MEASURE
When using measurement tool, the holding the "SHIFT" key to maintain a straight measurement to a parallel feature, shows the dimension in an angled configuration. Cannot find a way to show the measurement label properly. This should be a very basic functionality of the measurement tool.

The left side "Navigation Pane" will not come open with a click of arrow
The left side of the Navigation Pane won't open with a click of the arrow. It used to, but something happened to the installation. I reinstalled with the latest version, but it still doesn't work correctly.

Crash report: blue spinning wheel for 20 minutes
Two files open in Shared Review, two crashes in an hour. First crash launched an error message and crash report. This time, I've been stuck on a blue spinning wheel and (Not Responding) for twenty minutes.

Ability to change the default Font Color in Edit PDF/Add Text from Black to Red
i use Red almost exclusively when i'm adding text to a pdf. it's a pain to have to change the color from Black to Red every time. would like the ability to change the Default Color.

Showing OTF fonts as different from PS Type 1 in document properties
Adobe is ending support of PS Type 1 fonts in a few years. But in the document properties of PDF files Acrobats shows the included fonts as Type 1, even if you've only used OTF in your document.That is quite confusing.
Oftentimes a work in progress is checked only via PDFs, and it's impossible to know whether the correct type of font has been used or not.
I can't see this being very difficult to implement, since there's already a special way to show when a TTF font has been used.2 votes -
Attach PDF to existing email
It would be great if there was a way to drag and drop an open PDF on to an email that is already open. The "Attach to email" feature only opens a new email. For example, I'm in an email chain where I'm periodically downloading PDFs from a software, and I want to attach it to the email chain and send it off. Currently, I need to save the document locally and then attach it, which takes extra time and space. It would be helpful if there was a way to just drag and drop the PDF onto the open email.

Option to upload a different file after the selected file in Exporting PDF section
After selecting and exporting a pdf to another file, the user has to click close and then open the tool again to select another file. this requires 2 clicks and going in and out of pages. a great option would be to have "select new file/change file", right underneath the already selected file.

Insufficient Data Error
When opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat DC - Continuous release 2021.001.20142 and then scrolling down get an error for Insufficient data. Signature/s associated to the document do not appear. This same document opened in Foxit display without errors. This error happens on any OS.

another Solution for the License activation Limit restriction please
We use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and on virtual Citrix VDI Desktops. Users now have often this terrible activation Limit popup box and have to logoff from connected devices behind.
This is a Know Issue which makes is nearly unusable to work with Adobe Acrobat DC on this two envirements together.

Please can you change this License activation Limit restriction in another technical solution?
A solution witch allows us to use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and Citrix VDI Desktop without this popup box always?There should be another technical way to count the amouth of using Desktops with Adobe Acrobat and this cannot be the Computername, because on Citrix VDI Desktop the Computername changes on any logon because in the background Citrix prepares different Desktops witch will randomly assignet to the User when logon.
Please change this restriction way.

Merge PDF - Adobe Acrobat Online (web version)
Hello Adobe,
I just noticed that you guys have a pretty nice PDF tool online. I use online PDF tools more than my desktop tools as sometimes I am on architecture like ARM that does not have the features I need. I love the export features of the online acrobat.

Enable Accessibility options automatically during save.
We need a way to setup adobe Pro to automatically utilize the accessbility scanner when saving a doc to become more ADA compliant.
Out of the box, this should be a feature we can turn on.

The "rotate" tool is difficult (impossible?) to find.
The rotate function should be part of the default toolbar again! (I can find the "rotate view" button by clicking on View, but that doesn't actually change the document orientation, just temporarily changes the view). I'm sure it's there somewhere, but this occurs so often you shouldn't have to go even one layer down to get to this function.

Standard Settings for PDF Maker
For preparing manuals with PDF maker of Acrobat Pro, it is urgently required to be able to save more standard settings.
I want new PDFs to be opened as a standard with bookmark window and page, as well of Zoom in full window size.
This option must be saved individually for each PDF right now.

Wrist watch buffering
I'm copying text from an old scanned document to a blank PDF in the same work space side by side, for the last few hours I'm unable to work as I'm getting the above. This has been an ongoing thing for as long as I have been using AA DC usually I shut down and reopen and it fixes, but today it's on going. I'm up to date with my version of AA DC.

like to be able to move lists/sentences by highlighting and cut/paste
If I could highlight a sentence and have the ability to cut and past to different page or place in working document it would be easier because the text boxes are too small or too big
