Keyboard shortcut for 'fit one full page to window' button
There should be a keyboard shortcut for the "Fit one full page to window" button. I use this button every time I open a PDF (usually because the document settings are set to one-page continuous, my application settings are already set to one page).

How to bypass a PDF password
I created a PDF document of around 2MB file size and then went to Protection. Added both password to open and edit, both with 256-Bit AES. Saved the file with a 25 characters password.
Now I Googled this "How to bypass a PDF Password", the third link is this "https://smallpdf.com/unlock-pdf".
I dropped the encrypted file into the slot provided. assuming that it cant ***** it.
But unfortunately the password was cracked both from the opening and editing end.
I find this very disturbing !
Kindly check this and let me know how to ensure that a password protected PDF not be cracked.
The file I is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) file so I wont be able to share it here.
It would be great if you could help me out to understand how to ensure such a thing does not happen.

No option here to report bugs on software other than Acrobat. My bug is in Photoshop.
The "lighting effects" filter no longer works! What's wrong?

Printing ANSI D or B to two ANSI A prints in one shot
Since so many folks work at home with the usual 8 1/2x11 format printers, it's hard to print PDFs that are in 17x11 & 34x22 format. This includes the engineering, survey, Departments of Transportation drawings, maybe architects, and many others, like schedules and Gantt charts. We work with SCALE drawings and we'd sometimes like to print our usual landscape prints from the at-scale drawing format in 34x22 or 17x11 onto TWO 11x 8 1/2 prints, effectively splitting the drawing in two, down the middle. If we could get full-bleed, edge to edge, so much the better. This allows us to see drawings in sufficient detail and be able to scale. Normally, 17x11 (ANSI B) format is already a half-size ANSI D format, so just scaling it down to ANSI A (letter size) is too small to see enough detail.
Also, because we use ANSI D prints and PDFs, it would be nice to print directly to two ANSI A size prints.
In summary, quick-print from either ANSI D or it's half-size ANSI B directly to two ANSI A prints, splitting the images in half, keeping their scalability secured and into a very common at-home format.Since so many folks work at home with the usual 8 1/2x11 format printers, it's hard to print PDFs that are in 17x11 & 34x22 format. Measure in both feet and inches
Currently when measuring in a PDF, Acrobat only gives the measure measurement in feet (i.e. 20.5 feet). It would be nice if Acrobat, in lieu of providing the measurement in a fraction of a foot, used a combination of both feet and inches (i.e. 20 feet 6 inches).

Multi-User PDF editing/collaboration within SharePoint
As an organisation we receive many PDF documents which are centrally stored within SharePoint. We have a requirement to read and provide comments on the content from a multi-user base, i.e. we need the ability to collaborate on a single PDF where all Users can read and write comments on the same PDF document, plus all edits are saved centrally. Essentially can Adobe provide the same collaboration tools as Microsoft does with Office 365?

Creative Cloud download corrupted (?)
I am a Creative Cloud user of multiple programs including Photoshop (no issues), InDesign (no issues), and others (no issues). However, a repeating error forces me to reinstall Creative Cloud, which is corrupted in some way that interferes only with Adobe Acrobat DC. After each new installation of CC, I can no longer create or edit PDFs. Error = "license or key is invalid or expired". Allowing tech support to access my computer remotely and remove the corrupted link works temporarily until I am once again forced to reinstall Creative Cloud. There's a bug in there somewhere!

How do you take a confidential document _OUT_ of the cloud?
I'm working on a confidential PDF document, locally on my encrypted drive, and accidentally clicked on the "link" icon which immediately began sharing the document to the cloud. There is no cancel button. There is no way to stop it. My only recourse is to wait until the file finished uploading to cloud storage, and then manually delete it. This is a serious privacy violation.
First, uploading a local file to cloud storage should be simple, but not so simple as inadvertenly clicking an unlabled icon in the toolbar.
I know you're seriously pushing people to use your cloud storage, but you have to account for the people who cannot share files on a network, for various reasons.
(For anyone reading this saying, "if it's so secret be careful what you click on," this is not my first time using a computer. There is no reason for a single, tiny icon, next to other tiny icons, to instantly make copies of your file on the internet that you have to now find and delete—and assume there is not network trash folder it's still residing in.)
Second, every progress bar has a Cancel button. "Oops, didn't mean to do that," and stop it before it finishes. I'm not reformatting a hard drive or installing system updates — it's copying a file. I should be able to cancel it.
Finally, which copy am I now working on? I'm working on a local file. That file gets copied to the document cloud. Which file am I looking at? The local one? or the copy? When I continue to make edits, which file contains the edits? When I click that icon 3 more times, hoping it will cancel the copy operation, and it instead makes 3 more copies of the file, which of those will contain the edits I just made?

download all or multiple agreements at once
I haven't found a way to be able to download more than one agreement at a time in Acrobat Pro. I can download multiple documents at a time but not agreements? Seems strange that this isn't built in. Support wasn't able to help.

Error using Create PDF tool - Acrobat 2017 with Office 2013
Using Abobe Acrobat Standard 2017 - Version 2017.011.30169
MS Office 2013
The issuse occurs when using the Create PDF tool with MS Word and MS Excel files. You pick your file > Create > get an error from Adobe PDFMaker "An unexptected error occured. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF."
The file is then silently held open in 'read only mode' and you have to kill WINWORD.exe or EXCEL.exe in task manager to release the file.
In Word/Excel File > Save as Adobe PDF works and Printing to Adobe or Microsoft PDF works. Seems isolated to CreatePDF tool.
We've reinstalled Adobe. repaired Office, reinstalled Office, updated c++ redistributables, recreated local profiles, tested on newly imaged laptop. We always get the error. The printing options are an acceptable workaround, but we have some people that like to use the create tool

"Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup" missing from settings
That setting is missing for one user and present for a newly created user.
How do we get it back? When it's missing, the use of pen-based entries is horrible. When it's present the pen-based activity is fine.2 votes -
Adobe Acrobat Portfolio and Attachment Features Need Keyboard Accessibility Enabled to read documents and access the Open Document Link
Within Adobe Acrobat there are options to Create a Portfolio of documents or to use the Attachment feature to create a group of documents. While keyboard shortcuts allow you to browse some of the menus, get to the document list, and select a document from the list. However, there is not a keyboard short cut to read the document in the view or to access the Open Document link. It seems to be only available through mouse selection.
This places users of these features at risk because the end user can't access the document to read it using only keyboard selections. Since these features lack keyboard accessibility, the product is not fully accessible.

5 votesHi,
As I can see, the issue is related to keyboard keys, Please follow the below controls to access the Open Document link.
Use tab to click on Attachment in Left Hand Pane. Press tab multiple times to bring the focus on the Option menu. Click Enter and Use arrow keys to navigate inside Options menu items. This resolves your access to Open Document Link.Secondly, Use Ctrl+Shift+Y and then Ctrl+Shift+V/B to read the document using Read out loud feature. You can alternatively see it in View Menu → Read Out Loud → Click Activate ROL → Click Read this page/ end of the document.
Please confirm if this resolves your issue.
Thanks
Rachit
