I have to create and edit 100+ documents for work and having to navigate using the < & > buttons to go back and forth between the different documents is so slow. I think in addition to those 2 navigation buttons, a horizontal scroll wheel underneath the document tabs would help speed up my work flow.
