allow additional saved signatures
Allow for more than 1 saved signature and initials. I use the signatures for personal documents and work documents. On work documents, I need to sign with a title along with my name. When I'm signing, I'm not always using a touch screen and trying to re-do the signature with a mouse is awful if I currently need the one that is not saved on the program.

Dark Theme / Dark Mode for "viewing" a pdf.
Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.16 votes -
Allow the option which to update email database
I currently have an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro account and regularly use the e-signature option. I love that the emails usually populate when I begin typing the name/email address. We recently changed email domains within our organization and I have several old or incorrect email addresses in my "contact list". This has led to the selection of incorrect emails and I have to cancel the signature requests and start the process over again.
After an extensive chat with one of your techs, it was explained the option which to remove or delete obsolete or incorrect emails is only available on the web version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but NOT on the desktop version.
Please allow the option to clear or update the auto-database and/or remove the obsolete/invalid email addresses.
I will note that during my research on-line which to resolve this issue I have found that others have submitted a "Wish" to fix this bug - some as old as 2016.

The sign-in process is broken
Trying to sign into Adobe fails ALL THE TIME. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the application multiple times, which doesn't resolve the issue. I've had Adobe Tech Support do the same thing, without resolving the issue. The sign in is broken beyond all acceptable levels of frustration.
Click the sign-in text on far right, nothing happens. Click it from the Help menu and get "Initializing registration... Please retry after a minute." Close that popup and Adobe crashes. EVERY TIME.

Please see below ...
It would be GREAT if, when multiple PDFs are selected and opened all at once, Acrobat could SORT them as Windows sorts them in File Explorer. Each Client has multiple documents OVER TIME and we name the PDFs so they'll sort chronologically in File Explorer but once loaded into Acrobat, their filename tabs are all scrambled up across the top of the Acrobat window and with the filenames not real easy to see it's very LABORIOUS to un-scramble them ... :-(

Method to identify which user account is used to log into Acrobat
Hi, we've had some users that mistakenly logged into Acrobat using an account that is not their corporate account. We want to see if there are other users in our firm that are logged into Acrobat using an account other than their corporate account. It would be great if there is there way to identify which user account is currently logged into Acrobat on a particular machine.

Remember Prepare form settings for multi page / batch processing
If i have a bunch of pdfs that i want to convert to forms it would be great if we could make a style template that would be applied to the group of documents, a default that sticks instead of having to choose the font size, font face, and alignment etc for every document ...
also when the document opens i might want to select a group of "multi-page documents" to batch process and tell the interpreter to only make the first page into a form, retain the original formatting of the rest of the pages or each of the "multi-page documents". in some cases i might want a check box beside a thumb nail preview of a multi page document to select the pages to be "form interpreted".If i have a bunch of pdfs that i want to convert to forms it would be great if we could make a style template that would be applied to the group of documents, a default that sticks instead of having to choose the font size, font face, and alignment etc for every document ...

Adobe Reader DC Issues with Finder in Mac
Hi,
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC removes Finder's "Tags" and "Date Last Opened" if you save an edited PDF after removing "Text Highlight".
The following procedure can replicate the bug:
Download and open a PDF file such as this from Adobe’s website: https://learndownload.adobe.com/pub/learn/acrobat/edit-text-images-pdf-files.zip
In the macOS Finder, assign a Tag and open the file.
Go back to finder and check the Tag and the Date Last Opened
Go back to the pdf, highlight a line and save the file (first save).
Remove the highlighted text and save the file again (second save).
Now go to the Finder, the "Tag" and the "Date Last Opened" is gone.
It is on macOS Catalina version 10.15.6 and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Build: 20.12.20043.396433.

Would it be possible to have print to fax capability ?
I have had situations where I need to send a form by fax to a trust company and Canada Revenue Agency. It would be very helpful if I could print to fax and send the form directly from my desktop

Find
For Acrobat Pro DC, can we PLEASE get the Find pop up moved to the toolbar so it doesn't cover the documents we're working on? I can't see the text on the top of the page at all for some magnifications because there's nowhere to move it that doesn't block part of the document, especially when it's locked to move only left or right.
The UI used to be so much better in prior versions of Acrobat Pro (have been using Acrobat for over 20 years). Now I need twice as many mouse clicks, over different parts of the screen, to do the same steps. It's less usable and less efficient, non intuitive, etc. All of my muscle memory was rendered useless, and I have to search the Tools to find where things went.
The old vertical layout with the options nested under was infinitely better than what we have now in terms of finding the tools/options we need. I also have hand/wrist issues, and having to mouse all over to do anything hurts more now (e.g., from the Tools pane to the top toolbar). It was better when it was all compressed in one area of the screen so the mouse movements were smaller.

Draw Shapes - add a no fill option
Please add a separate opacity scale for "fills" and "borders" in the draw shapes, or add a "no fill" option for color. Right now they have to have the same opacity, and it would be nice to add borders without a filled in box.

Self-signature in Fill & Sign
I've been advised by customer service that it's impossible to issue a document to yourself ONLY to sign - it MUST also go to someone else. This doesn't sound like it makes sense but apparently that's the way it is.
So, functionality should exist that I can put a document in the cloud or issue it to myself only to sign, which I can then pick up on mobile phone so that I can sign with my finger.1 vote -
Silent Activation \ SSO when using User Named Licensing for Adobe Acrobat
With enterprise deployment of Adobe Acrobat. It would be nice to have silent or SSO activation when opening Adobe Acrobat the first time that way the person maybe just has to input email address if anything at all and be done. We are using User Named Licensing. We have 4500+ people and trying to have them understand all they need to do is type in their email address and tab to Enterprise is not easy. They try to enter email and password which doesn't always work and then get into a confusing process. This produces alot of extra calls to our help desk.
Current ticket we have open with Adobe support.

More Integration Between Acrobat PDFs and Adobe Sign or Similar Features
I spent countless hours learning and writing JavaScript for a fillable PDF that calculated the rates of products, based on information entered into other fields in the same form, it also conditionally made certain fields required or hidden or made them visible again based on what was entered into a certain field or whether or not a checkbox was checked, and lots more. Then when my company needed the form moved into Adobe Sign, I learned that all of that work went out the window, because Adobe Sign did not support JavaScript and had it's own "language" of sorts that was more limited. You can still add some dynamic capabilities, such as field calculations and set some conditional relationships between fields, but it was much more difficult to add all of the features that we needed. I was still able to create something acceptable for my company, but now a few weeks away from launching our forms in this environment, I realized I needed to change the color of a checkbox, the most BASIC and cosmetic change. I was then told be Adobe Support that I cannot change the field color in Adobe Sign, and I would have to do so in Adobe Acrobat then re-upload the PDF and create a new Adobe Sign template. This would undo ALL of the aforementioned work I did writing the formulas and calculations, and setting the conditional relationships between fields, that I did in the Adobe Sign environment - JUST to change the color of a checkbox! If Adobe Sign can support the capability to add dynamic fields and relationships between fields, surely they can offer the capability to change the color of a field.

Hieroglyphics
This isn't an idea, it is a Bug Report. For many weeks, even months, I have been trying to get a simple time stamp to again print at the bottom center of pages. What I have been getting is hieroglyphics. It used to work fine. I have tried the repair feature or function, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Please provide a fix. I have been having to use PDF Architect to get what I need. ---fjk (... and why won't your website take my valid email address? I will have to use an alternate address and hope it works.)
