1. Synchronicity among devices IOS and Windows

   My idea is that Adobe would re-engineer how Adobe Acrobat Premium and Adobe PDF Pack work together on a IOS and Windows Device seamlessly or, and allow the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to carry over from a computer to a phone seamlessly, since it is the update to Acrobat Premium. I also would like Adobe Acrobat Premium to be a feature that works on both IOS devices and Windows devices seamlessly instead of one only working on the computer at a time or not at all due to programming.

   Both of these features are used by myself and I'm sure countless others, and I have to pay for 2 programs when in reality the Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription should have the PDF pack included. It's not okay that I can only use my iphone and that it barely translates over to the computer version which means that I'd have to pay for another subscription which is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and that program is only for Computers which does not help me.

   I need a program that I can use seamlessly between my Apple Iphone 11 and my Dell Inspiron 7000 series laptop. There is no reason why I should literally be told that I have to pay upwards of $36.00 a month, to get the products I need to function at home for school and job opportunities. Most of the jobs I apply to use Adobe and so I have no choice but to pay for BOTH packs each month, it's not fair to add the Pro DC to that and not be able to use it on both platforms. Something needs to be urgently done about that. It's costing customers more, when the products are the same, they're just not compatible with each other on different operating systems and across device usage.

   Another issue that needs to be addressed as soon as possible the pricing options. They are different from the website vs the apple App Store, and it is causing quite the confusion for me because they do not exist on your website. They are also unreachable on the app store because some may not be active with Adobe anymore or they're apple exclusive prices. The page needs to be updated to reflect the current prices of the services and the products Adobe offers.

   Lastly, how is it that Pro DC is literally cheaper if an individual purchases it by the year and they're not a student or teacher...vs being a student or teacher and paying well over $150.00 more for the same thing? That is incredulous and if Adobe Engineers think that they're helping students out with this pricing it's not. That's more like an institutional price than a personal one. As a college student, and a mother who has to deal with social distance virtual learning those prices are not compatible with regular families. We need more discounts or services offered, especially in these times. There are more people without jobs and having to purchase two packages when they can and should be combined is a problem to me. Adobe needs to make these programs more compatible, affordable and synchronous.

3. want to share as a pdf, not in the cloud

   Do not want to share using the cloud. I want to be able to just send it as an attachment and my client would prefer it that way!

4. Multiple Activation's

   Currently, licensed users are limited to only having 2 instances of a product active at any time. Now that users have multiple devices they need to have the product activated on, 2 is no longer enough.

   Please can you give us the option to increase the number of computers a license can activate by either creating a more expensive "plus" version or allow us to assign multiple licenses to a single user account.

5. Fix PDFMaker Toolbar in Autocad 2018. DC PRO 2020.012.20041 no longer works.

   Acrobat DC PRO recently updated and Autocad 2018 will no longer load the PDFMaker toolbars. See errors when starting autocad.

   The version used above will not display "all recent files". When this option is selected, takes you to a blank page and the search function doesn't work.

7. Extra Data for Corporate users

   When exporting the CSV of our subscriptions users we could also show the date the users were added? Currently the fields are just Identity Type, Username, Email, First Name, Last name, it would be great to be able to see commencement date for our records. Currently we receive invoices with no user names on them and are not able to see when users have signed up so it is quite hard to reconcile billing periods for all the users within our organisation.

8. Rotate counterclockwise on right-click

   There is a "rotate clockwise"-option under right click but why not also a counterclockwise option? The right-click rotate is quick and easy to use when just viewing documents but there should also be an option to rotate counterclockwise also.

9. Pasted dark-coloured text not legible in comment in dark mode

   Bug report:

   Dark-coloured text copied and pasted into a comment, i.e., in an 'Add note to replace text' comment, is not legible in dark mode. It appears as dark grey against the dark grey background.

10. Your support team is unnecessarily telling me to suggest new ideas

    I am consistently getting inaccurate advice from your support team (in this last case it was Kanchan). They do not understand your products and do not want to admit this. Rather than transfer me to a supervisor they send endless chat messages without answering even the most basic questions so the do not have to admit they know too little about the products they are supporting

11. Quick startup is vital, was better before (Pro)

    Adobe (XI/Pro) was better before.

    For some obscure reason, now it wants to process the document or verify signatures when i open the document. ....... and I have to sit there and wait ! .......

    That's not what I want.

    I want it to poen in less than 1 second.
    Then I want to check something on that document (think like paper document" in 2 seconds.
    And then I want to close it again in 1 second.

    Your are not doing that ! ,....... you're stealing my time.

    And I don't care if it is the document that's the problem.

    Because I just use kofax or Xchange viewer instead, they open it right away without expecting me to wait.

    If you need to process the document, do that in the background (while you keep it read only maybe).

    Additionally the program is (also document related) sometimes simply crashing ! ,........... Maybe because the document was created or updated by kofax or xchange before,....... but you realy have to pull yourself together and make sure you test your product for such cases.

    Otherwise, you will be out of this business in some years from now.

12. QUIT CHANGING MY PINNED TOOLS in ACROBAT DC

    Periodically, Adobe lets you know of what they think are wonderful ideas, but they do so by rebuilding my pinned tools list.....so I have to go and select MY tools AGAIN. This is the fourth for fifth time in six months and I am really getting sick of it. Who gave you the right to adjust what tool items I have pinned. You know, the ones I know I use....not the one some marketing A-Hole can only think (hope) I use. Absolutely a pain in the butt.

13. MEASURE

    When using measurement tool, the holding the "SHIFT" key to maintain a straight measurement to a parallel feature, shows the dimension in an angled configuration. Cannot find a way to show the measurement label properly. This should be a very basic functionality of the measurement tool.

14. The left side "Navigation Pane" will not come open with a click of arrow

    The left side of the Navigation Pane won't open with a click of the arrow. It used to, but something happened to the installation. I reinstalled with the latest version, but it still doesn't work correctly.

15. Crash report: blue spinning wheel for 20 minutes

    Two files open in Shared Review, two crashes in an hour. First crash launched an error message and crash report. This time, I've been stuck on a blue spinning wheel and (Not Responding) for twenty minutes.

17. Ability to change the default Font Color in Edit PDF/Add Text from Black to Red

    i use Red almost exclusively when i'm adding text to a pdf. it's a pain to have to change the color from Black to Red every time. would like the ability to change the Default Color.

20. Bug: Reader DC 20.006.20034 Still Holds Lock On Files After Closing File Tabs

    Using Windows 10 Home Version 1909 OS Build 18363.657, when I have a PDF file or multiple PDF files open in Reader DC, and when I close the tab of a file and then try to do something with that file in Windows Explorer, such as rename or delete or move or change it any way, I cannot do so because Windows 10 thinks there is still a lock on the file and throws a pop-up dialog that says to "Close the file and try again." The only way I can get the lock released is by closing Reader DC entirely. One should not have to do anything more than close the tab for a file in order for it to be closed and unlocked from being considered still open.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issue that you are facing here.

    Do you have Windows Explorer Preview turned on in your explorer window ? If yes, can you please try after switching the windows explorer off and see if that works fine ?
    Also Try to close the explorer window and then try and then try to do any operation on that file in a different exporer window
    Let me know further.
